    @DanielAndrewsMP The lack of power also caused @Telstra to completely drop out in our area. Meaning most residents had no power and no phone reception or mobile data to contact emergency services OR receive emergency messages for over 8 hours. This is a serious issue that needs fixing.

    @newscomauHQ @telstra wasn't there to support locals when the jobs were off-shored. Where was the risk management process to deal with this situation. Why would employees lookout for a company that hasn't got their back.

    @Telstra REALLY struggling with you guys right now. My husband and I both took half day off work yesterday and patiently waited for NBN to be connected between 12-5...NO ONE came! I was on the text chat from 1.30pm until 10pm...still no resolution!

    @NBN_Australia Spent 48 hours exchanging texts with Telstra. Following advice from private technician connected the NBN box to my laptop. Found ping was good but up and down load speeds were minimal. Telstra then agreed to escalate to NBN but 24 to 48 hour delay. Cannot work without @NBN

    @NBN_Australia Telstra has flagged the fault. I cannot undertake business. Why does it take another 24 to 48 hours for @NBN to fix and no phone numbers from NBN or Telstra to discuss . A 5 G tower is being erected in my street. Will slow service push us off NBN to 5G?

    @Telstra Thanks Ollie, so the house had been renovated and the phone access point is in the laundry unused and unneeded. Our cable modem had been in our line room for 8 years. Im unsure why there is no support in moving the access point as without this being moved we can't hook up devices

    @Telstra Non working internet for 48 hours I need a technician to visit. Business only help from Telstra is text message exchange. Paying top price for NBN cannot work cannot get a technician to work and online service takes hours with only negative outcomes

    @Telstra I live inAscot Vale in Victoria . We have arranged numerous appts with Telstra to have our phone line upgraded for the nbn. On every single occasion since April the tech guys never show up. This behaviour is disgraceful !

Don’t do an online order with @Telstra. You will be given the run around and you will never know a true ETA.

    @Telstra You also need strong patience with @Telstra. Xbox All Access customers waiting in the "queue" recently were let down, without explanation, when orders received in late August were provisioned before orders placed in July. Telstra refuses to comment.

    @Telstra In the last 2 months you have changed both these plan’s to a higher charge in the guise of giving extra data, both are so slow I can’t use the extra data even it I wanted. So I pay even more for nothing.

    Omg Telstra Support is so painful until you get to speak to someone. Does any of the online self service stuff actually work? The last few weeks haven't been able to activate pre-paid sim or today raise a service request grrrr
