    @JulianBurnside My partner had an awful encounter at a Telstra shop yesterday. He queried when told they couldn’t see him for four hours. He just wanted to make a purchase which would have taken five minutes! His questioning this ended by him being asked to leave the store. He’s not happy.

    @Telstra why is your app messaging so slow to load. 2 days I have been trying to get on to talk to someone about my pending internet connection. No phone numbers to call either. Not good enough.

    @AlanBixter @Telstra Yep you aren't alone there. There are HUGE amounts of the country, urban areas, with poor to zero mobile coverage for home data use. This is why FTTP was such a huge investment in the Australian economy and society.

    @AlanBixter That’s funny, we are with Telstra and live in Townsville and we don’t have problems like that. Maybe you might consider selling up there and relocating back here

    resulting in insufficient signal for the @Telstra modem backup wifi solution for the mobile phone. Now the modem has a backup strategy, which is that it contains a mobile chip, so that it can use the phone signal when the NBN is down. /4

    @AlanBixter Live 20km East of Federal Parliament Telstra maps show neighbourhood a good reception area for mobile phone. Due to terrain masking - 1 bar of signal that drops out. Despite many approaches to @Telstra continually told we have good reception because their dodgy maps say we have.

    there is outage with NBN in Cherrybrook while both telstra and nbn site say there is no outage. again with a small storm some area like Cherrybrook or kellyvile don’t have internet and castle hill no power. this means when they design with no incedient mamage. Disappointed #nbn

    @AlanBixter @Telstra Yes, feel your pain. Not in a mobile black spot but the Tower is on the hill behind me. Have walked down the road to use the mobile on many occasions 😱😱

    @AlanBixter @Telstra My son used to work in Melbourne CBD across the road from Telstra building. He said trying to use his mobile from work was almost impossible. So many in Telstra using mobiles that the network was often over.landed.
