    @janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    Telstra must be the worst email service provider in Australia. I have been having issues downloading emails for weeks and they don't seem to be able to fix it. The reason for it is its Server. Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

    I can't believe that @Telstra wasn't in the wrong all these years, they didn't know the @NBN_Australia was doing this to me! But in order to try and fix this I need to make complaints to both Telstra and the NBN.

    I've just seen that Andy Penn Has been appointed to the advisory board of cyber security. that can't be true. he presided over a shambolic telstra for 7 years for 5.5 million a year. now he's ****** that up,moving on to **** up our cyber security. please tell me it's not right

    @Telstra It’s been going on for a couple of weeks. If Telstra can’t provide a service they should shut it down and refund accounts so we can move to another service.

    @Telstra At least get my name right. Trying? I’m so tired of “trying” I just want to downgrade my plan, which I’ve been trying to do since July. I’ve communicated this, so the problem is your end to sort out. So sort out. Again, I will be seeking compensation.

    @Telstra Your store never has the capacity to serve a person. It’s also beside the point! Why have an app that says you can change you plan, when it doesn’t work! Why have a customer service team that doesn’t even do what you ask of them. Absolute JOKE!
