  @Telstra Will you pick up the phone if I try to call with a business critical issue? I No, you have outsourced your customer service section unsuccessfully, and now you have the worst service imaginable as a result. How you are still solvent is due largely to your coverage monopoly.

  @HighlySpammable I ended up giving up on Telstra due to technician wait times, but Optus already have a 5g home internet service which has been pretty solid so far, modem needs resetting far more often than desirable but so far so good

  @Telstra (3) I have seen other tweets saying they too were on the chat for 3 hours. That's seriously great prime service support there @Telstra I will be contacting the Telco Ombudsman, and looking for another provider who values their loyal clients.
