    @JulianBurnside My partner had an awful encounter at a Telstra shop yesterday. He queried when told they couldn’t see him for four hours. He just wanted to make a purchase which would have taken five minutes! His questioning this ended by him being asked to leave the store. He’s not happy.

    @MicheleS_Aus @Telstra This one is large, plenty of staff. Yes, they were busy, but one had time to explain, at length, that no service was available for four hours. When queried, this employee walked away and a more senior person asked partner to leave. My partner was shocked, he’s not a rude person.

    @Telstra why is your app messaging so slow to load. 2 days I have been trying to get on to talk to someone about my pending internet connection. No phone numbers to call either. Not good enough.

    @ilCacciatore_72 @Telstra Would I be correct in saying Westfields Miranda is connected to nbn infrastructure? Telstra would need to lodge an issue with nbn to at least get the conversation started. Pretty appalling this hasn’t happened.

    @Telstra Why isn’t Telstra helping to make that info user friendly? How many different brands of mobile phone does Telstra sell in its shops, not many really... Telstra should be gunning to defend their customers from this idiocy, to help us all to find the right instructions easily.
