@CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

@janice_martin5 3 hours just a little less time then it would take to get someone at Telstra to talk to ya. (Not necessarily the person who could help that would be 3 days if ya lucky).

@Telstra My 73 yr old mum (cancer, caring for a husband with serious health issues) has been abandoned by your lack of service. She has had no ADSL for at least a month and is now only getting service via Data. She pays for platinum service.

@Telstra Very disappointed that there is a 4G outage in Ventnor 3922. I was told the service would return at 10am on the 13th. Absolutely no coverage and I need and I am unable to use Telstra phone or mobile internet. On hold without an answer from the 132200 ‘service’.

@Telstra just letting you know haven't been able to message in my telstra app since 25 Jan...mid convo since Dec with no solution, now weeks can't even chat. Hard for those of us who work nights and can't call during your hours...did spend hours on phone too but need some sleep

@Telstra 4) her incident number is INC13358069. I am really worried about my mum, as would anyone be. She cannot afford to keep paying data extras when she's supposed to be on ADSL, and internet is so important for family to help her and keep in contact
