    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @VodafoneAU You ask to connect over DM but there is no intention to respond. Its past 11 pm and the service hasn’t improved (unlike what you promised) - been without network for past 5 days on 3 devices with Vodafone. If not for Telstra NBN, I couldn’t have even tweeted this. #VodafoneSucks

    @unofficial_amy Being a virgin sucks. My dad was a virgin. And was depressing. Eventually I was able to assist him and change that status. Now he’s with Optus. But A lot of ppl prefer Telstra phones. We are talking about mobile phones right? 🤔🤔

    @Telstra #Telstra Scammers changed my Telstra email address with only my name and number. Telstra messaging was useless. Telstra Twitter said they would look into it. Texting now and just as useless. Had to resend number because response so slow they masked it.

    Using "New phone feeling" in the past and "Upgrade and Protect" now with @Telstra always feels like a second class citizen when a new iPhone is released... Always have to call them to order/pre-order the new phone, never able to hit the release date...
