    @JulianBurnside My partner had an awful encounter at a Telstra shop yesterday. He queried when told they couldn’t see him for four hours. He just wanted to make a purchase which would have taken five minutes! His questioning this ended by him being asked to leave the store. He’s not happy.

    @Telstra why is your app messaging so slow to load. 2 days I have been trying to get on to talk to someone about my pending internet connection. No phone numbers to call either. Not good enough.

    It’s been two years, hours upon hours stuck on hold listening to awful music, blatant disregard for my requests. I, the consumer, have been actively trying to resolve their billing issue for two years. For a communication company, @Telstra really do suck at communicating. 8/8

    @Telstra Hey Telstra! Do you guys have any update on 5g Home internet? I mean what is the point of largest 5g network if people who want to use can't use it. I have spoken to people regarding it they said it should be open to all by now but nothing yet.

    @Telstra I've been in contact multiple days in the last week, been told my issue has been fixed more that once when it hasn't been fixed. They told me it was my modem, received the new modem and it didn't fix anything. At least with the old modem I was connected to backup nbn

    🗼 At this very moment sitting outside on the deck in Tinana, Qld, the Optus 4G network is significantly faster than the Telstra 5G network. Telstra giving me 153/16 and Optus 179/50 Which isn't to say that 5G is bad, but having to rely on mobile data in the first place is BS.

    Pleased to note my connectivity has improved since my 2nd vax shot; now acting as local Wi-Fi hot-spot. Unfortunately we're still connected to Telstra, meaning it's not FANTASTIC, but that's an infrastructure issue. Also I'm less likely to get Covid. 10/10, would recommend.
