Hey @Telstra, how about doing your part for supporting Australians in the pandemic recovery and you know.... Hiring Australians and bringing call centres back on shore again. It might look cheaper to use offshore centres, but the damage and rework isn't really worth it.

@fictillius It’s not bad, but TPG desperately need to bring their proposed network upgrades as per RFNSA online. Switched back to Telstra because TPG is just too far behind right now for my use.

@MichelePlayfair @Cloudflare Amy is all kinds of awesome! I left my house furious with the unusable NBN I have... & got the most amazing customer service at Telstra along with a solution (that costs considerably less than paying for cable to the house). Yay Telstra (didn't see that plot twist coming did ya?)
