@Telstra No Laura they have not as no one has actually attended the site to asses and fix it! Been going on for 3-4 days now, my next call is to the Telecommunications Ombudsman to get him involved.

Gosh I hate @Telstra Trying to get on to someone to get a refund for an account that’s in credit and no longer active and can’t get past their voice automated service, they want to converse via text message. No wonder I went to another provider! #useless

@Telstra Hitting hour 2 of my calls with Telstra, passed between billing, connection, technical support back to billing, spoken to 5 different people all of which who have said they would be able to help me, had two phone disconnections and verified details about 8 or 9 times @Telstra

@Telstra, your customer service is horrible. I have been pushing for someone to come out and check my NBN line for months, and all your customer service tells me to do is reset my router and then finish the chat without actually getting to the root of the issue.

@Telstra Apparently this is an NBN Co issue, but my dad is a Telstra customer and it’s your responsibility to ensure that he has the service he pays for! At one stage someone told hi. To contact NBN Co himself! Poor service
