    @JulianBurnside My partner had an awful encounter at a Telstra shop yesterday. He queried when told they couldn’t see him for four hours. He just wanted to make a purchase which would have taken five minutes! His questioning this ended by him being asked to leave the store. He’s not happy.

    @Telstra why is your app messaging so slow to load. 2 days I have been trying to get on to talk to someone about my pending internet connection. No phone numbers to call either. Not good enough.

    @Telstra Why did it take an hour for an existing Telstra customer to convert a pre-paid phone into a post paid phone? Why did I have to set up a completely new billing account to do this?

    @sallymcmanus Yep, Belong (Telstra) has essentially doubled the price of their prepaid basic mobile plans with no change in the service offering.

    @Telstra I have been bullied by telstra business centre for 12 years. I have been sacked due to me voicing my opinion and no one cares. I will be going to current affair as I have advised the CEO of Telstra of my concerns and CEO stated Telstra business centre they cannot help

    So @Telstra not providing a tax invoice anymore, I’m sure a tax invoice must be presented to be paid.. tax law. Then 2 of my services are due then and the others are due now, yet they are all on the same bill! Wtf! Betty in accounts has lost her mind!

    Careful round that Telstra Sub Station up there in Penno,Unless you wanna become the bear ona hotplate being poked & prodded by electricity ..? Pack a lunch & take a bottle of Water ..? Or walk with your hands behind your back ..? That help ..?
