@blake_andersson @Telstra @Optus Go Boost Mobile! I’m with them. Same Telstra network, unlimited Apple Music, more data for less. Pre-paid.

@Telstra I’m a patient person. However when my very elderly parents in Kiama are left without a land line for over 20 days & I discover that someone in @telstra or @nbn didn’t create a ‘Task ID’ for the third time in 3 weeks I reach a state of total frustration. Pls help.

@Telstra_news “Telstra operate the nation’s only 5G network”. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure @Optus has 5G too.

@Telstra Internet after today’s issue is cutting out. I’ve turned it off for 10 mins, turned it back on, I’ve hit the reset button, it starts to work for a bit and goes off again, I had a similar problem a week ago. Is there a problem in my area? Fairy meadow 2519 NSW

@LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

@Telstra relocation are still ongoing. Our ‘Connection Manager’ Ankita last contacted me on Thursday to say on Friday our old phone numbers were being cut across from our old address and there would be minimal disruption. Our case ref with her is 2-26877336684. No inward calls since. Help!

Trying to solve a @Telstra issue with endless hours on hold, when I get through I get disconnected, no call back- shitty service. I’m starting to doubt any humans work there. Time for a change of service providers!

Telstra. Waiting to have the account activated. Takes up to 4 hours. So far, 2 days. Message from them " There unfortunately is a delay in the activation" No shit Sherlock. Call to complain. " want to lodge a complaint" Sorry, wrong dept, this is billing" transfers me to billing

@LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

@missrobinson @Telstra Oh mine is crap even at home and telstra is the strongest network in the area.

@missrobinson @Telstra The only problem with switching is if you go outside of the city, as other networks are terrible in the regions. But if not, all good!

Why is the @Telstra signal so bad in crowded places? My phone is basically unusable for data on the train at peak hour, at shopping centres & at festivals. Think I’ll have to change networks
-
Guardiangary

@Telstra Pushing business customers to upfront services is ridiculous. No complex features for NBN, no line hunt, only one line per connection. How do you expect businesses to operate with an upfront service? You market “Business Grade solutions” but do not train your FoH correctly.
-
Tom Gosling
(@ThomasWGosling) reported
@PaulFletcherMP 18 minutes? That’s nothing, more common is 45 - and that’s under both parties. It’s done deliberately, to emphasise to the unemployed that they are at the bottom of the heap. Nearly as bad as Telstra and some of the medical centres.

Hey @Telstra, I’ve got to hand it to you. Got my new modem today and didn’t think my matter would be “stuffed” anymore, but you’ve found a way for it to remain “stuffed”… and I need another specialist team. Customer all my life and this… #telstrafail

@Telstra U won’t. My issue has been going for over 10 years. Wolli Creek in NSW is a known black spot that is badly need of tower upgrade due to being a high density suburb.

@Telstra That’s ridiculous. You don’t need my authority to chase up a problem affecting thousands of customers. This is just the sort of treatment that annoys people. But here’s a hint. Talk to your “chief customer advocate” who has also been informed.
