  Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

  Physically walked in to a @Telstra store to buy the new modem and they literally would not let me buy it. I have to ring up and enquire about it. What kind of system is that? You have the modem on display. It's in stock. I want to buy it. I'm a decade long customer! Joke

  @GusLefty @arbsmichael And privatising Telstra to safeguard superannuation is a problem why? PLUS, he did election on the GST as a reform he wanted to inttroduce in 1998. The GST never happening was a 96 promise. But 98 he did say it would.

  @eevblog i spent 3 months fighting their absurdity over a business account, with them "doing it wrong" and then forgetting about it. the only solution was to raise a complaint and follow that process, which so far has taken a month. telstra is criminally incompetent :(

  @joey8bitz @1WeakGuttedDog Holy **** you’re dumb. Boost is a budget provider, they are never going to give you the same PRIORITY as you’d get with Telstra otherwise the people that pay twice the amount would be getting the same service No one with boost is expecting the same speeds and priority

  @arbsmichael Howard sold off flogged off Telstra even though he told us only half & then came back for the rest, he wasted the mining boom. Oh, and Howard’s crowning glory was to flog off our gas for a song so we pay exorbitant prices for decades. Howard a major fail even Costello agreed.

  @cyberpunkdingo Yes, Telstra as you mentioned did a signed deal with Infosys. 600 jobs gone, all local IT contracting staff were retrenched. Then they use some onshore workers to run the service but the workers are mainly offshore. NAB also partnered with Accenture this failed miserably.

  Switched home internet providers cause Telstra were actually insane lmao but now when connected to my AGL wifi it doesn't let me watch any NBA on my NBA app and this message just shows up. I have tried trouble shooting it and I've even ventured onto Reddit for help but nothing works 😩🥴 I literally pay a yearly fee to watch NBA games so not sure why they're cockblocking me! I've turned VPN **** off and on. I can watch when my wifi is off still 😣
