    @Telstra have you been playing with the mobile coverage on the T4 between Cronulla and Central - it’s progressing to get worst and especially in the tunnels from Redfern you can even get out. :( please fix it!

    @missrobinson @Telstra I left years ago after putting up with that for 12 months. I’d get no data at all in the entire airport tunnel or at circular quay and some spots in the CBD, despite full signal.

    You are an absolute joke @Optus Went into a store about an issue and they couldn't fix the problem and twice today I contacted the customer care centre, both times got put on hold and you hung up on me. I'l be contacting the ombudsman and moving my services to @Telstra

    @Optus I bought a 4G modem for use at a location that has coverage from your 4G network, only to find that it's artificially limited to 3G speeds. This is totally unacceptable. I want a refund so I can spend the money on a Telstra modem instead.

    Almost 20 days @TPG_Telecom could not deliver a modem..confusion,promises, no update, silence and frustration. Absolutely customer unfriendly organisation with fake processes being in place.. shall I go to @Optus or @Telstra now..who can help me?

    Good service from Telstra. Lightning strike fried our NBN box on Saturday afternoon, called Telstra who booked a technician to replace it this morning. He’s just been, all sorted.

    @Br505943 @respeculator Telstra I can at least level a little bit with as it's a service based company and they have some upside from the infraco spin out, slimming down the business and their price hikes. Not cheap but I can understand the price. For many of the others it makes no sense.

    @Telstra Issue 51275084. NBN was supposed to be turning up from 8am this morning but complaint now shows as resolved on my Telstra app. Issue has not been resolved.

    @obrien_noel @PeterCronau I looked to see where my government smartphone was and realised they never existed and thus had never been privatised to begin with. Unlike say Telstra which was and we all know how well that went.

    @BelongAU why can't NBN FTTN remain connecteed without dropping out and having to reconnect Asynchronous connection every few hours or so? It's not just my connection....i know of around 30 Belong and @Telstra customers that are also having the same issue. HELP!

    @Telstra i cannot receive sms from other networks (tested with @VodafoneAU and TPG).. has been since new years eve. swapped sim in to different phones and same issue. my txt go through to them. they can txt others ok. have you blocked customers from receiving sms from @Vodafone?
