    @LoneVaultWander Being in one of the housing estates ruined by @Telstra due to their pair gain nightmare...I never even had proper internet...never had a squad. There is so much of the 2000s people took for granted I never had!

    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @Telstra That’s a poor excuse sorry. The phone calls never get through to a human regardless of what you need. Your text service is inadequate and also not a human. The most response I’ve received is on Twitter because it’s public. I fear for my 75 y/o mum dealing with Telstra

    @__rymac Hmmm i mean it isn’t bad at all. I got 350Mbps+ over 4G with Telstra so I feel 5G should be close to 1Gbit.

    @Telstra relocation are still ongoing. Our ‘Connection Manager’ Ankita last contacted me on Thursday to say on Friday our old phone numbers were being cut across from our old address and there would be minimal disruption.Our case ref with her is 2-26877336684. No inward calls since. Help!

    @Telstra 2021 and still no Disney+ app on TTV. TTV is so bad! So many other good streaming products, avoid TTV at all costs!

    @LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

    @Gatty54 Same thing happened to us few years ago. Telstra, JB Hi-Fi, lucky it was all at like 3am and our bank put a hold on our card (debit card). We found out it was a girl in reception at a hotel we paid for. We confirmed details with her of card over phone. Never again. Ours was $9K.

    🚨 Telstra, TPG telecom clash with Musk’s SpaceX over Starlink spectrum guarantee Australian telecom giants Telstra and TPG Telecom are urging the government to hold competitive auctions for satellite-mobile frequencies instead of granting SpaceX guaranteed priority access for Starlink’s Direct-to-Cell service. They warn that such guarantees risk market concentration and could lead to higher consumer prices.     @MichaelWestBiz @sainsburychina Loyalty programs are the ultimate con. Telstra just emailed me to say my mobile plan will be increasing by $5/mth, but my service won't improve. I'm unwillingly signed up to their "Rewards" - something built into the pricing. This should be outlawed.

    @MarkAClarkson @Telstra I left Telstra years ago and not going back unless they are the only one left in the market. Telstra is the most expensive service provider in the world. They are also not honest about the blackspot in many parts of remote areas.
