    Well after 15 years it’s see ya @Optus & hello @Telstra I can’t believe in 2019 Optus cannot provide a 4G service in Prahran & they don’t have any plans to upgrade that black spot either. It baffles me. Oh well, a complaint to the TIO means I pay nothing to leave. #ByeFelicia

    @Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

    @Telstra Yes, I’ve launched a complaint with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman about this whole debacle. You nor anyone at Telstra, have still not given me an explanation as to why there was an outage for 4 days.

    .@Telstra you have said it will be 24-48 hours for 4 weeks now and I still haven’t received a phone call. Your customer service is absolutely terrible. I’m canceling my service with you so I’d like a call back to find out where I send your modem back too.

    Hey @Telstra I’ve been given the run-around about this outage in my area, Preston Vic. We’ve had no internet since Friday, it was scheduled to be resolved by 7pm tonight. This isn’t good enough. I’ve gone over my mobile data limit twice as I’ve had to do assessments for uni.

    @JohnBirmingham @Telstra @Optus Oh I feel your pain. I had to organise internet with a fixed IP address for my Mum’s home security cams. She kept cancelling her internet account because “I don’t use that rubbish” and setting up new, costly phone accounts that involved cancel fees. #dayslost

    @Telstra worst decision ever was to sign up with Telstra. Not one single person who I’ve spoke to can identify the problem. 4 weeks without working adsl, you even sent the first months bill through the week I signed up, shocking service.

    @Pamelanicholls6 @andrewofoz @JaneCaro @Telstra I do that too, using my phone as a hotspot. But that chews through the data allowance and they (in my case Optus) don't let you have extra phone data because the internet is down. They still charge $10 a Gb for extra usage over the monthly allowance.

    6+ hours of working on assessments because the home cable internet had an outage for four and a half days. I’m absolutely wrecked. Thanks @Telstra.

    @Telstra Yep, we're all good now. Thank you for your prompt replies :) I simply assumed , because Starlink can relay to numerous ground based internet providers ( around Australia ) , that the Telstra system was detecting a potential "bad actor".

    @Telstra Telstra keeps sending me click-on links in SMS messages. They are a phone company - they should know the risks. Its almost like they're waiting for a cyber incident to happen. They need to cut this practice out

    They want to go digital, optus hacked.. medibank hacked , problems with telstra, eftpos machine go off line... and now utilities companies cant even send out your bill on time and there been errors with the digital reading ..ffs
