@JulianBurnside My partner had an awful encounter at a Telstra shop yesterday. He queried when told they couldn’t see him for four hours. He just wanted to make a purchase which would have taken five minutes! His questioning this ended by him being asked to leave the store. He’s not happy.

@Telstra why is your app messaging so slow to load. 2 days I have been trying to get on to talk to someone about my pending internet connection. No phone numbers to call either. Not good enough.

Got refused a work at home telstra (No experience needed) as a certified support technician & networking, I think telstra are run by some of the most stupid people to walk the earth I have about a vast amount of knowledge and to assume I dont is just utterly embarassing.

@AlboMP Did you catch Scomo in Rockhampton. Look forward to you explaining how The Inland Rail was started under your Infrastructure Dept. then LNP continued. Deal with poor Telstra and NBN in regions. And emphasise it’s finding people to go to region for lack of workers.

@Telstra Well then, you’ll be happy to know that the wi-fi was fine. The WAN connection was down due to a service outage, which is now resolved. The 4G back up was working. Badly. But technically working.

@Telstra What a pitty a bussiness award from a crap company that cant even bothered fixing there 3 to 5 hour wait times and cant even get the internet speeds they claim. And the company is about as reliable as pissing in the wind..

@Telstra Uts been years now. Landline still off and I don't see anything changing until Telstra change thier mantra. I feel bad that you have to deal with your managers rubbish business process.

@Optus Your Optus app is down (says under maintenance) which means I cannot activate international roaming. It has been hours and without network I cannot call support. Chat is not working or at least no one is responding. Never had such issue while I was with @Telstra.

@Telstra apparently i got charged $40 four times because the site told me it didn't go through so i did it again for 3 times. Few minutes ago I realised I got charged for it and still did not receive my service.
