    @Telstra Hi Dave, we finally had a technician come out Friday arvo. Guess what he found? When the NBN was installed in 2019, one of the parts used was corroded. Almost 2 years of complaints from us, 2 years of @telstra doing exactly what you are doing now - assume the problem is me.

    @Telstra I need to speak to a real live human. Your chat app is useless. Took 10 hours to get a response, after 2 hours issue is unsolved, and now I get an automated message starting the whole process again. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable #telstrafail

    @AlboMP If I actually had the NBN I would be prepared to comment. My Telstra guy said my street in a Regional NSW town will probably never get it.

    @JonoH @Telstra Pretty confident there is no difference in service. It’s just a label. All I want to do is be able to view and pay my bill online. Apparently that is a huge ask.

    @JonoH @Telstra Thanks. Just getting transferred to the 9th agent today so they can ask what is happening, promise they’ll fix it, and chuck me back into the queue. That’s such a great CX. I really wish I could just call and speak to a person. The messaging is *********.
