@dilemski @Telstra @Optus Actually make that 5 days. It’s been five loooooong days waiting for resolution.

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

  • stilgherrian Stilgherrian (@stilgherrian) reported

@Telstra HI Tanasha, Ryan is already chatting with me re this — but I’m wondering whether your trust is misplaced. :) We really need someone to acknowledge that this problem exists and an ETA on when it’ll be sorted.

  • Australianspin Seb Pearce (@Australianspin) reported

@amethyst_JOJO @Telstra That’s because Telstra owns all of the infrastructure. When there is an issue they only fix the Telstra stuff quickly in order to help destroy the other companies image. These other companies pay Telstra for the infrastructure but are getting screwed by them.

  • RoadknightThe TheRoadknight (@RoadknightThe) reported

@Telstra No. I am going to go one of your shopfronts to complain, since I can't stand the phone process. I have mobility problems, so I have to wait until I feel able enough to go, which could be days or a week or more.

  • ChipsSpud Spud Chips (@ChipsSpud) reported

@Marloo30 @PeterBo49858290 telstra was fully privatised under Gillard. It never ceases to amaze me how lefties feel they have to tell lies. Its like they have no real belief in their own abilities

  • GregChinery Ol’ Chinsy 🇺🇦💉💉🐀🔥💧🍷 🏃‍♂️ (@GregChinery) reported

@PhilipJohnBrow2 @davidserrasan Hi @gorgeousdunny1 maybe you’ve got the same problem we had? The lines had somehow been crossed out in the street. So even though Telstra thought they could see that we were connected, they were looking at the connection of the ppl whose line we were crossed with. 2/

  • stilgherrian Stilgherrian (@stilgherrian) reported

(Note to Telstra socials: I don’t need you on this for now. But I will say that this problem has not been handled well under the original process and I will have some feedback. But not now.)

  • JamesP389 James P (@JamesP389) reported

@Telstra @andy_penn Would you please help us resuming the service asap? We BEG you

  • CutAdriftFromOz Justa Guy (@CutAdriftFromOz) reported

@smh @zoesam93 Thanks for the $50bn white elephant K Rudd. The only winner: Telstra who got to sell their decrepit copper network so Turnbull could f**k things up further.

  • beckkyy___ 🌻 (@beckkyy___) reported

@aisokulagirl @navulian @VodafoneAU Wait this is why I said switch to Telstra coz I thought you were in the bush lol my bad

  • stilgherrian Stilgherrian (@stilgherrian) reported

@Telstra OK< Ryan, time for me to have a bit of a cry, because the chat dumped the second support person too. All I want to know now is when the “awaiting a part” for the Bodington Hill cell, near Wentworth Falls, or routes therefore is expected to be dealt with, so we can lan around.
