    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Telstra to add credit to the account under this new auto pay system has screwed up my budget and has impacted my ability to afford food, week to week. The tablet has been very useful while I deal with pain, but I'm actively looking for a way to get that last $600 so I can cancel the plan

    After 20+ years with @telstra I just experienced the worst customer services from multiple streams, even after calling in the TIO for mediation. This trillion dollar company does not give a **** about the little people. It's a company of revenue & compliance or cancellation.

    @Telstra It appears I forgot to actually make a complaint when I phoned Telstra Complaints and complained. Perhaps I thought if I followed TCG’s instructions and went to a store and provided them with three forms of ID then I’d get my phone? 56/🧵

    So scammers have blocked our landline and Telstra wants us to fix it I don't get it ???? They rang in wanting credit card details very credible. Maybe I can get the Police to get Telstra to fix our landline.

    @garrows @Telstra If you sign up to any sms service that allows alpha sending address you can do it. Comes down to whether the receiving network will trust/accept it. This is why they typically require a verification for mobile numbers.

    @Telstra also, @Telstra has super inconsistent verification processes which, along with the lack of professionalism, made us worry we were scammed. I'm relieved we weren't actually scammed, especially because the fraud department never got back to us. We cancelled a credit card...

    @Telstra I've been contacted by Telstra social media people and it appears there is nothing you can do. My new bill reflects nothing of my supposed complaint resolution. So many platitudes but no remorse. It's time to tell the story.
