@Telstra No customer service. Near impossible to contact. I have tried now on multiple occasions to cancel our home line as we moved. I've eventually spoke to someone who assured me it was finally sorted. Only 2 get ANOTHER bill for the home line. Pathetic!

@Telstra your customer service is an absolute debacle. I have been trying to resolve my Internet issues since Monday and now when I ring the 1800 number as advised I receive a msg that takes me to a link for the My Telstra app that I have already attempted with no success!!!

@Telstra I'm absolutely at my wits end. I have contacted Telstra back in December to cancel my home phone as we have moved and STILL I'm being billed for it. No way 2 cancel!! It's disgraceful & a scam! I want this sorted out! I will not sit on another 1.5 hour call to sort it.

@Telstra What do you recommend for my internet that's not working? I'm in 2259 (Tuggerah) and connects but nothing is loading? I've restarted the modem a few times and no luck. Using up the data on my phone very quick.

@Telstra Yes but I'm not getting anywhere. We have gone through numerous troubleshooting with no success. I have requested a Technician and was offered a few Timeslots, I chose one earlier today but it now looks as though it has not been reserved for me. I just want the issue fixed.

@Telstra I have an incident number INC13781033. The issue requires a visit from one of your technicians apparently. Your colleagues on the message service said they’d booked one today (16th March). I asked them to confirm twice. They did. Took half a day off work. No technician.

@Telstra Thanks for there reply tory. Got it fixed after 2 and a half hours. You really need to make sure your support team are calling people back. Three times we were handed off to a different person and got hung up on in the process without a call back

@dailypostdan Telstra’s hand re upgrades may be forced by AUKUS. The US considers any Chinese telecoms hardware to be a security threat. I expect Aus Govt will push for a region-wide “rip & replace” on any Huawei or ZTE equipment in Digicel’s network.

@Telstra just been on the phone for 2 hours. I was disconnected the first time with my issues. Called back 132200 and didn't get anywhere for 20mins while one of your Australian support staff tried to connect me. I was eventually transferred to a technician but they hung up on me
