@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

i hate telstra with my life I just spent 45 minutes on the phone to find out they can’t help me bc i’m calling from a phone number that isn’t connected to the acc but i gave all the info i just want my stupid wifi to work

@Telstra Yes. I was told, quite rightly, to change the password when I got home, which I did. Wrote it down so it’s correct. But unable to access email. Tells me the login details are wrong. P.s I will not be able to write much

Fruitlessly trying to open Telstra/bigpond email. Tears of frustration. Yesterday was bad, today worse. How much we rely on email!

@GladysB Sorry Gladys but you don't. It was easier and less time consuming for me to cancel my optus broadband account, sign up to Telstra and plug in my new modem than it was for me to change my default email address. I was expected to go to an optus store to do that. Total Fail by Optus

@GladysB Maybe focus on your own backyard. Your service is deplorable. We are lucky we have a Telstra mobile so we can piggyback off it at home most evenings. But big picture is not your strongest ability.
