@Telstra It is working fine at the moment, but if the past three days are a guide, it will slow or stop intermittently throughout the day. The "Is ??? Down" website lists it as down whenever it stops.

I got a new silent phone number when I signed up for the Telstra NBN three weeks ago and I haven’t given it to anyone. Yesterday I got a scam call from Nicole from NBN threatening to terminate my service. @Telstra how did my number get out to these crooks?

So I haven't had data to my phone from @Telstra for months and now I don't even have phone service. I cannot think of a worse service model in Australian history. If you were a real business Telstra, you'd be dead in the water #WorstServiceEver

@NBN_Australia Adequate is an interesting description for that network. Telstra sold it to Opticomm, and they’ve decided it needs significant upgrades before they’ll sign any new customers up. Not what I’d describe as adequate. Just a bad situation I guess.

@Telstra WTF - i have wasted my time cause you keep pushing a very useless App !!! Its like your pushing drugs … what a waste of time - a telephone discourages you using the telephone to talk !!
