@Telstra I just recieved an email informing me that Ive renewed my contrsct with Telstra. I havent had any contact with Telstra except my bill which had "last bill" written on it. I'd like to talk to a real person or just cancel my contract.

@Telstra Considering every time I called (re: internet being down & other issues) call centre staffers just kept trying to sell us iPhones (resulting in changing to a competitor for other services except partner's mobile) think we'll give that a miss. What a shame.
@tom69712000 @Optus It's been a bit long to sort out but it looks like I've identified an issue Optus wasn't aware of. I'm rural so options are limited and telstra are hopeless. We've got a new optus tower within eyesight so hoping to get it sorted today.

@PlayStationAU I love the series on Disney plus but couldn’t get the 4K to work on ps5 digital had to end up watching it on Telstra tv in 4K hrd10 so the tv obviously isn’t the problem is there a setting need to change to make my hisense 4K hdr10 60hz tv run Disney plus in 4K games no prob

@Telstra It has been 10 working days since I raised my complaint, and @Telstra have failed to resolve it or to communicate with me why. This is against their own complaints process. But they can’t do anything about it.
