@Telstra so fed up. I have spent hours on the phone & yr chat service querying bills over last 2 months. Last straw. You did not direct debit my last bill due to your technical glitch. U had no idea why. Now I have been charged another late fee by Meg Bonighton.

@echenze Telstra runs the monthly subscription service model. Implementating RCS should be more interesting watch for per message/per minute costing model like Safaricom.

@bantambaby @Telstra Hi Suzie. Login to the modem by opening a browser, type in the address 10.0.0.138. Click on advanced settings. Depending on the modem (mine is a Speedtouch) there should be reboot or restart function. If all that is too hard, switch off PowerPoint. Then turn back on. TI

  • BayneyWA Andrew Bayne (@BayneyWA) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@mmmhotbreakfast Oh. Ok. So Telstra aggressively advertise for new customers, knowing that they can’t provide the service that they are marketing, because they’re oversubscribed.

@Telstra my parents in Wells Street Stepney SA AND my brother-in-law in Marden SA have no internet this weekend. They’ve been told there’s nothing that can be done. Surely this should be a priority for you. It’s actually an emergency. My parents are elderly. Please fix it asap

  • kaz4president Karagh-Mae Kelly (@kaz4president) reported

@Telstra Well yeah! You haven't given businesses any other option xcept Velocity which is not considered for business use. So no thought or work around have been put in place for this MASSIVE safety issue leaving us all having to use faulty equipment - as business still needs to run!

  • drifter2914 drifter2914 (@drifter2914) reported

@CarlyM4000 I understand your frustration. I ported my phone from Telstra to an Aldi SIM (same number and they use the Telstra network) and my monthly bill went from $110 to $25

  • Tam_A_Le ••• (@Tam_A_Le) reported

@Telstra your customer service keeps getting worst everyday. You’ve lost your way since Mr Thodey left. You can’t even answer the phone to talk to your customers #fail absolutely shocking !

@telstra Outage in 2033. Not listed on your page. Need the internet to work.

  • glynmaclean Glyn MacLean 麦格荣 (@glynmaclean) reported

@Brad__73 @Telstra @andy_penn I was offline for three weeks. If any other business treated customers like this they would lose all their customers. Telstra does have horrible customer service. As a premium customer, I completely agree that the CEO lacks accountability. The 4Gx service isn’t reliable.

  • Phire1Solutions PHire1Solutions (@Phire1Solutions) reported

@Telstra So I am now into the 6th day waiting for Telstra to do their job and activate my sim card. Why is this taking so damn long. You are acting like a third world telco. FIX IT!!! Bottom line is don't buy from #TelstraPenrith #auspol #fail
