@JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

@Telstra No not at all - after 50 minutes, 5 people and 1 Bot I was informed they could not help me and to go to a Telstra Shop. No! Anything but a Telstra Shop where kiddies have to stop grooming themselves to serve me then ask heaps of questions before telling me they don’t know 😱

@Telstra on going saga since May 9. @Telstra said to lodge complaint. Done. Good news @Telstra will be back in touch in 5 days time WTF!! I have made 18 calls, on 5 occasions had confirmation you guys stuffed my account but you had “fixed it” and still since May 9 not fixed

@Telstra My case manager calls me weekly but its the fact he cannot provide me a target resolution date that's the biggest problem and that's because there's a lack of updates from the technicians on the ground.

@emmeneeez #qanda started me off, and now I have many online friends. Also I have gotten better customer service and results by tweeting directly at some Companies. Telstra and Behringer to name just 2. Also What @picklessprakel said.

@ScooterMcNeice @Hofffy5 Yes but! If your a Telstra mobile customer then you get Telstra air included aswell as wifi calling & in Montrose my phone drops out all the time so wifi calling is needed but agree Telstra are rogues,nbn just available for me too and if it’s no better than the 7mbp I get I’ll 😭
