💧🌱pragmaticleftie 🏴🇮🇪💔 (@roseannebyrne) reported from Kiama, New South Wales@LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

Dr Bronwyn Carlson (@BronwynCarlson) reported from Wollongong, New South Wales@Telstra Calling Telstra only to be disconnected and referred to a text service with a non- human who is incapable of responding to anything off script. No call back.

Danielle Moustoukis (@dan69rr) reported from Wollongong, New South Wales@Telstra @andy_penn Imagine if a surgeon went MIA or left the operating room and said they’ll get back to you real soon when they work out your problem. How much longer until our practice @GongSurgical bleeds out because your not able to sort out the provisioning of our phones?
-
沈马修 (@shenmaxiu) reported from Wollongong, New South Wales@Telstra @janehansen2000 This is about cellular and backhaul capacity issues; you already have the metrics on your systems to indicate the issues, @Telstra

Dr Bronwyn Carlson (@BronwynCarlson) reported from Wollongong, New South WalesTrying to solve a @Telstra issue with endless hours on hold, when I get through I get disconnected, no call back- shitty service. I’m starting to doubt any humans work there. Time for a change of service providers!

John Roach (@cambuslangtrain) reported from Wollongong, New South Wales@LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

Dr Bronwyn Carlson (@BronwynCarlson) reported from Wollongong, New South Wales@Telstra That’s a poor excuse sorry. The phone calls never get through to a human regardless of what you need. Your text service is inadequate and also not a human. The most response I’ve received is on Twitter because it’s public. I fear for my 75 y/o mum dealing with Telstra
-
Danielle Moustoukis (@dan69rr) reported from Wollongong, New South Wales@Telstra relocation are still ongoing. JT Photography and Digital Art (@GraveWhisperer) reportedPissed off @Telstra. I have 2 devices that literally 98% of the time JUST TODAY won't connect to net, make phone calls or text. Says I'm off-line, connection time ran our, or I'm not registered to telstra network, even though it worked fine in the morning
-
Mark A Gregory (@_markagregory) reported@Telstra please Shannon, as a Telco person, I have done this, and my test equipment confirms there is an ongoing problem. Get a manager to call me. I want an official reason. #auspol @telstra
-
Katherine Munn (@katherinemunn2) reported from Charles Sturt University, New South Wales@AdeleOffley @Telstra I’m in Wagga and I often have trouble getting internet service (4G) - which is ridiculous for an inland city - it only gets worse when I’m travelling to small towns for work, makes it hard even to answer phone calls when I’m on the road
-
David Stewart Freeborn©💉x3 😷 Barnaby Opponent (@Coffeedaveoz) reported@jocotoll @OccupyMyGov no good my town but last time I tried was 10 years ago. Hate to say it but Telstra network is the go.
-
NM Economist 💉💉💉🛡 (@NM_Economist) reported@4Boat Love a good dad joke (or technically a bad one). On a positive note, son (10.y.o) sent home from school, tested covid + this morning. Thank goodness for Fox, Stan, Kayo Telstra etc.
-
Coppo (@Coppo03411135) reported@davobridges1 @anoman64 @birdonatwig Same as the NBN the Libs stuffed up. Now Telstra provide the poorly trained repairers (not techs) to NBN under nbn contract. Basically only a complaint to the Ombudsman gets you working after 4 visits
-
O__O (@Duey0x0) reported@runlevel__5 @Telstra Simple answer: @Telstra make lots of $$$$ from selling customer database to telemarketers
-
David Stewart Freeborn©💉x3 😷 Barnaby Opponent (@Coffeedaveoz) reported@jocotoll @OccupyMyGov In my town the unemployed and pensioners sit outside the library and piggy back on their wifi, I suspect the same if we had Macdonalds or similar. There is room for Telstra to be provided funds to make a free to consumer wifi service, so far only if you are signed up with them
-
Aidan Dolphin (@Dolph2_83) reported@AdeleOffley @Telstra Definatly worse. Need to go back to home phones. Why can't they tap into the same frequency as gps systems on machinery get signal everywhere then
-
Mr.Sadman (@MonotoneSam) reported@Telstra @maddy_wain Hey Phil, my wifi has recently been giving me trouble. The router is emoting a strange spiced odour (smells similar to Sugon). Any suggestions?
