with the Telstra line outside my house. A Telstra b level technician was booked for today (confirmation received via SMS between 8-12 today). I had to cancel a shift, so not getting paid. No one has turned up.

@Telstra You’ve billed - we just can’t see it. You don’t attach it to your emails and we can’t get into it. Even the support guy we spoke to can’t get into it. Then your reminder emails also don’t mention the balance due. I’ve wasted hours on EVERY BILLING CYCLE FOR 20 YEARS.

@Telstra And see, this is the problem. Post publicly about the appalling service and get a response immediately (top work BTW Quinn). Sit on the phone to the chatbot and it takes at least 45 minutes a time to have someone in a call centre tell you they can't help.

@Telstra customer service are a total waste of time. Can’t understand basic information even when explained multiple times. Ask to speak to someone senior and they say they have no supervisors available, but if you ask enough time all of a sudden they find one.

1 bar of 3G lots of spots on M1 from Syd to Newcastle. Spent past few days near Swansea and the coverage is hopeless. With @Telstra since CDMA roaming stopped. Some days I would gladly roam onto another network. Don’t know about other areas but east coast is getting had.
