ColinRenouf (@ColinRenouf) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra We had no problems when we had separate accounts and two bills, or were with another provider. Since we have one billing account and two phones we can’t get both watches working.
-
Phillip Leeds (@prleeds) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra Thanks Renee, nothing’s changed since yesterday. Same issue, download speeds vary from 27mps to 0.1mps depending on which server it attaches to and it seems to switch constantly. Pretty poor service overall.

.@Optus Hello. If you can solve and progress a new NBN business account without the delays and promises that @Telstra have continued to fail at our business is yours
-
Vijay Arumugam (@vijayarumugam) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Optus It looks like the Optus telephony is back. The Optus NBN is still down, now for over an hour. It's a nightmarish morning for Teams calls. What's the ETA? I'm managing my work with my mobile hotspot with Telstra. Those who have Optus mobile internet have no plan B.

John Lutge 🐀 (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra They didn't admit there was a problem.
-
Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@johnb78 The MAC of the modem is tied to an area of the network. Not sure if that’s just a HFC thing or a hangover from when it was Telstra
-
Phillip Leeds (@prleeds) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra Not so far, by the time I went to the service page, everything was back up to speed. I think it should be up to Telstra to sort it out with NBN rather than me have it to do it. That would be very good service.

💧Jamie (@scibidoo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
So @Telstra after almost a year of a broken feature, the usual suggestions of delete the app and try again, multiple chats, tweets and hours on the phone, in store and on email. Your official response to the problem is that it’s a security feature to prevent a user login to…

Phillip Leeds (@prleeds) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra I gave up. Too many other things to do with my life to figure out why the NBN is so bad.
-
sydneyguy (@sydneyguy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra can't get a person to help me
-
ColinRenouf (@ColinRenouf) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra No joy but we have a theory. I think there is a problem with the One Number architecture. We just tested our theory. I think One Number is at the account level and not phone level. We have one payment account, two phones and two watches on it. We can have both on one phone only.

Andrew Wilkins (@Themaninasuit) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra there's no network currently in Annadale , your outages says no outages , what's the story . No 3g or 4g available

@Telstra #TelstraBroken if you’re going to have a chat based service make it work with the English language. I’ve been trying to report that SMS isn’t working on one device and have been sent in circles! And calling is the same!
-
John Lutge 🐀 (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra The problem is we miss a contact and one of our paediatric patients has a problem.
-
ColinRenouf (@ColinRenouf) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra I did that. I’m in IT and network infrastructure roles myself - but when reporting the options are too restrictive and don’t include “messaging only from my Apple Watch isn’t working”.
-

@VinceRugari I'll be switching my mobile to Optus now that the Telstra 𝘔𝘺 𝘍𝘰𝘰𝘵𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭 app now becomes merely a scoreboard. And will pay the $8.99pm for Paramount. My dad has Foxtel so I can use his login for Foxtel Go. But I'll not bother with Stan. It's a private tax I can't afford.
-
Phillip Leeds (@prleeds) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales
@Telstra Troubleshooting showed no issues on our end. We had the NBN technician here when the initial set up did not work, but he sorted all that out from the FTTC pit to the house. Only a few weeks back.

@AusIndiMedia @rossleighAIMN These unsolicited messages from idiots fall into the malicious calls category. Much the same as the Dreaded NBN calls saying we are going to disconnect your internet in 24 hrs . Let Telstra ( or other service providers) know that we consider these calls/txts malicious.
