    @Telstra why is your app messaging so slow to load. 2 days I have been trying to get on to talk to someone about my pending internet connection. No phone numbers to call either. Not good enough.

    @JulianBurnside My partner had an awful encounter at a Telstra shop yesterday. He queried when told they couldn’t see him for four hours. He just wanted to make a purchase which would have taken five minutes! His questioning this ended by him being asked to leave the store. He’s not happy.

    Seriously @telstra - I’ve been online with you for 4 hours. Ask for issue to be escalated. Takes 1.5hrs to be advised it will be escalated and someone will get back to me in 2 business days.

    @Telstra All good. After having 3 days of very poor customer service in store and over the phone, someone on the message service has resolved the issue. You and the message service have been the quickest to respond and to act. Thanks Jessica. Have a good day

    Hi @Telstra just spent two lots of 20 mins on the phone waiting for someone to pick up and the phone cut out twice. Can someone please call me back so I don’t lose another 20 mins of my life.

    So @Telstra disconnected the POTS service here weeks ago as part of the @NBN_Australia rollout. They said the number would be lost if we didn't do anything. We didn't. What they've done instead is suspend the service and continue to bill for the disconnected service.

    If you’re a @telstra customer (like me) and are experiencing issues obtaining a 5G signal when you have a 5G compatible device and plan and live in an area where there is 5G coverage. Give the helpful folks at Telstra a call and ask them to check your 5G activation settings

    Might be time to switch to @Optus or @Telstra ! Thoughts on which one is better...? I’ve been a @VodafoneAU customer for over 5 years, but this outage has really given me the shits...!

    @chelsea_hetho I was with Vodafone. Changed to 3. After that, when Vodafone and 3 merged, and Vodafone took over, their service took a dive. When My contract was up, I moved to Aldi Mobile. Been with them for years. They don't have 5g at the moment but they are reliable as reliable as telstra.
