    Hey @Telstra sent a new phone yesterday with a sim card and nothing else and no email? I am trying to call to get the service connected as it is not and I have no phone at the moment and tried to contact call centre to get connected but says out of hours and I need service?

    @HankMeyerNAPP @FOXTEL_Help There's a common denominator here... Ahum, Telstra! They take the title of Most over priced, under delivering companies. They treat their customers with contempt and don't care as they are clearly still part owned by the govt/ get given preferential treatment over other telco's

    @Telstra We'll as I understood I will need to wait for 48 hours to get my previous order cancelled but I need to contact customer care "billing" again to get refund 🙄. Then I again need to contact customer care to get my actual connection. So much of hastle just to be a NEW customer.

    @Telstra Hi Laura, thanks for the reply. Yes we’ve tried everything: resetting mobile network, switch on/off airplane mode, restarting phone, upgrade to iOS 15, turn off private relay etc. We found one solution that is to use a VPN. I’m happy to provide more info via DM.

    @Telstra It’s become normal for the entire @telstra network. Never had so many drop outs as experiencing with Telstra. I’m hoping #TIO can get to the bottom of this.

    @theOG_Guycycle @AustraliaXSX Problem is you have to be a Telstra customer and it is difficult to get over myself in switch to their much more expensive service…. Not worth just for the Xbox

    @wimmerachic @consettfarming Aldi run on Telstra (and work even when Telstra "down"). Recommend their PAYG phone plan. Applaud your WHS efforts here.

    How can authorities expect an Australian society to be assured of information security when everyone is SPAMMED 24/7 with nuisance calls from cyber criminals. @Telstra et. al., why shld Australians be paying you for a service to be phished?
