@Telstra 90 mins on hold to get through to customer service. If I owed you money you would be on to me fairly quickly!

@Telstra Nothing. They escalate then give up, as usual , then noone calls back. Testra's infrastructure & coverage are garbage. This is Sydney, not Dubbo. I just had broadband for an hr after phoning, now it's gone again. Obvious you're rearranging deck-chairs on the Titanic. #Telstra 👎

@riskybusiness Telstra has a pilot api of sim swap data but doesn’t make it easy for business to get unless they’re the chosen few. What’s the down side for this being more widely available?

@Telstra Internet and mobiles, internet is connected but extremely slow to the point where i can only load a couple of sites, and phones can't call out at all

You have to love when somebody at @Telstra hands you to another staff member with "they can see the previous chat so you wont have to repeat yourself" Then eventually when somebody comes to help you, guess what, you have to start all over again. #ShootMeNow

@Telstra None of which relate. Your lot admit the problems are your fault. Same services etc for years. It usually picks up at 5pm, demonstrating your own tech was right. We're being nerfed to help business customers. Theft and Fraud from #Telstra & incompetent #ScottMorrison
