@OldGreyRabbit @DonSundey It's a bit sad arse it's still the Telstra premiership but they no longer want to give it free to their customers and owners so you have to pay I know it's not much but it's the principle. I paid for Kayo last year and it was **** so gave up went back to my phone

@Telstra I’m trying help my 90 year old father sort out an outstanding bill for an account he terminated last year. We are not getting a clear explanation as to the changes on this bill and there seems to be mobile services he was not aware of. How can we get this sorted?

@Telstra @SH424M I’m also frustrated with the support i’m getting. Can you tell me how to get decent support from @Telstra ? I have been corresponding in behalf of my WW2 vet parents, who’s only enjoyment is to chat up with family everyday, but can’t use internet as its very slow.

@littlesteve @chirayunix Yep, my first thought is the first 3, which is the same problem we had with 4G & Telstra here in AU a few years back. At lunch in the city it was slower than dialup

Having more problems with @Telstra ADSL due to #ExtremeStorms continual #lightning outages. Telstra and Optus 3G/4G mobile signal is poor Which internet provider for satellite setup? Suggestions pls for a reliable, fast and affordable ISP in rural/remote NSW with prompt service.

@Telstra Our internet keeps coming on and off. I've googled an outage, there is none. Reset the router and all, nothing. This is ridiculous.
