@Telstra I disabled third party cookie and any ad blockers, tried Chrome, and Brave, and mobile chrome, remove site data multiple times, i think i messed something up because when I try to login (i was allowed to create an account at one point) its associated with the same email, twice

WTF @telstra can't watch netflix most nights as internet drops out every half hour. Even internet in Sri Lanka works better than here & so, so, so much better cheaper than here. It's problematic for working from home to #telstra one of the expensive Telcos & the most inefficient

Paying for a top tier internet speed. Getting 3mbps that can't even run Netflix without choking every 30sec. Line of sight to the tower and it"s worse than the old copper ADSL was. Can't even lodge a complaint. Good job @Telstra

@Telstra We called you 9 times. Including 2 account managers who replied with "we got no missed calls" rather than. Let's work to fix this asap. All good, our techs put in a temporary solution to give you guys time. :)

@ToddyGreaser So do I. And it’s hopeless. Ever since PVL took the stream off Telstra and gave it exclusively to fox it’s been getting worse and worse. Seems like a lot of people have same issue

@Telstra Was impossible due to not having internet it is now back will be looking at a decent ISP rather than TelLies - very poor form from an Aussie company. Was fine all day and then at 4pm went to crap no 4G nothing

@Telstra I can give you a heap of unsatisfied Telstra customers who have tried to get issues solved and your customer support has no idea what to do. Then your customers gave to look for others to help.
