Fun night talking to a recorded message and then the bot on @Telstra where, of course, they can't tell me anything about a request I had to SCAN to an email that has never acknowledged the form I sent. No phone number I can call - well, of course, it's a phone company.

@Telstra Our phone line was ripped off the pole and is lying on the ground. All ok, Telstra is apparently fixing this week. But Telstra has also now slowed our mobile internet and demanding we return to using the fixed line, which we can't, because the fixed line is down!!!

@andy_penn @Telstra Several months after signing up for the $5 Kayo subscription offer and each month still seeing a $15 charge on my bill and each month contacting gold member support to resolve it and being promised it’s fixed, it’s not, how hard can this be, can anyone fix it?

Confirmed- after a 2 hour chat with Telstra, they will refuse to provide any settings to get the NBN voice/SIP service on a non-Telstra modem Not just that they won't guide you through the setup- they will refuse to give the settings. Guess I'll recommend my customers go to iiNet
