@Telstra Dm has been sent, I called 3 times on Friday with a promise of follow up with nothing in return I have dealt with the pressing urgent matter of recovering my sim in store but you guys are yet to do shit about the rest. Let's hope you do better .

  • alisterrobbie
Alister (@alisterrobbie) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@Telstra It didn’t, but I found that independently. It said everything was fine, and that 90% of issues were resolved using the online service.

  • crashpluto2166
Harry Buchanan (@crashpluto2166) reported from Sydney, New South Wales

The internet service in Sydney is a disgrace. @Telstra running at 1.5mbs and this is in the city. #hopeless

  • adlrope
Adam Rope (reality is stranger than fiction) (@adlrope) reported from Newcastle, New South Wales

@Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

@DarrenKilminst1 Before this issue where we have been fighting since August, escalated in November, then hit the fan in January, I didn't have much of an issue either. But trying to run a medium sized business with one phone line & voicemail has been a nightmare! Telstra + NBN = 🤯

  • petehanssens
Peter Hanssens (@petehanssens) reported from Sydney, New South Wales

Gotta say @Telstra, if you cut my internet to 50mb/s, that’ll be one less customer you have 👍

  • psimpsonmorgan
Peter Morgan (@psimpsonmorgan) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@Goldenjocks Another thought, why are these problems with the NBN coming out now when Ziggy a former Telstra CEO is the Chairman of the NBN.

  • livlovesstuff
💃🏻LADY LIV ⚔️ (@livlovesstuff) reported from Sydney, New South Wales

@Telstra Don’t worry, I’ve done everything and been in contact with y’all to report the problem. Just not impressed with the slow pace of things until service is restored.

  • trevorlong
Trevor Long (@trevorlong) reported from Sydney, New South Wales

@mhp478 @JamesCridland @NBN_Australia @Telstra Utter bullshit. Take your hate elsewhere so we can just have a problem solving conversation without you

  • charlessultana
Charles Sultana (@charlessultana) reported from Westfield, Western Australia

@bcurrall80 I know @Telstra gets a bad rap, but I recently jumped from iiNet. Same plan but for extra $10/month get a 4G SIM modem incase NBN goes down. Handy for alarm/cameras etc
