Telstra Issues Reports Near Kurrajong Heights, State of New South Wales

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Kurrajong Heights and nearby locations:

  • Spreeman Spree (@Spreeman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Happylittleveg @teeser @WildeGio @GeorgeBludger Foxtel now is there streaming service. I received it free on my telstra contract. Great to watch CNN. Oh and watch the first 7 seasons of Game of thrones free. So yes it is also a streaming service

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra out at lunch and get iMessages 15 mins after they were sent to me because full signal but no data. This really is pathetic and disabling 4G is hardly a solution

  • p_terg 🔥₽๎ᝤᶒя ᶢ ᶃเ𐤄𐤄ᦳ𐌏ᠡ💧 (@p_terg) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Doesn’t help, Ryan. What we need is an understanding Telco. 1-2 days overdue doesn’t warrant a $15 fee. If it is routinely overdue by a month or more then it is warranted. This is why people struggle with their utility bills- no leeway, no flexibility, no compassion 2/..

  • bonkerseh Robina Chaffey (@bonkerseh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@randlight @c_tolkien I have been badgered by robocalls for at least weeks threatening that "your service will be cut off in 24 hrs if you do not contact this number" Bollocks. When I phoned Telstra to complain as I knew that it wasn't true ( in my area )... 1/2...

  • TheBowen Chris Bowen (@TheBowen) reported from Wilberforce, State of New South Wales

@alborzfallah @trevorlong @PaulMaric @Telstra I think you better talk to Paul. I sense there’s mini crisis in the CarAdvice office about phones. Hope the bosses can fix it. #prayforcaradvice

  • Isaac_IWF 皇帝Isaac🍒 (@Isaac_IWF) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Services are down =/= Services are being especially slow and non-responsive at times. Don't misconstrue my words. The connection is running but it is abnormally shit. Your end, not mine.

  • chrisjackis Chris Jack (@chrisjackis) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Searching "telstra outage" or "telstra complaint" on twitter shows you the massive problems @Telstra are having and the number of people impacted. Resolution times are unacceptable and the lack of transparency is very poor. I'm now into week six of an outage in Dee Why. #fail

  • MyannaWedes Myanna Wedes (@MyannaWedes) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra We have done this and it says no issues. However, no internet here... just want to get an estimated idea on what is going on.

  • PaulMaric Paul Maric (@PaulMaric) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@thecattery @trevorlong @Telstra Nup. Which is the worst part!

  • p_terg 🔥₽๎ᝤᶒя ᶢ ᶃเ𐤄𐤄ᦳ𐌏ᠡ💧 (@p_terg) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Kathblue @Telstra We had a grey box too. Our current internet is 100mbps through the Foxtel infrastructure. They’re using that same infrastructure to supply the nbn(tm) and I have just agreed to go with @telstra bc they could provide nbn(tm) with same service as current cable internet #winning

  • mik_volikas Michael Volikas (@mik_volikas) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@SContominas @aus99a @Telstra They're all shit, just to varying degrees of shitiness.

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @NickRossTech @NBN_Australia WATFJ.....can't even provide a basic service now want extra for basic........still waiting for my fix....paying Telstra/NBN for 100 getting @ best 23.........they are "investigating"........🤔😁🤣🤣🤣

  • TomRagen Tom Ragen (@TomRagen) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Telcos @Telstra & @Optus are looking under the lead of the @NBN_Australia to charge people more for the use of streaming videos services! #No! Absolutely not! We are already paying for internet service. If you add this new charges it’s a ***** money grab! #WTF

  • p_terg 🔥₽๎ᝤᶒя ᶢ ᶃเ𐤄𐤄ᦳ𐌏ᠡ💧 (@p_terg) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@SteveMolk @VodafoneAU @Telstra ****** @telstra slap you with a $15 late fee if the system doesn’t process your payment by the due date. Due on day-n, pay it on day>n+1 and whack. You get one waived late-fee per 12mo. Great Internet. Crap customer service.

  • chris8449 Chris Arancibia (@chris8449) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra have been having issues with internet speed at Glenhaven.m NSW 2156 for days now - could someone please let me know when this issue will be resolved - hard to run a business with your network service. Thanks

  • p_terg 🔥₽๎ᝤᶒя ᶢ ᶃเ𐤄𐤄ᦳ𐌏ᠡ💧 (@p_terg) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra @Kathblue Don’t ring them Kath. Use the chat. You’ll then have a record. Never. Use. The. Phone! #dealingwithtelcos101

  • Isaac_IWF 皇帝Isaac🍒 (@Isaac_IWF) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra No, And I have restarted my router and computer multiple times. Friend in nearby suburb also mentioned bad connection at the same time I was having issues. Cbf to deal with tech support for useless solution when its a problem on your end. Had this talk before

  • bonkerseh Robina Chaffey (@bonkerseh) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@LesStonehouse Yep for months. I rang Telstra to complain. The robcall menace slowly fizzled out. Also I am on a no call register to ward off the crap.

  • p_terg 🔥₽๎ᝤᶒя ᶢ ᶃเ𐤄𐤄ᦳ𐌏ᠡ💧 (@p_terg) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Being aware of bills is one thing; being aware that help is available in extenuating circumstances is another; but to automatically levy a late fee when an account is a day or two late is something akin to gouging 4/...

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra This has been going on for months. Have to toggle airplane mode off and on to get a connection. Their ‘solution’ is to disable 4G and only use 3G 🤔

  • Jess_H19 Jess H (@Jess_H19) reported

@Telstra Yes. Wasted a heap of my time gathering information for them only to be told they can’t use it as I was on the move each time my phone dropped out, which I was clear about when I first raised the issue with Telstra.

  • Randall1921 StephenReiffer (@Randall1921) reported

@AdeleOffley @Telstra I suspect Telstra has limited overall capacity and is stealing off regional areas to service its more lucrative markets in the City. Despite its advertising promises regional Australia is being screwed by rampant overpopulation growth and higher densities. @PaulFletcherMP

  • LtzKotori Kotori (@LtzKotori) reported

well just got a warning for a unstable connection on destiny from @Bungie , now do i risk playing pvp for a potential 1 month ban from pvp or ignore pvp while i wait for @Telstra to decide in 7 months if they wanna install a phone tower closer or not

@normboy562 Everyone is saying, what's wrong with our ABC, just Google to see who's on the board of directors for **** sake, RWNJ'S the lot of them, from Foxtel to News Corp to Channel 7, Qantas and Telstra FFS.

  • shane_kable Shane Kable (@shane_kable) reported

@Telstra No as I travel across the region. Last time I contacted faults I was told I should expect this but service doesn’t improve after the indicated dates of upgrade. Service quality is diminishing each time the network gets an extra G & the ability to make a phone call reduces
