someone tell my why telstra is charging me $70 for an "overdue" phone bill, that has direct automatic payments set-up for it, and when I go to create an account online it literally doesn't work, piece of **** dogshit service

.@Foxtel we signed up for Internet w u over a MONTH AGO & still no modem arrived. No internet & no TV for 4 weeks! Multiple follow ups & ‘case managers’ (who never call back) assigned - still no resolution! 😭 At this point I miss @Telstra & that’s saying something

@Telstra I just told you I do not have the My Telstra app. What I’ve got is bad customer service. I’ll be complaining - loudly - about this failure. You do not give a damn about your customers.
