    @noneuclideangrl but they don't want to actually provide customer support (we had to deal with telstra message chat, with a person but still **** for 3 hours, saying the same stuff multiple times before they eventually organised a technician)

    @TheTonyHansen @Neilhoh @Telstra As someone who works in business, I can kinda empathise with the problem of large scale distributed problems that no one 'owns' the solution to. Their problem, not mine, of course, but tough to troubleshoot. Still, solutions needed.

    @Telstra I’ve bought my 94 year old uncle a new Telsta phone from @auspost. Came with a different size sim card so I’m trying to transfer his number to the new sim. Problem is the sim appears to have expired in ‘19. Phone was bought this week! A simple flip phone

    @Telstra As I still haven’t received any form of communication from the complaint team. Can someone confirm if the 24 month was available at the time of my contract and if so why was I told only 36. I don’t think the TBE was followed
