Caroline (@L1I9N6K4) reported@Telstra I drove to where there is 5G & recharged. If I try to visit a website that I have not previously visited, it takes minutes to load. The population here doubles in the holidays, Telstra mobile and NBN (apparently) slow down sufficiently to frustrate everyone.

Too much of a coincidence, they just said don't click on the link, I told her I wasn't stupid, but shouldn't they be warning customers as it looks legit?

All by messaging system and go round and round where you are referred to someone else and you have to repeat why you need help. Talk about backward step and shocking customer service

Tareq (@Twerech) reported@Telstra I asked for the Telstra team to stop the cancellation of my NBN because the technician said they’ll return to rectify the wire issue to the house. They responded with a confirmation that the service will not be cancelled. The tech hasn’t returned yet, and my NBN was disconnected.
