@Telstra @elastikos Surely, the Telecommunications companies must know when a large number of sequential numbers are bought for an overseas customer call centre. They ring on one number and you block it only for a similar number to call again and so it goes on.

@jonnosan303 That would explain why Telstra was offering bonus loyalty points to any customer who was double-vaxed. And why the successor to the PDP-11 was the VAX-11. IT’S ALL CONNECTED.

@Telstra Trying to contact telstra 3 times to cancel a service only to be on hold for 20 plus minutes then get disconnected... you can't even sack them

@MackDog2341 PS. He fixed the buzz & crackle, said all the pillar-pits are awash since last week’s flood, & my internet better than it’s been in 20 years. Telstra will never replace 50+yo copper wire for a dozen customers.

And despite this @telstra continues to drag their heels. @telstra where ‘customer service’ is an oxymoron.

Contacted @Telstra on Saturday to upgrade our NBN plan. It'll be upgraded within 24 hours they said. It's now been 120 hours, and nothing. Contacted Telstra. You need to put in a complaint before we can talk to you about it. #Useless

@peters_malcolm I just read the article. How f**ken stupid is this government. They create a company called NBN Co to provide (well original plan) a fibre network to most Australian homes. That basically shut the Telstra cable network down.

@Telstra Yes get Towers out to country areas. I've had no service for 3 days now. I've had to drive to Mt Pleasant to get any. We couldn't call 000/ CFS if we had an emergency..not good enough!

@GreenJ @Telstra @NBN_Australia I have found TPG to be almost faultless and when I did have problems I spoke to a human located in Oz who managed to fix promptly. Friends with the same provider agree 100%.
