@Telstra A 4G area. It’s showing 4G today but only 2 bars signal, sometimes dropping to 1. My neighbour alerted me to it, he’s having signal issues too. Never had issues here previous 10 years

@Telstra Sure. I have a mobile broadband (sim in a netgear nighthawk). Due to covid I’m not travelling so don’t need as much data on it. I wanted to downgrade to the smallest data plan but couldn’t find the option on the app. After over 2 hours of discussion with the chat help they (1/2)

@lilzzzza @Telstra Trying to contact them through the supposed customer service line or through the app is a waste of time and very frustrating. Hence my Facebook rant which worked a treat. The person I finally dealt with went above and beyond. They were amazing. I will give them that.

@ajinnovator @NBN_Australia @Telstra Nbn is saying Telstra suspended my service and Telstra is saying Nbn did it. Telstra also took a payment after suspension of my internet. Can you believe it?

It’s like anyone I talk to can’t or won’t help. I have no doubt @Telstra will respond to this “oh no we’re so sorry you had a bad experience contact us to get help” but like ?? They don’t help. Just for me to get passed around again, like put me through to someone
