@IsJamesAlive @Telstra Number 5 should be an option to connect with an employee that actually understands what I’m saying and doesn’t speak in horribly broken English that is barley understandable. If there’s one thing a support rep should be it’s fluent in the language of the customer (or legible)

In addition, @Telstra appear to have charged a SECOND connection fee this morning ... for a service that's not connected! (Apparently "should be working" now). We spend hundreds on Telstra between us a month. Might be time to start looking elsewhere though.

@Telstra How about providing customer service? Worst company I have ever dealt with. Wait for hours to talk to someone in a call centre who puts you on hold then the call cuts out. No CRM it seems so waste hours going over the same issues. Absolutely disgraceful.

@Telstra I'm ready to totally lose my biscuit with your utterly useless chat support service. I have a very specific issue that has only started last Monday on Telstra NBN and I' was on chat last Thursday for 2 hours and today for 3 hours, transferred between departments with no
