    @LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

    @Telstra I’m a patient person. However when my very elderly parents in Kiama are left without a land line for over 20 days & I discover that someone in @telstra or @nbn didn’t create a ‘Task ID’ for the third time in 3 weeks I reach a state of total frustration. Pls help.

    Telstra. Waiting to have the account activated. Takes up to 4 hours. So far, 2 days. Message from them " There unfortunately is a delay in the activation" No shit Sherlock. Call to complain. " want to lodge a complaint" Sorry, wrong dept, this is billing" transfers me to billing

    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @TurnbullMalcolm Tying the new NBN to the old lines was a horrible mistake, and you were warned well enough. @Telstra's ***** little secret of the pair gain system installed in 1994-2000 kept a lot of homes in housing estates to 28.8kbps till 2012!

    Apologies to anyone trying to phone or email my #wollongong office this morning. Phones and internet still down since yesterday and between @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom and @Telstra no one seems to be able to fix it. Trying to get a phone diversion set up atm.

    I can find no clear information anywhere online about if there is an issue or outage. I've paid my bills, and my internet is working fine so pretty sure fault not due to me. No phones means no communication with my kid's schools, my elderly parents, etc. Fix it @Telstra !

    As our "landline" phone has never worked properly, since being forced onto NBN, our mobile phones are our only working phones... usually. So let's hope you sort it out soon @Telstra , I'm just thankful we weren't cut off on Wednesday during the catastrophic fire day.

    @NickRossTech @TurnbullMalcolm @NBN_Australia @matt_barrie @Aussie_BB Same: network layer 1 infra, same DOCSIS 3 cable, same advertised download speed (100Mbps). In the space of 15 mins My Telstra Netgear cable modem is swapped with an NBN cable modem, the exact same coax cable, 18Mbps slower, with NBN speed boost 100Mbps (costing more than before)

When I travel to the country, when I am miles from any towns, phone/data cut out but GPS still works!! If I was on the Telstra network phone/data would not cut out cos they have .... SATELLITES
