@Telstra What's it take to get an estimated time of a hardware delivery delay? I ordered the 5th gen iPad Pro on day 1, was told 3-5 b.days several times by your in app support, then when that elapsed, was told "Please don't worry, the order will be delivered as soon as possible"

@THEURBEXBEAST Seriously? It was like a camera flash or lightening, it didn't affect the internet though. Just so weird. I was on online chat with Telstra and they were just getting my details. I tried it again and it worked. Telstra never got far enough in convo to try out connection either.

@SugarsKath @Telstra the mobile broadband options don't have a top up option… just a change of plan, and the support folks on the phone don't have the ability to change plan without breaking a contract. fortunately the SM team have more tricks up their sleeves… working through it.

Big thanks to @NBN_Australia for serving up the regular fortnightly outage. Will be contacting @Optus to cancel NBN contract for non-performance and arranging @Telstra 5G modem for home. I won’t say it’s a 3rd world internet service as plenty of 3rd world countries have better

@simonahac @Telstra Try a temporary alternative provider (if there is one available) with a cheap pre-paid SIM only phone plan to get you through the next 2 weeks. If possible use an old phone as a hotspot, keep your present Telstra (turned/logged off) giving time to sort out Telstra issue
