    Hi @telstra - there has been almost zero mobile internet 9am-9pm for 3 days in #portarlington - can’t load or use apps or send or receive anything except text. Could you pls consider another tower down here to cope with the holidays? 🤞🙏

    @NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

    @Telstra Thanks Stacey, word around town is that the tower was hit by massive thunder/lightning storm we had a few days ago. Maybe should be on the outage site 🤔

    @tallymarkz @Telstra Now, you get outages that’s weeks because they have nothing to force them to ensure their customers get a reliable service. In fact, if they were forced to pay customers one months line rental PER DAY the outage/fault continues beyond the initial timeframe; maybe customers WOULD

    Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

    Are there fads with scam calls? Last 3 weeks have been Chinese speaking stuff and/or Amazon. Texting **** as well. We're now into Telstra internet - don't have Telstra. Seriously have had enough. Somebody fix it 😡 #auspol @AlboMP

    Disappointed with @Telstra customer service. Told to make an appointment to buy a phone despite it being in stock. Another store couldn't serve me until the next day. Went to @Optus and though they didn't have stock, they were more than willing to help. Ended up buying on @Amazon

    Hi @Telstra I have, for years now, attempted to have you send me phone bills electronically. I've filled in forms. Rang numbers, raised jobs. Yet paper bills continue. It's a bit much to bill me an extra $2 per month because your admin systems are broken. So, ombudsman next.

    Looking back How I got into Big bang theory was weird. I working at Telstra jn SMF before and my very first ever call as a CC was an old woman and it took me time to get her issue down and resolve it (lol first timer). She kept going on and on about BBT of how good it was and

    Forced to have @Telstra, which means I'm stuck with 100Mbps down until upgrades. internet dies today, forced into 4G backup...check Telstra website for any issues with net and this is all I get; Reason: Unplanned service interruption Estimated restoration: 7:00 pm | 29 March.
