@GrogsGamut @Telstra and cancelled that one as well without telling me, this happened 4 times in total. 16 hours wasted waiting for someone to turn up that was not going to. After the fourth time I rang iiNet and got an appointment that day and have not looked back. Telstra suck, never use them.

@GrogsGamut @Telstra I’ve been battling #Telstra since March 2020, with more than 160 “operators” based in Manila & Mumbai ! Language barrier a major issue. Outrageous overcharges among other issues - still unresolved & second #TIO formal complaint now lodged ! A business model now built on #COVID

4 hours with @Telstra who stuffed up a simple change on my account now havent had internet for that long still on hold with them. Have lost $500 so far today and they saying they will charge to fix their mistake. PICK UP THE PHONE!
