@beach4783 @HoytsAustralia Not with Telstra and will definitely explore better deals. In principal though it’s terrible service. The kid who asked for cups had a broken arm and got told to buy another one if we wanted the container. My local cafe gives free baby cino and all you need to buy is latte!

@victa810 Thank you Dennis. My request was granted. It just took a very long time listening to truly stupid recordings. Then one of the areas to be out through to was Foxtel. I couldn’t believe my ears. What does Foxtel have to do with Telstra?

@Telstra I could, but it has not worked for the half dozen other times I've been asked to do it. It's been acknowledged as a problem with numerous people and the app is broken. Thanks Evie, I would prefer to hear from the app team as to when it's going to be fixed!

@Telstra - your website says for cancelling broadband to call - going through the call leads to a hang up by the computer (nice) and a link being sent by sms which, you guessed it, sends you back to the website/app. Help! It’s not how we connect?
