    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Telstra what's with the outage? And I checked on the outages it states that the schedule completion will be Sunday afternoon? Very ridiculous. Any information would help...

    @Telstra And why would not one of the many message app Telstra people not bother to mention this small fact? They have all pretended they could solve the problem and then nothing. Never told me to contact someone else - and when I have tried to call I got sent a message to go on the app.

    @zzap @Telstra Nope. I get a 404 page when checking my bills/setting up direct debit. It’s an issue w/ my account for some reason. I’ve been through multiple agents who’ll just give some alternate way to check it and not fix the issue.

    @Telstra I have been without 4GS reception due to "planned maintenance" for over a week. This is significantly disrupting my business. Telstra never tells mobile users, never makes up for it and very poorly manages expectations. 5 years as a premium customer paying hundreds per month.

    Seriously. How **** are @Telstra? They don’t want to talk to anyone, direct you to a messaging service, who then don’t respond to you. Absolutely crap “service”. Too big to care about their customers. Should be broken up. What a rubbish company. #telstrasucks

    Absolutely shocked that we are well over 24 hours without ANY mobile signal/network or home internet access in our area with still an ETA fix of next FRIDAY! I’ve lost valuable time at work, I’m forced to go into the office next week and also unable to stream. @Telstra 😡

    @Telstra we've been trying to get ANY sort of help with our home Internet issues for HOURS now with no response via the app, also sat on hold on the phone for 20mins for us to be hung up on. Can SOMEONE please actually help?

    @Telstra been on hold for over an hour waiting on tech support. This is ridiculous! Time to move carriers....

    @JD_NBA @spclark14 @Telstra That’s bad enough. Some of us being forced to leave the house to work and unable to do other things at home that require internet. I just think an ETA of 1 week has to be some kind of practical joke. Sounds like they’ve made it low priority
