    @iiNet It's the lack of 'chat'.... I understand there are more processes to tick off with NBN company than with Telstra but everytime now there is an issue it's so much work just to keep your attention span on actual communication. There was a reason we all chose westnet etc back then.

    @Telstra Down here in Busselton I constantly get a message of "unable to change location. Network busy. Please try again later." I have been turning settings on and off. With no success. It sucks! I just wait till I get home and connect to NBN

    @beezknez It drives me crazy that in a progressive city only 200km from Perth, the mobile telephone network is barely usable unless I am connected WiFi to the NBN. The @Telstra network is hopeless.

    .@Telstra Hi guys. Just to keep you in the loop. I have today been informed that NO ONE has provisioned my request for a static IP address. Numerous phone calls, discussions, hours on the phone. NOT ONE of your numpties had the initiative to actually press the damn order button.

    @BusseltonMail I am waiting for my NBN "technical" issue to be sorted out by @Telstra 65Mbps to the connection. My side of the modem: ZILCH. Can't even run a speed test. But it is being looked at by Telstra. I can't set up my business without it. @NanaStories is my alter ego.

    @MichaelWestBiz @Telstra I had the same problems with Telstra 16 years ago and ditched them and also Vodafone for Optus Other than about 3 outages for an hour or so max I couldn't be happier with Optus Telstra have always been an embarrassment God help us if Telstra purchase the NBN

    @punkt @jon_black_ My APN has always been switched on; in fact my tethered devices get an IP address - just no internet content!! I suspect an issue with how MP02 talks to the carrier (Telstra). No helpful reply from Tech Assist either.

    @andrewwhiteau Not sure re Optus but Telstra support asked me to run it the other day, and it was ok.
