  @OwlAims god damn. Yeah 50Mbps is like the basic norm for rural australia if you dont invest in a decent router and internet plan with a good provider (literally anybody but telstra lmfao)

  Cya Telstra you've increased the price for the second time in <12mths, aren't willing to even discuss it beyond "it is what it is, we're the best" (paraphrasing). So @Telstra's lack of client retention attempts has lost me as a customer. I'm paying out and moving on.

  I loved Telstra but they were too corrupt. They told me I am bulldozing through management when I sent an angry email to all C level excs cause they ****** over a customer and nobody took ownership. Was a good customer and I let them down because of them

  Hang on @onenzofficial ya what??? NO advertising, no notice, now you’re cutting off HFC cable internet that I’ve had since Telstra was a cowboy 😡🤬 But it has way less issues than fibre and wifi ****** connections. WHY DO YOU DO THIS?? First it was my Paradise net email & now?

  @Piiiiickles We switched to Aussie after appalling service & constant issues with Telstra. Superloop are ok too (I used them when I was on my own & there were some issues but always well communicated and resolved quickly).

  @scrumblebum1 @Telstra Yeah same. They're ****. I worked with Telstra Mobilenet 27 years ago. In 27 years they still dont have it right.
