@jriewolod @Telstra OMG years ago 13/14 I was paying $125 a month for a 25GB dongle. Some months I would have crazy GB racked up so I called and spent hours & hours on the phone to tech support apparently running traces for months. They didn’t find anything and I still ended up with a bill for $2k!

@jriewolod @Telstra How shocking! Why did they privatise that service (Telecom?) in the first place? Take that story to ABC 7.30 because it truly will be the tip of the iceberg and it goes to the heart of the problem of utilities and essential services being sold off. Dumb Oz.

@jriewolod @Telstra J have you got a solution for her aged care? My 95 yr old mother in law is currently paying $45 a month for a mobile plan because they no longer run landlines in the facility. She is deaf & bed bound & uses zero data. @Telstra

@jriewolod @Telstra It went in for ages and I refused to pay the bills so that passed it over to a credit agency which ultimately effected my ongoing credit etc. Shouldn’t have to be this way. They are simply the worst.
