I got an iPhone 12 on @optus last week and was excited to try the fancy new 5G network. The reviews I read say their coverage is nearly as good as @Telstra’s, which I can’t get at home. So far I’ve loved seeing the 5G symbol... the one brief time it’s *ever* happened.

@Telstra It was from all phones, iPads etc connected to 4G over the weekend - got better on Sunday evening. Will see tomorrow Friday and over weekend if bad again. Seems a capacity issue?

@Telstra really need someone to contact me, your app crashes, the link to chat doesn't work and no one returns messages. My bill has jumped up to over $500 a month. I'm paying for things I asked to be cancelled and constantly charged $15 odue. This has been going on for month

@Telstra Now trying to cancel the @NBN_Australia order with @Telstra after 3 failed attempts to actually get #NBN - I sent a chat message today which is the only channel available and it took 4 hrs for Telstra to respond with the first text. WTF?? It is the worst experience.

@Telstra Thx. but it's the same story. You are sorry, I understand. But in reality, there is no support. No communication. The Telstra 24/7 app does not work, there is NO after hours support. 3 days, many hours wasted. All I can surmise is that my 30y account is not worth Telstra's time

@Telstra I get the same message from the Telstra app every time.... "We're currently experiencing significant delays in being able to respond to your message." Every chat, every attempt to get help. For a telecommunications company, it's pretty sad they can't communicate.
