@ItsTheHermit tbf it's not every month but it happens often enough that it's pretty annoying. Telstra service is okay where I live but I also live right next to an optus tower so it's usually fast

@Telstra Thanks Dan. It was saying there was no outages but pay experience has proven its not always up to date. There was planned outage till 6am in guessing its going for longer

Is there a telco that is good to deal with in Australia? @Telstra have the network, sure, but their customer experience and support is the worst. Todays example- store tells me yesterday to come back today at 9am just to get a sim. Same store is closed today!!

Hey @Telstra why is it so hard to find a phone number for you to talk to a real person about a technical issue? Issue with my internet, so doing it online not easy. Using my @VodafoneAU phone for this tweet. Maybe I'll just swap internet over to another provider.

@Telstra Excellent change, win/win from absolutely every angle, having call centre jobs located in genuinely regional locations - regional Aus $ injection, society benefits, higher customer satisfaction. Fingers crossed @Qantas follows suit as O/S call centres also infuriating. @VicBStard
