@Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

@Telstra Thanks! I hope Telstra is working with phone manufacturers for a rapid solution, especially the ability of the smartphone’s owner to block sms that the phone doesn’t recognise. Maybe that already exists?! 🤔

@Telstra your service is appalling. Took me 2 weeks to port my number. Has been a month and my nbn still isn’t connected. My wife has been waiting for her sim to be delivered since September 27. Absolutely horrendous communication and support.

Damn, my internet went out completely about an hour ago and not looking likely to return soon. ISP help desk is closed at 3am and no other access to tell anyone about the problem. @telstra is not looking good right now. Even my cable TV is out.
