@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

I’m so mad I’ve been here like 5 seconds and got my first actual scam call the other day the woman was like ‘your Telstra account’ and I was like ‘I don’t have telstra’ and she just hung up like?? Oh you’re gonna try rob me but you can’t even say bye??! Rude ***** 😤

@Telstra unacceptable that u would make an appointment,which requires me 2 take a day off work,then the morning of,3 hours before the appointment,u cancel & want 2 reschedule,now I have 2 cancel other plans for Telstra 2 come out & fix the problem on another day. Not good enough!
