    So....a @Telstra technician was supposed to show up and fix the internet on the 7th but guess what? Nope they no showed and if I ask Telstra all they'll say is give me the same random bs and ask me to call the robot so it hangs up on me. I swear Telstra is so damn money hungry!

    @drinno_au @Telstra I streamed on 6k bitrate, with no issues for like 9 months, but that was after complaining almost every month for 2 years because of the weekly/monthly problem leading up to it...

    @Telstra Since I got the phone, chat support didn’t really work (too long to tweet). Store said to just raise a complaint. This seemed somewhat unsatisfactory to me, so I hoped maybe the Twitter @Telstra team could help.

    @TheKouk Problem is social media is like the phone servive and post these days. Would Telstra be able to tell ScoMo, no he can't have a mobile plan? Or Australia post say that it wouldn't deliver his letter?

    @WakeAustralia I think its started. Also experiencing dropping Telstra service and 4 small communities in 100km radius have had off- grid solar and generator issues in last few days, solar winds ? Magnetic fields? Cyber attacks
