    @dilemski @Telstra Yeah I know. After 4 days it’s still not lit. I’m using my mobile as a hotspot. Thankfully @telstra are “working on it” *insert rage-filled sarcasm here*. I should have switched to @Optus instead of trusting Telstra to provide a decent service. I’m sure they’ll charge me for it

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    @Telstra return to giving people help when they call 132000 or discount our bills for the absence of customer support

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    It’s taken 53minutes for a Telstra live chat representative to tell me that the fault is with my modem.... God I hope that’s the worst of it.

    @Optus Thanks Jono. I freakin LOVE your network and have never once had an issue Optus and should not have signed a new bloody contract with Telstra...lesson learned.... 😓

    @Telstra finding that the chat service ( gold level) is useless. I have had to log into telstra myself to upgrade a mobile data plan as the chat has not clue. Time before issue I had to fix myself too. What exactly am I paying for it's definitely not customer support

    @troyhunt @Telstra Insane. Notice how this support person's first response, even when they have no clue what's going on or even being asked, is just to reply with a dismissive non-answer (which, if true, is even worse than security bug, as it signals that it's actually intentional spyware). Ugh.

    Health Min Foley and Covid Response Commander Weimar are doing the Saturday Vic Update (covid & Storm Damage( Ausnet and Telstra advise some communities may be without power and phone lines for some days yet. And trees still falling in the Dandenong Ranges.

    @Telstra I wake up this morning with no NBN and 4G struggling. ETR Tuesday! Was working ok last night. So my smart modem is useless due to the 4G issue..can't even hotspot.

    @demongrrl51 Absolutely. An example...yesterday I had to call Telstra service fault line and I was connected to someone in Sydney. When he saw I was from Melb he took pity lol. He even knew how much people hate Dan. He couldn't believe how we continue to live like this. Neither do I 😢

    @Telstra You need to be giving more regular updates. We are 48 hours now without Internet and estimated restoration time keeps blowing out. Now saying Monday 4pm. That will be 5 days with no service. No where near good enough.
