    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Telstra No and my internet for my phone keeps cutting out for my iPhone went to Philip to see about it and was told to buy an antenna for a it why should I when the service should be ok not hopeless

    @cathywilcox1 Contacting the real NBN ain’t easy either. It took me a week to persuade Telstra my NBN was stuffed and another week for someone from NBN to fix it. No Net for a fortnight isn’t acceptable these days. Everyone (almost) relies on it.

    I just had a guy call me pretending to be from @Telstra to apologise for the poor broadband and mobile signal. I don’t even use Telstra for broadband. Spam as self effacement.

    @Telstra @Belong Mobile where is 'the network you don't need until you do? Telstra outages page not showing any outages for 4207 but I have SOS only. I've had more outages with the Belong/Telstra service in a couple of months than I had in 15 years with Optus. Not happy Jan!

    @Telstra is there any reason why your coverage in regional NSW is declining? Can you please also reduce the amount you charge for your service in line with your poor coverage?

    @Telstra NBN connection goes down like every 2 weeks. Get the same old scripting from Telstra. Then get told use my 4G till the NBN is fixed. What a waste of time u throttle the speed down to nothing,useless. ADSL was old tech, but it was stable and reliable. Something the NBN is not...

    @skiipe1 telstra are coming to fix mine on monday my internet like broke and it cuts out 24-7
