Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

Simon Cotter (@SimonCotter62) reported@stationmum101 I just went to telstra. I have hearing loss, not one of the staff spoke clear English. They all had heavy Indian accents. It was very very difficult. The same for the staff at my dads nursing home. When they ring I ask them to email me. They are all friendly and try to help

We wouldn't be in the mess if LNP didn't sell Telstra as a single entity despite being advised to split. Then they wouldn't split and participate in the nbn build similar to NZ.

The big corporates were never held accountable, but they directly caused the Indian scammer tsunami that hit Australia.
