    . @Telstra been getting constant packet loss for the past 3 weeks, and my internet has been completely dogshit. Ive contacted you guys 5x and have been told nothing is wrong every time, if this **** doesnt get fixed soon im switching Internet Providers

    Plenty of times Telstra down so atm doesn’t work or eftpos down commonwealth bank down, glitch, power outage etc etc. obviously they’ve haven’t been caught out and are blind.

    @Telstra My NBN has been down so I contacted Telstra in the end while they sorted the problem to let me use the back up sim but they slowed the speeds down on the back up to 0.09mbps download speed and the nbn still isn’t working so I effectively have no internet

    @Telstra Farmers are around machines all the time day/night Accidents happen..As safety is a second priority at Telstra could I suggest a project team activate and come out to regional WA to scrutinise day and night working activities to monitor signal strength during these working hours
