@Telstra It's everywhere from Nedlands to Cannington. No reported outages in any of the locations. Last time it happened I was on the phone to a bloke who was clearly working from home in India - poor guy tried everything.

@Telstra Thanks Tom. I worked out how to change in the Apple settings the numbers set up for iMessages and that seems to have worked. Took me 5 mins and your messaging service took 8 hours for no result but to be told to turn my phone on and off 3 times.

@Telstra instead of customer service who don’t understand my accent. RMS has indigenous “interpreters” so if you identify as indigenous then you can be out through and talk to an indigenous person. Please look into this
