    @LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

    @Telstra I’m a patient person. However when my very elderly parents in Kiama are left without a land line for over 20 days & I discover that someone in @telstra or @nbn didn’t create a ‘Task ID’ for the third time in 3 weeks I reach a state of total frustration. Pls help.

    Telstra. Waiting to have the account activated. Takes up to 4 hours. So far, 2 days. Message from them " There unfortunately is a delay in the activation" No shit Sherlock. Call to complain. " want to lodge a complaint" Sorry, wrong dept, this is billing" transfers me to billing

    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @TurnbullMalcolm Tying the new NBN to the old lines was a horrible mistake, and you were warned well enough. @Telstra's ***** little secret of the pair gain system installed in 1994-2000 kept a lot of homes in housing estates to 28.8kbps till 2012!

    Apologies to anyone trying to phone or email my #wollongong office this morning. Phones and internet still down since yesterday and between @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom and @Telstra no one seems to be able to fix it. Trying to get a phone diversion set up atm.

    @paul_tooney @Buddha14 An update re: the Kayo. Service was restored, not in time to watch the A-League #BigBlue. Kayo replied to my tweet. I sent a quick e-mail, they responded (fast!) by giving me another free week (25% off) the next bill. Can't say my Foxtel (via Telstra) would have done that.

    @scotto_au @MissFitz72 @Telstra Superloops issue was a Cisco bug but they are patching. Internet is hard obviously. Tbh happy to be away from telstra. Cable was good but at the end 4mb upload was a killer.
