@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

  • wombatlyons wombat lyons (@wombatlyons) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

  • wombatlyons wombat lyons (@wombatlyons) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@Telstra return to giving people help when they call 132000 or discount our bills for the absence of customer support

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@dilemski @Telstra @Optus Actually make that 5 days. It’s been five loooooong days waiting for resolution.

@Telstra All of it, both fixed line home internet AND my mobile. Recently Telstra had workers out ‘fixing’ the lines in our area… guess what… it got worse! Even at work my organisation has had to reboot the server multiple times this week due to the dreadful service! It’s the dark ages!

  • yodaberg Isy Oderberg (@yodaberg) reported

Hey @Telstra, my elderly friend went to your Port Melb shop, got a modem, can’t make it work. Went back but the assistant was so rude, she was humiliated and called me crying. We’re not all tech savvy. 3 hrs on the ph, told go back to PM on Tues. Is this the best you can do?

  • von_herren Konrad Von Herren (@von_herren) reported

@BazzaCC I'm a Telstra customer also and their technicians and customer service are just brilliant.

  • ScottRhodie Scott the Scot (@ScottRhodie) reported

Hey @Telstra your company is an utter disgrace. First you try to force me into direct debit and now you are trying to force me to Auto Pay (pay your bill in advance) or you won’t let me upgrade my plan. I’ve been a loyal customer for a decade and this is how you treat customers?

  • downunder_bob Bob Downunder (@downunder_bob) reported

@Telstra @Just_Krystle_M If the people just said NO, as a collective, to any of this data and ID agenda crap, it'd stop. Say NO to government Digital ID's, data gathering and stop supporting any business/company that goes along with this agenda.

  • lilford60 louise Nichols (@lilford60) reported

@Telstra Well if you know a way I can get internet that doesn’t involve sitting outside under the clothesline that would be most welcome. Went to the local store today told minimum two hour wait for customer service.

  • jakobashanks Jakob Shanks (@jakobashanks) reported

@Just_Krystle_M @Telstra The fact that we can't have burner phones in Australia is a problem

  • dr_chives Dr Chives (@dr_chives) reported

@Just_Krystle_M @Telstra Trying to upgrade my NBN plan, TPG requested a copy of my passport/drivers licence to be confirmed via app facial recognition. I've been a customer for two years It's happening everywhere. Opt out

  • LogicallyMystic Leon Rowan 🦉 (@LogicallyMystic) reported

@Just_Krystle_M I buy my phones outright from the Apple store. (Can return in 14 days if you don't like it) and I use Woolworths Mobile, which is on the Telstra network, well priced AND gets you 10% off one shop per month at Woolies.

  • hez383 Shaun H (@hez383) reported

@Telstra @Just_Krystle_M I want to hear the reason too Harvey. It will help me make up my mind to shop with you guys or not.
