@Telstra I’m a customer and I can tell you that if you force me to DD i am out. Some is us have self employed pay situations that mean funds are sporadic rather than people in salaries pay structures. It’s not good for us.

So @Telstra your corporate comms bullshit line of “Telstra needs to update our in market plans to be able to match customer demand” makes no sense around direct debit. Customer DO NOT demand direct debit ever.
