    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Telstra I’ve tried 3 different browsers on each device. Sometimes it fails when trying to login to my newly created ID, sometimes after I’ve inputted my details for the order. Seriously tried over 20 times. Over it.

    Dear "Companies who ship expensive items" (spec: @Telstra here), requiring a signature is *LESS SECURE* than allowing something to be delivered to an @auspost Parcel Locker, when people can't be home and a random person in the complex can sign for it... Fix your process.

    Something I do not understand is why @Telstra place a 400GB limit on their 5G mobile broadband service. Why not allow people to buy extra data if they need extra?

    @PhilipOLeary11 @ElaineM11584892 Exactly. I'm currently bearing brunt of it with Telstra shutting down our internet from 8 to 6 here in Wollongong. Very little notice, nowhere to store frozen food.

    @Telstra a deeply entrenched, dysfunctional technical and corporate culture. Service teams are lovely. The billing and delivery platforms are cooked tho. 18 months to discover and correct a wrong email linkage I reported on the first call. Deep bureaucratic incompetence to the top.

    @Telstra The Pixel 7 Pro, with the pixel stand and whatnot. When I tried to get that today, the website shut me down because I'm not a Telstra customer, but the addons are fantastic and would have bought it from you if I had the chance.
