    @JulianBurnside My partner had an awful encounter at a Telstra shop yesterday. He queried when told they couldn’t see him for four hours. He just wanted to make a purchase which would have taken five minutes! His questioning this ended by him being asked to leave the store. He’s not happy.

    @MicheleS_Aus @Telstra This one is large, plenty of staff. Yes, they were busy, but one had time to explain, at length, that no service was available for four hours. When queried, this employee walked away and a more senior person asked partner to leave. My partner was shocked, he’s not a rude person.

    @Telstra why is your app messaging so slow to load. 2 days I have been trying to get on to talk to someone about my pending internet connection. No phone numbers to call either. Not good enough.

    Man, wtf is up with @Telstra ? Been without home internet for nearly a week. You can't call them these days, have to chat through the app. I've had like 4 different conversions with and they haven't fixed anything. Worst ever customer service. Think I'm done.

    IPrimus dodo Telstra and Optus worked together to fake a fault on my phone so a technician was called to fix it. Then they got Dun and Bradstreet to hassle me to collect a payment

    @Telstra Thanks Jay. I'm still unclear on how this has happened in 1 day, having never happened before when Netflix WAS active Netflix is actually suspended cos girlfriend hasn't paid account so very odd.

    @cjsz90 @Telstra That's appalling Kstov. My issue is minor by comparison but it's been the worst experience of contacting them I've ever had. I have tried 5 different ways and received not one response.

    @Telstra Disappointed in an online Help chat. Concerned about changes to my bill which will make it more expensive. I needed advice and was told some more expensive packages would fix the issue. Help chats should respond to the actual problem.

    @Telstra you are an epic joke. Planned maintenance in on our wifi when you know we are in lockdown and working from home. It’s okay you say as we rolled out 4G modems. Only problem is it’s so slow it’s useless just like your customer service! It’s time for a change.
