    @jendudley @Telstra I am getting a solid 48Mbps down on my 50/20 service. I don't generally miss the 104Mbps I got on Telstra cable except when kids are streaming and I want to as well. If I get even 80Mbps down out of a 100/40 service, I doubt I will miss the 20Mbps - and will enjoy the upstream.

    @jendudley @Telstra I am a mega geek too. I generally notice bad network performance. I really hate buffering in particular. My wife complained about the NBN being slow the other day, then realised she wasn't on Wi-Fi and it was actually the Telstra 4G service having issues.

    Should never have trusted @Telstra mobile network enough to cancel landline. Now it's a 6km drive to the nearest tower to make a simple mobile call. After hours this morning with Telstra Tech they've escalated it for attention within 24-48 hours - for an ongoing issue since Sept.

    @Judith54Nunn Check your Telstra speed, contact Telstra, get an SR number, go to the Telco Ombudsman and lodge an online complaint . Advise Telstra you are doing same. Guaranteed a response . Might take a week or two. You will get a case manager. insist on compensation for poor service

    @s_duvvuri @Telstra Spoken like someone who's never lived in rural Australia? Not just landline phone issue. No 4g = no mobile service, poor internet access, no streaming for apps we're still paying for & not easy trying to run a business.

    @Telstra it's on my mobile. Has mostly not worked for last 24 hours, went down about same time as power went off. Others in area have had same problem. Still not working other than every now suddenly works for a few minutes

    @NBN_Australia The provider is saturated with calls and is not taking any calls on. Surely as this is ten days since it was raised you can be a bit more proactive? Turns out my girlfriends knee is not broken but lack of Telstra coverage & NBN made a difficult situation terrible. World class!
