Ok @Telstra is officially the worst customer service ever! I've been hung up on today she refused to put me thru to supervisor & now I"ve been Twitter hung up on. Nearly 2 weeks & still they can't activate my sim. MEans I have no mobile for work! They couldn't care less

@Telstra When MY circumstances change, I call you & discuss it. But when a customer has always paid his 2 mobile phones & NBN accounts on time, in full, you nonetheless tell that customer you don’t trust them. I don’t mind the credit check. I mind being treated like a baby.
