Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

Good thing is, once they get there, their incompetence is exposed for all to see. Nowhere to hide.
