It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

@collect_1d The story was from Telstra to keep people from over using the service and getting into debt ie:“financial strain” etc etc. But they just did it and didn’t tell some of us

@AmyRemeikis So you are most likely on FttN(ode) and if in older location quality of the copper line and not just the distance would be a problem. You could try 4/5G home wireless plan from Optus/Telstra/Vodafone instead.

@Telstra I'm going nuts trying to do *anything* overseas, because *everything* including your helpdesk wants a sms verification code. But the problem is I can't find any way to get international roaming on my telstra account. 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 Help!!!

@alexanderdanilo @NBNCo @Optus I had a similar problem where the ntd and all connections would drop out daily at 5am. After three months of educating nbn and Telstra they finally fixed it up in the Townsville data centre that was killing all leases at the same time. Garbage network!

@Telstra 6 months to activate a data sim, I’ve been given such a run around I’m loosing my mind! For the love of god, any god pleeese just activate it, it’s now becoming a #mentalhealth issue
