    @JulianBurnside My partner had an awful encounter at a Telstra shop yesterday. He queried when told they couldn’t see him for four hours. He just wanted to make a purchase which would have taken five minutes! His questioning this ended by him being asked to leave the store. He’s not happy.

    @MicheleS_Aus @Telstra This one is large, plenty of staff. Yes, they were busy, but one had time to explain, at length, that no service was available for four hours. When queried, this employee walked away and a more senior person asked partner to leave. My partner was shocked, he’s not a rude person.

    @Telstra why is your app messaging so slow to load. 2 days I have been trying to get on to talk to someone about my pending internet connection. No phone numbers to call either. Not good enough.

    @Telstra Righto, as it says in the other thread Telstra have taken the TIO decision on ONE particular unrelated matter to use it as a blanket answer to anything relating to my account and wash their hands, you think that gives you the ability to charge for a faulty service. Hence, Crooks

    @Telstra I won’t be sending though my personal details for the 3rd time in 3 days. As I said in DM you clearly know how to contact if you actually were interested in resolution. I’ve told you have already made contact and why it failed and you chose to ignore that

    Another day, another #stream cancelled because our ISP can't get its **** together. Thanks @Telstra And before you say 'why don't you go to another ISP?', where I live, Telstra Velocity is the ONLY service. No other ISP operates here.
