    @Telstra why does 3G even exist anymore. My cellular reception this past week has been terrible and defaulting to 3G in metro areas and near towers. Talk a big game for 5G yet often getting a 20 year old signal.

    @HoganNerd you know a couple of weeks ago Telstra made it much harder to pay a bill online. All of a sudden we had to login with usernames and passwords, instead of just clicking 'pay bill'. Happened really recently. Just saying

    @Telstra why is it you guys fix heaps of things in your systems and plans then bring out something called auto-pay that doesn't give you same date as your previous bill then takes it out on the 1st instead if the due date 🤔 #frustrating #aussieteclo

    @PeterTOWNSV1LLE @PCKJ3627 I've been with Telstra for 30 years and have never provided the information that Optus has on customers. I'd hope that is the case for newer customers.

    @MFWitches @Optus No choice where I live. Telstra doesn’t work. I live 20 Ks as the crow flies from the Pacifuc Hwy between to large regional centres. Hardly the bush but communication is poor at best. Not helpful during the last bushfire disaster and regular flooding.
