@phil_honey @Telstra The router drops out. Do a reset and it'll last a few hours and then drop out again. All the devices stay connected. The problem is, it was working up until they started playing with the exchange.

got a free fitbit with GPS from telstra. it's fine but they seem very sure that people have memoried all their dumb little different metric icons. what does 108 of 250 mean bro? i can see the little man, they all have the little man, that doesn't help

@MikeCarlton01 @Qantas I fly with them every couple of weeks. The only change to pre-covid IMO is the security delays through the airport. And plenty of points seats. If you worry about call times I suggest you talk to a Telstra customer

@wheels002 @Telstra Is Aussie broadband available in your area? I used them a few years back and their service was fantastic. Aussie call centres was one of the reasons I stuck with them for as long as possible, not that I had to call them much at all

@HarroBS19 @ThreeUK Thank you, if you try manually connecting to Vodafone Australia or Telstra Mobile this should allow you to connect consistently without dropping. Let us know if you're still having some issues. -Holly
