    @LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

    @Telstra Internet after today’s issue is cutting out. I’ve turned it off for 10 mins, turned it back on, I’ve hit the reset button, it starts to work for a bit and goes off again, I had a similar problem a week ago. Is there a problem in my area? Fairy meadow 2519 NSW

    @Telstra relocation are still ongoing. Our ‘Connection Manager’ Ankita last contacted me on Thursday to say on Friday our old phone numbers were being cut across from our old address and there would be minimal disruption.Our case ref with her is 2-26877336684. No inward calls since. Help!

    @Telstra That’s a poor excuse sorry. The phone calls never get through to a human regardless of what you need. Your text service is inadequate and also not a human. The most response I’ve received is on Twitter because it’s public. I fear for my 75 y/o mum dealing with Telstra

    @mels_mck @Telstra It sucks but the easiest way I’ve found if you are out of contract is just switch to another provider with your new name, I would think @Telstra could handle this but treating someone with dignity may be a bit much for them.

    Trying to solve a @Telstra issue with endless hours on hold, when I get through I get disconnected, no call back- shitty service. I’m starting to doubt any humans work there. Time for a change of service providers!

    @DaleKerr @chelsea_hetho If you don't have a contract with telstra, look at aldi mobile plans. Aldi uses the telstra network. Aldi is byo phone. The money you'd save, I believe you would be able to buy a phone outright every 1 - 2 years. I've been with aldi for more than 5 years. Yes I do recommend them

    @_damien_white_ @Super2Series You need a separate entity running the site to remove red tape approvals to achieve agility like the other outlets. We had that with Telstra owning it. Supercars hated it and I was forever in arguments over the “conflicting content” that made the sport look bad.

    @Telstra you are deadset hopeless signed up thinking I’d get good service. NOT!! You haven’t given any account details to me. Can’t sign into the account. Took 3 weeks to get connected to the NBN. Spelt my name wrong, email etc. how do I pay the bill. I’ll be cancelling.

    @Telstra There's no sim or device issues, if there is it must be contagious as every other mobile device suffers the same terrible coverage when it gets to the area. The issue is the coverage and the fact that they're paying for poor service thinking its normal

    @Telstra I can’t get a response on the message to verify my identity and no answer. Ironically it’s recommended i call if I want immediate assistance........ I am the end user here, if im travelling in a Taxi and it breaks down the driver doesn’t expect me to troubleshoot or fix it.
