@Telstra why is your app messaging so slow to load. 2 days I have been trying to get on to talk to someone about my pending internet connection. No phone numbers to call either. Not good enough.

@Telstra I have connected my iPhone to my PC & using my Data. I’m sure Telstra will arrange more Data for me as internet down until Monday.

@Telstra There is a ‘very’ low hanging cable attached to a house in the street. The resident tells me they called to notify @telstra of the fault but were greeted with ‘we can’t help u as ur no longer a Telstra customer’ - surely this is not true if it’s your equipment?!

@Telstra Do you have an ETA on when it will be resolved? There is already a service outage scheduled for 21 June 8am to 3pm. Why do you do this during workday hours?Will you reimburse me for the hours I miss working remotely? You will just keep charging me for internet that doesn’t work!
