@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

@dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

@AngryGranny1 Don't think so. Hard time finding what facebook offers elsewhere e.g. free advertising for their business, free marketplace listings, connectivity with existing friends. Migrating that elsewhere vs putting up with a once off rego on the level of a call to Telstra tech support

@Telstra They don't have any online details that is the issue and no one despite us having power of attorney wants to help us so. My parents Dad is 88 and had advanced dementia so please explain to me how exactly can I get myself put on their contacts ?

@Telstra After our trip to the Telstra store 50 k’s away we finally got it sorted. It would be nice to get some sort of acknowledgement of Telstra for The inconvenience and lost time trying to sort out a problem only defined it was caused by Telstra. Still looking for a case number

@Telstra You never seem to delay Apple IOS updates! No other network is doing this, and you already support it preinstalled on the pixel 6. This android update has been in beta testing and developers preview for long enough.
