@hipstergeddon @mektronik It is a Telstra employee number, based on the Australian Government Service number. My AGS was 39538983. Telstra changed first digit to corresponding letter and last AGS digit is a check digit: C953898

Hey @Telstra. My 89 y-o and very ill father in law’s home phone dead for 24+ hrs. He has Telstra Priority Assist bc of life threatening illnesses. Can’t reach you via phone or text on Telstra app. He’s in hosp atm and we need to stay in constant contact. Pls help.

@Telstra Cancelled Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but it is listed as expired but active on my Microsoft account. I can't cancel it through there and Microsoft support tells me you have to cancel it, but you tell me Microsoft have to cancel it. I am stuck. Wish I'd never bought it.

@VodafoneAU , There is no mobile network in Paddington (QLD 4064) since 28th Feb. Is there any ETA on when will it fixed? Not sure why only Vodafone is affected, Telstra and Optus are working without any issues.

@Telstra I actually had an appointment booked for Monday as the line was already faulty, it fails once a month or so now; there extensive damage to the area and this is just once place the cable will be cut. Someone rang me Monday to tell me they won’t be attending (well duh).
