    Apparently Telstra is now saying it wasn't an attack but an internal issue. Hope that is true. At least the issue has been fixed.

    @Telstra relocation are still ongoing. Our ‘Connection Manager’ Ankita last contacted me on Thursday to say on Friday our old phone numbers were being cut across from our old address and there would be minimal disruption.Our case ref with her is 2-26877336684. No inward calls since. Help!

    @LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

    @Telstra I’m a patient person. However when my very elderly parents in Kiama are left without a land line for over 20 days & I discover that someone in @telstra or @nbn didn’t create a ‘Task ID’ for the third time in 3 weeks I reach a state of total frustration. Pls help.

    @Telstra Internet after today’s issue is cutting out. I’ve turned it off for 10 mins, turned it back on, I’ve hit the reset button, it starts to work for a bit and goes off again, I had a similar problem a week ago. Is there a problem in my area? Fairy meadow 2519 NSW

    Trying to solve a @Telstra issue with endless hours on hold, when I get through I get disconnected, no call back- shitty service. I’m starting to doubt any humans work there. Time for a change of service providers!

    Telstra. Waiting to have the account activated. Takes up to 4 hours. So far, 2 days. Message from them " There unfortunately is a delay in the activation" No shit Sherlock. Call to complain. " want to lodge a complaint" Sorry, wrong dept, this is billing" transfers me to billing

    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @MichaelSpring17 I regularly receive similar calls about my Telstra broadband connection being cut off too. The only issue I have is that I don’t have a Telstra broadband connection. However I still go through the process of seeing what I can do to fix the problem. It’s amusing.

    @Telstra @hpglassford @MichaelSpring17 Contact Jim Browning in the UK or search via Social Media . He professionally hunts them down and reports on You tube blogs or on BBCTV. He will give you IP addresses for all the scam sites, GPS Locations and Floor levels of Buildings in Kolkata and Mumbai , India , plus Cypress

    @wmdglasgow We used to have Huawei in our core network. Telstra detected a patch sent to a router. The new software sent some network traffic to China then deleted itself. Since then every Western country has removed Huawei equipment. Will it work if they decide to invade a neighbour? No.

    @Telstra Every single time I make a complaint, you send me a new modem without checking anything whatsoever. It works few days and then, same crap, different day. Even worse, you have increased the bill so basically I'm paying for something I have never received as promoted.
