    @Telstra I just recieved an email informing me that Ive renewed my contrsct with Telstra. I havent had any contact with Telstra except my bill which had "last bill" written on it. I'd like to talk to a real person or just cancel my contract.

    Well I can’t say tonight was a total loss, Big Hero 6 The Series is really good. @Telstra on the other hand can shove it. They can’t even let you leave there service without issue after issue after issue. Hopefully will be live after work tomorrow that’s if I still have internet

    @Telstra I'm trying to fix a billing issue (on your end) for my partner and we're now on the second day in a row with no reply from the Message Telstra service. And trying to talk to anyone about a billing issue on the phone is proving impossible... Any help?

    @Telstra you could learn a thing or two from @Aussie_BB . Aussie call centres full of friendly and helpful people you can actually get ahold of, troubleshooting tools accessible by the end user and last of all its not over priced garbage like your service Telstra
