The city loop’s internet connectivity is poor. I’m not sure if the traffic has increased or the type of traffic has changed. I do know I spend from southern cross to west Richmond turning my data on and off trying to find a legitimate connection though. Ping @Telstra

@Telstra this is getting ridiculous with the outage in my area #3073 now we are out until the 24th June because some contractor stuffed up and dug the wrong cable. This started the week you sent me a modem to use on the #nbn once it’s activated but not giving

Hey @BelongAU you made me wait 4days for a 2nd @telstra techguy! He came and went, made a wrong call re my cable issue without consulting me, and now I’m being told I have to wait even longer. IT’s BEEN OVER FOUR WEEKS!!! PLEASE get him back NOW or I’ll complain to @TIOAustralia

@Optus my colleague has been messaging multiple different “experts” on your online support chat now for over an hour and they have not helped him at ALL. His chat history shows the exact same thing happening for months. This is the worst service I have ever seen. Telstra > Optus.

Update with my @Telstra saga. Spent >4 hours today with 4 different support people. Nothing resolved. 'That's best we can do; you are online, it's either NBN or your equipment -all Telstra! But I do have a case no. Their social watchers all trying to get me offline. No chance.

@JamesSmithAu @Telstra In what way? They are doing nothing but saying, "the problem will be resolved as soon as possible." It's not ASAP. If it was ASAP it would be escalated and resolved. ASAP to them means, as soon as we get through our unnecessary internal red tape.
