It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@Telstra 2/2 The NBN tech didn’t turn up on either of the 2 seperate scheduled times.We then use the T24x7 app for 3 hours to end up being told by Telstra tech on the other end he can’t find the service at all & is disconnected 2 mths prior which is incorrect as it was working till 18/12

@Telstra No. I am cooking for the shearing team and have not been able to string enough time online in one block without dropping out to talk to the bot. The grandkids will be here next week so will probably change servers then. Awful service.

@itsRyanUnicomb @kayosports Through a Telstra offer I’ve never paid more than $15 for 2 years now. Depends on what sports you like. I’m afl, nfl and cricket mad so it’s great value.

@Telstra We will need the cost of our tech compensated and if according to Telstra records the service was disconnected prior then we need a refund for the bills paid almost $100 per month.. does anybody at Teltra know what is going on ?

been on hold with @Telstra for 1hr 15 because they still haven't fixed the overhead cable damage I reported on the 23rd of Dec Don't even know if they're there bc the line is silent, no hold music or anything
