Let's hope you do better .

Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

But trying to run a medium sized business with one phone line & voicemail has been a nightmare! Telstra + NBN = 🤯
