@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@CaseyBriggs @mscott Wish i could watch the news and feel informed but @Telstra have had another drop out and so far 20 minutes on hold, it might be Monday before help. Why dont i work from home in COVID 19, 3 months of unexplained and unfixed dropouts

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

@Telstra Is there any NBN issues happening in Bonnyrigg 2177? The NBN connection has been extremely bad today, it works on some devices but not on others. App says the wifi connection is good, but it's clearly not.

@MikeySlezak I lost my 94 day streak when the optus tower died, I switched to telstra, but my old phone didn't read the new sim and I had to get a new phone. In better news, it only took three weeks for optus to fix the tower. (Rumours were saying June for parts!)

NBN at home (VIC 3174)has been having intermittent connectivity for over a week now. Some days no connection at all. Your outages site acknowledges an issue but no ETA still. Updates? @Telstra

@Telstra It’s not localised to me Phil and @Telstra - it’s a community wide issue experienced here and in a number of other regional centres which is due to inadequate and undersized infrastructure

A @Telstra rep told me it could take up to 24 hours to get internet service back and then told me to please understand. *sigh* Working from home where I need to tether all day and then use up the data from my mobile plan makes me a lot less understanding.

@Telstra why is @telstra customer service so bad. It’s nearly impossible to speak to someone on the phone. The automated response is not useful. I thought Telstra was supposed to be the premier provider.
