It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

Hey @Telstra, my phone's mobile internet hasnt worked in 4 days, but I'm still getting calls + texts. I've tried to message through the MyTelstra app without response, and have also now been waiting on hold for 40 mins to troubleshoot. Not impressed with the service, #Telstra

@Torkium @Telstra I LEFT Telstra specifically because of their useless customer service. I kept getting flicked to their message service - FAIL. Never been happier to ditch them! Even though my new provider has less good coverage, their service is, well, SERVICE.

@Telstra Hi Lara. It's a Telstra Marketplace Business Account. We were told services would be restored midnight last night but it wasn't and we haven't had an update since. Needs to be escalated. 100+ people relying on your service to run our organisation.

@tomdflynn @missingparl Yes very common. Telstra refuses to interfere despite the awful and frightening threats being made by these swine. You can bet if they threatened anyone important they would be tracked and blocked. It’s a scandal.

@Telstra I have been waiting over 6 hours for customer service online. Your phone customer support hung up on me, and your app doesn't allow messaging. Apart from repeatedly being asked to provide my ID, I have not had any help.

@Telstra The outage site still says 22nd Sept 2020. Thats old information. broadband went down 1st January 2021. Id like actual information about situation, as work from home is important and impossible with no internet access.
