    @KadyLio They took over my dads landline a week ago & because Telstra were so slow at getting the number changed he received hundreds of calls a day abusing him trying to scam people..

    @WakeinFright @Telstra Unfortunately there’s no way. But if you use the My Telstra app and use the word “complaint” a lot, they’ll get someone to call you. Either that or move house. That got me my own private phone agent.

    @Telstra @JCelppa I would suggest both Telstra and @BoostAus use their own contact methods especially live chat to see reality that it is close to impossible to get hold of support especially to get the right information.

But also bc the Chinese could easily pick up the state owned Telco for a pittance and proceed to beat the crap out of Telstra in the market. Just utterly dumb

But only efficient in making $$$ for company & this contingent upon making it more expensive for the consumer for substandard service/ product. eg Telstra

    @Telstra @fictillius With all due respect, the reception and connection speeds you receive are also, in this instance, affected by a tunnel. You people spent many dollars and emitted much fanfare about how leaky coax meant 4G services would work in the tunnel, and they don't. You could fix this.

    @Telstra Update: Just spent another 20 minutes on the phone to complaints to be told multiple times I had done something wrong, talked over and not listened to. Complaint still not resolved. I told Dee I was hanging up as I was so annoyed. Fix this!!!!!!
