    Telstra sucks …. Not easy to contact … no one answers and takes hours … what happens when you are not a dog with a bone and let it go or half of western Sydney unable to find help

    @TheCynicalHun @DuppyTech I'll have to play this tomorrow. My internet is down and I am relying on a so called 'smart modem' to access Twitter. Painfulllllly slow. 🐌🐌🐌🐌 The video is wheel is just spinning. Hopefully the damned Telstra technician can get it up and running again. Hopeless NBN 🙄🙄

    Oh joy. @Telstra tells me to go to My Telstra which will solve all problems. Yeah, nah. Telstra-fail again. Dropped out 3 times, so I had to re-identify myself & re-explain myself each time. Not good. Off to complaints now. To their credit, I am now getting a bill at least.

    @Telstra @TheCynicalHun @DuppyTech I hope so too - it's been nearly a fortnight with mega slow emails, Twitter ect ,and I can't do any financial transactions (internet banking or Ebay) too risky. This is the second time this has happened when they do upgrades to our Wifi tower - it knocks out our NBN. 😭😭😭

    @anitawiglit And the Telstra 1 cent text determined who you would talk to the most. Oh your with Optus or vodaphone sorry can’t text you unless emergency it costs 25c
