  • NickGayed Nick Gayed (@NickGayed) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra_news if any one knows of a worse organisation in providing service than Telstra, then please let me know, because I found Telstra to be the worst ever!!!!

  • corymedia Cory (@corymedia) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

One of Telstra’s selling points for their upcoming Upfront Mobile Plans (basically prepaid), is that you can’t go over your data limit, speeds are just reduced for the remainder of billing cycle. The fact is, this network feature has been available for around two years.

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Thanks @telstra for your ****** service throughout the years but it’s time to say goodbye. After four 40min phone calls trying to solve the worst NBN speed (and let’s just add you weren’t even able to figure out what account we were talking about) 1/2

  • Alex_I_88 Alex (@Alex_I_88) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Anyone know how to cancel @Telstra NBN? Considering they never reply on live chat and they’re impossible to get through to on the phone🙃

  • GardeningGaffer McGinness (@GardeningGaffer) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@_thomasparkes @Telstra Indian cam calls. Buy call guardian $72 for 2 handsets. Then they have to say their name before call goes through, call centres never say their name.

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@kjk0406 @Telstra This gives me the energy that I need to leave them. They have the worst customer service ever and they have immense internal issues

  • _rachel_kelly Rachel Kelly (@_rachel_kelly) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra as always an enlightening experience trying to get a hold of someone. Call and get cut off and sent an SMS. Absolutely hilarious. Can someone send me the link to cancel my Telstra service.

  • mqaiser2 Muhammad Qaiser (@mqaiser2) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra my sim is not able receive or dial a call. Plz help.

  • cwgardiner Craig Gardiner (@cwgardiner) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Tried to get @telstra to upgrade my internet plan using the MyTelstraApp and Gold member support. Yep they are totally useless. Two reference numbers issued and still no change. Time to move to @optus I think

  • Dlanorx Arrr Nelly’s son 👀 🦘➡️🇦🇺 (@Dlanorx) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra How do you sort out your problem, when your NBN is not working. Your modem has diverted to mobile which as usual is extremely poor, so no service, but your mobile phone is diverting to wifi. How and who do you contact?

  • cpjones44 Chris Jones (@cpjones44) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@darrenbennett76 @Telstra Have you looked into a range booster? I know they exist and can be legally used. Might be costly, but cheaper than dealing with second tier support.

  • OuterspaceGRL79 Ashli (@OuterspaceGRL79) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra our internet is so slow the speedtest page won't even load. Can I DM you with details?

  • cpjones44 Chris Jones (@cpjones44) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@darrenbennett76 @Telstra I have a Apple Watch Series 4 and pay $5/mth to activate it on the network. It works flawlessly. I also like the $5 per day roaming for when I used to travel. I don’t understand how people persist with Telstra. You must have an extreme level of patience 2/2

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Let’s just say for a telecommunications company @telstra has a customer service response that leaves you expecting where the communication bit comes in.

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@BroHilderchump @Telstra We’ve been trying to fix our home internet for the last 6 days. They are useless. They’re a telecommunications company and they can’t even figure o it out account number, address or payments. 🔥@Telstra🔥

  • cpjones44 Chris Jones (@cpjones44) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@darrenbennett76 @Telstra I switched to Telstra after being with Optus for years thinking I’d be right with “best 4G network”. I had calls drop out in CBD, no reception at the back of my house in Heathmont. Telstra support were hopeless. After two weeks I moved Vodafone and have never looked back 1/2

  • malccoe Malcolm Coe (@malccoe) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra how **** us your service

  • cammenzies Cameron Menzies (@cammenzies) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Telstra you are the absolute worst!!! @Telstra

  • corymedia Cory (@corymedia) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

Didn’t realise @Telstra customer care was in such a precarious position. As for scripting of the IVR messages, doesn’t help when it says you can get answers online. It’s online’s inability to manage simple requests that requires customers to call.

  • Steve23_G Steve G (@Steve23_G) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

hey @Telstra getting flooded with texts about service disruptions on the 17th this week. Any chance they can do it another day considering we are in 5 day lockdown, home schooling & working from home #victorialockdown

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • GruytersPaul Paul Gruyters (@GruytersPaul) reported

@bobbiejay14 @sallymcmanus @ellenmfanning Everyone's concentrating on the small fry Uber rip offs. Never forget it started with labour hire firms which morphed into so called employment agencies. Telstra had people all doing the same thing on 8 different 'deals' at 000 when I worked there. No one claimed employer status.

  • Nitrxh Force Nitroh (@Nitrxh) reported

@JonnysLab2 so stupid ay, just thinking about telstra angers me

  • Sahal__ Sahal (@Sahal__) reported

@Telstra I understand needing to prove ID when making an online purchase, but not being able to use an expired drivers license sucks. I just want a new phone without wasting 4 hours of my life.

  • AronBezzina Aron (@AronBezzina) reported

@FOXTEL_Help I want my account deleted please, I do not use the service, I only used it as a free trial from Telstra and even as a free service I never watched it. I don't just want payments stopped, I want my account and data deleted

  • tiredinthemiata e❔ (@tiredinthemiata) reported

@telstra how are you literally the worst internet provider in Australia

  • DonaMcqueen Dona McQueen (@DonaMcqueen) reported

So Telstra have charged me a 25 dollar fee to unlock my phone which will take 7 to 10 days...wtf....

  • RevLucasTaylor Lucas Taylor (@RevLucasTaylor) reported

@nadinevoncohen Old Telstra phone booths are being converted into consent kiosks for areas with poor mobile coverage or without smart phones.

  • justweb Rob (@justweb) reported

@Telstra seriously guys, your support is THE WORST of any provider I have. Does Tel$tra actually have ANY phone support? You know, on a number which doesn't waste over an hour of my time?

  • tonymmorley_II Tony Morley II (@tonymmorley_II) reported

Also had (no physical damage) screen issues with the first Note 20 Ultra 5G. That's two failed flagships from @SamsungMobile and @Telstra in 6 months. #Samsung #Telstra

  • joychri33785297 joy christopher (@joychri33785297) reported

@JonDeeOz @Telstra Why not contact @Mason_tech0 he can help you
