    @Telstra prices of plans going up but half the time you loose reception go shopping in supermarkets/train locations reception gone we pay top dollars and get horrible service if complain told oh its difficult indoors! Interesting how lower income countries have better reception!

    @Telstra ...Interesting business model that you have! Tried to change service for speed at a lower cost (online offers) only to be told that this is ONLY available to new customers. No solution offered, leaving me to seek another provider!!

    After being a loyal customer to Telstra for as long as I can remember, starting with prepaid credit to a Bring Your Own Device simcard plan, I've swapped to Belong mobile. I'm not accepting a ten dollar increase to my phone bill with no additional exrltras. **** you Telsta.

    @Telstra 2 days to get expiring account management authorisation 4 2 people 4 elderly relative [mobility issues], MOBILE but NO internet renewed. She verified both on phone. Had to use “Fault”with my phone number to get a human to deal with. Have Ref number today only 1 verified

    @DanielMunday @ReadingThePlay @kayosports Take a screenshot of it not working & request a refund for that week. They must under the consumer laws refund you. Telstra always refunds you if your internet doesn’t work
