    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

    If I can make one change in this world, it will be to warn every Australian not to have to deal with the so called customer service with @Telstra On the 10th November (after 5 months of complaints) they finally offer to fix the problem. 30 December still not fixed1 #Oxymoron

    @bluedonkey @Telstra they claim they have, but strange these calls have all come from numbers that are not 'real' even if spoofed. Most seem to be in blocks managed by Symbio who've got a poor track record of keeping IPDN up to date, so perhaps Telstra or @acmadotgov need to up the pressure.

    @Telstra @InvintagedMiss Your service is terrible and your customer service is worse!! your tradesman don't turn up and then you continue to keep pushing back connection dates. as a result I'm unable to operate my business!! PM me to resolve before I take this further

    @Telstra Hi Lisa, thanks for asking. Just ran a speed test tonight and it is horrifically slow again - similar numbers as before. I think the service here has been deteriorating for years. Even hardwired into the modem it's still baaaaad!

    Crap service from @Telstra at Eastlands Rosny. If you don’t want to work in customer service here is a hot tip - don’t. Or if you need a holiday then maybe do that?

    @Bleakoptimism @Telstra Appalling. The guy who served us just literally didn’t want to help. Asked him about an account he could look up and he said “don’t you know” - no mate that’s why I asked. I asked him about phones and he pointed and told me to go look at them and I’ll see…….I just walked out.
