@Telstra @hemanshubhojak I'm amazed that the simcard provides an avenue for telstra to block an update. Even if I'm on wifi. Pretty piss poor Telstra, I own this handset outright and I don't buy it from you! Optus 7 day free e-sim trial is a useful workaround.

@Telstra Placed an order for migration from existing NBN provider to Telstra. Three days into it and your team disconnects my NBN without even sending a new modem. Spoke to customer support multiple times. I must say they are not helping.

@southwin28 @MrKRudd Had to look this one up as I wasn't aware of it being a thing. Am reading Foxtel is still dealing with Telstra? Whatever the case: will stick to a VPN and some other streaming service.

@Telstra So hard trying to cancel my account but managed to get through on phone today and hopefully it's all sorted. Although last 2 times I have in writing that is was closed but am still receiving bills. Let's hope it's third times a charm.
