    @Telstra- not happy to be without internet at Norwood and I'm told there is no solution before Monday! ADSL wasn't working & was on 4G backup. Got text from you telling me to connect to ADSL to avoid slowing down. Called 133933 and was told not to worry. Today got disconnected :/

    @Telstra Hi Ryan, reception has been poor for a couple of years. Have changed from iPhone to pixel - still drops out on reg basis. Others in this street and next have same prob. 3-4km from Adel CBD. Pretty flat. No obvious obstacles I can see re reception. Help.

    @Optus so just called and got to a operator who transfers me and the line gets cut. Good work for a communications company. This poor service is too common with Optus and I’m really looking at taking the family and business back to @VodafoneGroup or @Telstra.

    Further to this, you can't speak to anyone at @Telstra Plus. When you call, you tell the AI that you want to speak to someone relating to Telstra Plus and are put through to Disconnections. Must be hoping that those poor souls can save the customer from walking.

    @Telstra you need to get your act together and provide customers with "proper" receipts for phones purchased online to redeem with Samsung for earbuds. After a week corresponding with online help, still not sorted. Terrible customer service.

    @mwyres I have my mobile and tablet with vodafone and had very little problems with outages. My phone is working fine. Telstra are worst for dropouts.

    As a company that has numerous phone numbers with @VodafoneAU it is very frustrating when their entire phone and data network is down. Poor network coverage & network outages are becoming a regular problem with Vodafone. Is @Telstra a better option? #business
