    @Telstra It was cause we didn’t have nbn to the home and it got suspended. We got the modem sent so just waiting on it. I never got any warning that it was going to be suspended though, so just curious if you gave a warning or something a while back?

    @Telstra I did for 5 hours today. That is how long it took for 3 questions to be answered. I also made a complaint and have had my case escalated. What hasn’t happened though our phone and internet restored.

    @scareypr @MichaelAckland3 @Telstra Could we have one outside my store? Then at least our customers could call us. Our phones are still not working and our internet too. Despite 10 hours of my time with Telstra over two days.

    @Telstra I’ve already signed up with @VodafoneAU but am trying to get my portable broadband device unlocked but am told that under 2 years, there’s a charge even if my device is fully paid out as it would be on closing down my account.

    @Telstra @Lachy When you’re required to check into venues and “Australia’s best network” doesn’t work — We have problems. And when those problems do not occur during the week, we definitely have problems. It’s bad when the dial up speed WiFi @optus provides is better than your supposed 5G.

    @Optus your #InternetDownload speeds suck big time! I got 2 cellphones. The other is with @Telstra and no issues with them! Why is your DL speed so slow!
