    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @JulianBurnside We had telstra as our business service provider in my previous job. I spent almost 4 hours on the phone to them over 2 phonecalls troubleshooting problems with their network, as they refused to send a technician out. We had no phone or emails for days as a result.

    @Telstra my internet is running slow ping 119 download 19.7 upload 0.6 is their outages because can't access my Telstra app because it's running extremely slow

    @JulianBurnside Try Aussie Broadband. They have great customer service and they'll be cheaper than Telstra.

    Hi @iiNet I just had a call from a mobile number from someone purporting to be from @Telstra saying they have been monitoring my NBN internet speed & it’s slow. So they are upgrading me to fibre optic at no cost. And could I let them know my current internet speed. Is this legit?

    @JulianBurnside Changed from Telstra after their impersonal service went beyond hopeless to “they’ve got to be ***************” pathetic. Small disrupters like Aussie BB and Amber Electric for power are using technology to provide better rather than worse service.

    @JulianBurnside Change to Aussie Broadband mate. Oz call centre. Cheaper. No BS. Ps you will get a service bill from Telstra wether it's fixed or not. I did, and then left.
