    @Telstra Yes but I'm not getting anywhere. We have gone through numerous troubleshooting with no success. I have requested a Technician and was offered a few Timeslots, I chose one earlier today but it now looks as though it has not been reserved for me. I just want the issue fixed.

    I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

    @Telstra I just recieved an email informing me that Ive renewed my contrsct with Telstra. I havent had any contact with Telstra except my bill which had "last bill" written on it. I'd like to talk to a real person or just cancel my contract.

    @DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

    @Telstra your customer service is an absolute debacle. I have been trying to resolve my Internet issues since Monday and now when I ring the 1800 number as advised I receive a msg that takes me to a link for the My Telstra app that I have already attempted with no success!!!

    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    @erfbeeass I suspect you're dealing with a bot, probably programmed to ignore "nuisance" customers. I've had similar with Telstra and Origin. What started out as a polite inquiry rapidly deteriorated when it became clear I was dealing with bots that couldn't help. They no longer respond.

    @Telstra 2. I contacted you the first time you sent me this notice almost 2 years ago now and was told I had to pay it, no if's and's or but's. I contacted the TCO and they told you to leave me alone, yet you continue to send me these notices, so I continue to post them. I'll never pay.

    Four days without Bigpond internet. Telstra tells me to be home between 12-4pm Monday. Friendly reminder follow-up on Sunday to make sure I will be home. 4pm Monday, Telstra advise, sorry, need to change service date to Wednesday between 12-4. Am I angry!!!!!!!
