    This area is one that the @NBN used coaxial cables in @Telstra's old phone cable pits. The pits fill with water when it rains, and the cables short out, causing corrosion and occasional fires. Quite often, as occurred recently there is a very poor NBN service... /3

    @sunnysandeel Agreed on the pixel part. I got one of my pixels replaced under insurance and Telstra replaced it with a Samsung, and it was AWFUL. Camera, bloatware etc! Even checked with another friends Samsung to see if it was just my device. Nup, same ****! Sold the thing and bought new pixe

    @Telstra I was invited via email to step up to the 5G home internet. Looks good, but I can’t find any information to confirm if it will work with my Telstra VoIP phone. Can you assist me. Is it compatible and is there additional cost for this service?

    @Telstra I have strong 4G access on phone & other devices. Getting a technical expert to diagnose this kind of problem at that level properly, takes Telstra entire days to respond. The first 3 days I get pass the buck HelpDesk getting me to turn my modems on & off !! Useless.

    @AlanBixter That’s funny, we are with Telstra and live in Townsville and we don’t have problems like that. Maybe you might consider selling up there and relocating back here
