    Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

    @Telstra is great at taking over $500 a month from a Not-For-Profit. They fail miserably at customer service. I was transferred between nine departments and none of them knew what the service was on our bill and the final one just hung up on me.

    @GamersNexus A couple of years ago, I'd have said no. But Australia finally has good competition vs Telstra (our biggest comms provider) and I'm finally able to get 250Mbps unlimited through AussieBroadband. 84USD per month, had one issue in 18 months and solved with a 2 minute phone call.

    @Telstra It says "Mobile plan - Small". Btw, I'm trying again through the Chat in the app and different person but still not someone that understands what I'm saying. Can it be that I'm that unlucky to get the two reps that are new or uninstructed? Or is the service just bad?

    @Telstra I have been dealing with an ongoing NBN issue for several months and this morning, your operator called to organise another engineer (the 1st one was told by Telstra that they couldn't connect to the node 50mtrs from my home.) She hung up when I asked for a time slot!!!

    @Telstra how is it the only department in your whole organisation that's knows what an X21 data service line is the accounts department that charges @ReadingRadioQLD for the service. I've spent almost three hours trying to report a fault and no one knows how to help.

    @elonmusk @boringcompany @elonmusk can you come back up Australia, specifically western Australia and set up a solar farm and bunch of telstra batteries? Do what you did with SA, offer it for free if it doesn't work and if it does have to pay you exactly what you earned?
