Gotta love Telstra using a song off the mighty Megadeth's 1st album for one of their ads! About time there was some decent music on tv compared to the utter shit that is usually brought out these days. #metalkicksass

Glen Foreman (@glen_foreman) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@TheSportsFreak @SevenPerth @AFL @Foxtel Have a soul, so VIC thing no issue 😉 Kids + my own sport in an hour, rules out pub. Unfortunately not a @Telstra customer for the same reason I had to ditch @Foxtel (💲💲). And love @abcgrandstand coverage, but nothing beats pictures. Your point is valid tho: 1st world problem

Ian Olson (@ianpolson) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra Hi Tim. 1/ The team advised (after 4 days of bouncing between different departments) that the problem would be solved in another 24-48 hours but they didn’t want to “set unreasonably high expectations” and would “be in touch”...

Father Chris (@FrChrisBedding) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
So now @Telstra has cut off the landline, without being asked. So so can’t port the number to iiNet. So I call Telstra. But it’s a business number, and the business team don’t work on weekends. So I ask to speak to someone ANYONE who can help.

Patricia Rutherford (@TrishKurralinga) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@ChrisOgilvieSnr Oh buggar me dead! Like we didn't know the old Telstra copper was making the #NBN slow!! #FTTN! @MeckeringBoy
-
Amy 👩💻🏖️ (@Amys_Kapers) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra No they couldn't tell me why it was cancelled and I have no interest in placing another order This is just the latest in a line of failures to provide service or support. I've been a Telstra customer since I was 12 and I'm sick of dealing with this incompetence
-
Heath (@heath_mds) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Optus congratulations, I thought @Telstra was bad at customer service, but your sales team takes the cake. One week on and I still can’t get 2 phones and 2 ported numbers without every step being screwed up
-
Ian Olson (@ianpolson) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra 2/ Tim, your business has systematically gone about dismantling any intelligent and capable customer support/service capability over the past 10+ years so my beef isn’t with the poor souls in your call centers who scroll through scripts to try and resolve issues...
-
Amy 👩💻🏖️ (@Amys_Kapers) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@ahuijsen @Telstra I swear if I have one more person say "I understand your frustration". No. That is a horrible technique, it just makes it worse
-
Patricia Rutherford (@TrishKurralinga) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@JohnnyLydon @davrosz @Biggy1883 Geez that was the issue that frustrsted the hell out of Conroy. Telstra's lousy unmaintained pits & copper! 6. Years. Ago!!!
-
Father Chris (@FrChrisBedding) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
The gentleman suggested Complaints. So I asked to be put through. But Complaints is not open on the weekend. I asked if there was anyone in the whole organisation who could help me. He said no. I thanked him for clarifying why we are leaving @Telstra
-
Gav (@yGrael) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@deemadigan @TaodeHaas @Telstra @Telstra are the single worse company this country has produced. As far as I'm in they woud need to pay me,4 the rest of my days, to have an account with them again. For pain & suffering and time spent on fruitless calls to fix fk ups. 🖕#FuckYouTelstra🖕
-
Ian Olson (@ianpolson) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra 3/ Tim, these actions by @Telstra management in trying to reduce costs have rendered your business incapable of efficiently dealing with even basic customer service or technical queries. Your attempts to innovate using “automation” are of little consequence.
-
luke halden (@lettermania) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra when it has been over a week that elderly customers can't get online or have a home phone #nbn but support tells them to do the same thing and expect different results #insanity
-
Ian Olson (@ianpolson) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@Telstra 4/ when you have dismantled and dismembered any semblance of cohesive customer support in the name of cost. Revenue shrinkage will surely follow thus rendering your cost reduction ambitions a fools errand. I’m a shareholder and as a customer but likely neither for much longer...
-
Ben White (@1800weevil) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@buerckner_robyn @DrJewmelon @KondininGroup No just on the Telstra network - but the antenna test results we gathered should be identical. Will check with Powertec as to an ETA on the Optus GO unit.
-
Tony Ilian (@tonytau101) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@simonahac I seem to remember some people saying the same things about GSM when I was @Telstra. Keep the old AMPS (analog) network, people would say. Now Telstra is rolling out 5g. TI #BackToTheFuture

Cory Gale 🦘🇦🇺 (@cory_gale) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
@TexanMeg @Telstra They’re horrendous. 4 major issues in 9 years for me. Time to divorce them. For good!
-
Matty H, Aussie By Birth, Kansas City by Brainwash (@RavenGypsyMask) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
Telstra TV, or get your ass to a venue near you, if I can you can. Like me show your support for all netball organisations and the sport in general, let's get the support for this game that it deserves, let's get the funding for this game that it deserves. IN FACT LET'S GET
-
castiblanco_l@yahoo.es (@castiblancolya1) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia
It’s ridiculous that a company like #Telstra does what it likes with the users and there is no entity that regulate them, Telstra charges its fees in #Australia but operates from overseas with people who don’t care about the service and doesn’t even know what they are talking ab.

So I’ve called @Telstra back only to be told they’ve knocked off for the day. The CSR attempted to call me back only once, I unfortunately missed it. Absolutely woeful service from the national carrier. #platinumsupport

Jayne Persian Dr (@jypersian) reported
@CC___Raider @Telstra the chat is a robot, the phone people are awful when you finally get onto them ... sigh
-
Kirsty 🦊 (@FoxyGamerGirl_) reported
@Telstra It's horrifying that you can claim that to be either support or service. Even after this was "escalated" 3 days ago, and I have still had no contact. Given that you have read Jess's response it shows you are aware of the issue. it's really not that hard to understand/resolve 2/2
-
Powerful Sewer Rat (@LisaGlass200) reported
@carolduncan @Telstra Interesting. A friend tried to get @telstra to fix her 89 yo mum’s landline. They took 16 days with my friend calling every day to beg them to get it done. Mum died on day 14 without being able to talk to her daughter.

James Scott (@wakingtothewoke) reported
@Telstra how pathetic is your add during the NRL ... ******* stop ripping people off to waste money on dumb **** adds
-
Marg K (@acerbic_comic) reported
@carolduncan @macmanm @Telstra You shouldn't have had to Tweetshame them to get service but it often does work.
-
eddie synot (@EddieSynot) reported
@jypersian @Telstra They’re doing my head in lately. New phone but making it impossible to find out how to return my old one and have charged the fail to return fee. Infuriating.
-
James Henderson (@jrihen) reported
@Telstra have now manually provisioned Telstra One Number, so now I’m paying for the service, but the devices are still stating I’m ineligible. On top of this, the CSR hung up on me and I don’t know what to do next!
-
Jethro Sercombe (@jethrosercombe) reported
Today I spent 3 hours waiting on hold with @Telstra until their office closed. I was trying to get mums phone back on, she has a neurological condition and forgot to pay the bill. Her fall alarm is connected, she has priority assistance. Here’s the **** show I encountered.

Katelyn (@aussiegal10) reported
@johnsy123aus @jackopew Same. Although it took me ages to cancel it, through Telstra.
