Okay so I was going to go live - turns out our internet somehow switched itself to 4g backup instead NBN so now I can't stream the whole weekend. Have to wait for a technician to come out on Monday. So glad we pay ridiculous amounts of money for this service. @Telstra

Bloody Telstra lost my access to my Bigpond email. I've had this email address 25 years. I lodged a complaint with the TIO bit not hopeful. Do you know what you have to do to try and get back into websites you use. Cost me dearly in time money and frustration. Good-bye Telstra!
@Telstra I pay 250 dollars a month for your “services” which apparently include a random internet outage on a Friday. Honestly, this is happening more often now and I am on the verge of changing providers.
So apparently there’s an outage in my area and my nbn won’t work until Dec 8?! Wtf @Telstra @NBN_Australia 😩😩😩
