    6g software, use WiFi , ..... I just ...... but I could tell you, a whole Australia having Telstra air, and all the CBD having free WiFi signal

    We still don’t have internet or a solution for the internet and I am so so angry (I never get angry) and exhausted from trying to sort it and I will *never* use the companies (@Telstra @Internode ) involved again because they failed on all four of the above <end rant>.

    @JoanBloggs @rmar1222 @johnlittle Y'know Joan, I once lived in an inner suburb, and had problems with the phone lines. The Telstra tech checked the lines, and found that they had been laid in the late 1800's. I don't think they've been replacing yet, because a mate still lives there.

    @Telstra Internode with telstra doing the provisioning. First scheduled appt they never knocked despite us being home all day, second didn’t show up. We took 2 days off work to accomodate and can’t do again.

    If I am Vodafone , I will developer a software name it 6g, ask Telstra together, all the cbd having free wifi, just need more free wifi signal, and then charge some money , input some speed, that ‘s it. Saving your money , making big income.

    Seriously @JEChalmers do you think we are idiots computers have software problems that sucks but the tax office fixed it, banks telstra and other hi tech businesses have similar problems but to try and get is to accept that the Gov missed the the tax rebate

    @Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

    @Telstra The Case manager was unable to resolve this matter because the case manager wasn’t interested in resolving the problem by reasoned argument. Rather they were interested in having their own way & saying whatever suited their position including making false statements #Telstrafail

    Seems to be a @telstra mobile partial outage for Sassafras Vic 3787. Currently having a text conversation with their support which reminds me of those I have with my step mother who has advanced dementia. It's like everything already discussed is forgotten within 3 replies.

    @Telstra 'some difficulty'? Received a text just now saying a tech appointment for 7 weeks time. 7 weeks, plus 4 weeks already. Surely a HFC NTD replacement to an existing service is self install. You could just get them to send the box. Feel free to DM with an offer to genuinely assist.

    Hi @Telstra for the last couple of months, mobile coverage has been poor(er than usual) out here on the urban fringe @ 4510. Previously, leaving a phone by a window would ensure coverage, but now it's always patchy. Has 3G tower equipment been replaced by 5G, which I can't use?
