It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

  • Dannii_Taylor Dannii (@Dannii_Taylor) reported from Trafalgar, State of Victoria

@Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

@Telstra with that kind of a mistake it's pretty bad, I am sure you agree. Today's employee apologised, explained we could pay it out at a lesser figure (we negiotated it down), & fixed the so-called plan change on my phone last week's employee said was not possible. #billshock

So #Telstra you send me an email saying my home package cost is increasing. But I have two and you don’t specify which one. You won’t talk to me and you haven’t responded to online help for two hours!!

@hilly_syd @NBN_Australia @Telstra 7 weeks is a long time! Bet they blame the courier service! According to LNP they can vaccinate more than 4 million people in that sort of timeframe, you only need 1 technician, right?

  • ParkerLawnBowls Helen Parker (@ParkerLawnBowls) reported

@melissahoyer @Telstra Tweet their CEO. He got his assistant to help me when my 90 y.o. mum didn't have enough up to date ID to get a KISA phone. The process was ridiculous but then common sense stepped in.

  • midii Ken Moore (@midii) reported

Love how @Telstra tell me I pay too many fees with my bill like it’s somehow an accident rather than them price gouging. As if the service isn’t expensive enough when it’s not as premium as it used to be. 😔

  • Nibzeee Bruce Nibbs (@Nibzeee) reported

@Telstra I get told you're going to disconnect my internet unless I upgrade. I arrange to upgrade then I get told yesterday they can't. Reason unknown. You suspend my service even when an appointment was booked for the upgrade and had to fly in a person for that booking that I get told

  • evelynblake0 Evelyn Blake AKA Sewer rat (@evelynblake0) reported

@MelanieTait I changed from Optus during Covid to Aussie. It’s a bundle so unlimited Wifi, phone (Telstra coverage) and land line. $90 a month. All their support is in Australia.

  • Ajmarsh87 Alex Marsh (@Ajmarsh87) reported

Scam phone call material is just getting lazy, was trying to waste a few minutes of some lady's time. "Hello, I'm from Telstra, your internet is broken." "Damn, can you just confirm my name & address so you have the right person?" "No." then hangs up. Get better con artists.
