    @Telstra No not at all - after 50 minutes, 5 people and 1 Bot I was informed they could not help me and to go to a Telstra Shop. No! Anything but a Telstra Shop where kiddies have to stop grooming themselves to serve me then ask heaps of questions before telling me they don’t know 😱

    @JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

You're building homes that only rely on electricity, banning gas.(too busy gifting that resource to other countries) You're putting turbines that don't help the environment and cost way too much to maintain and are not a long-term solution. You're pushing for more solar farms but blanketting the skies with chemicals to block out the sun. You will fry the system. The EV infrastructure can't even handle the demand of vehicles needing a charge. You made a deal with your communist buddies to bring poorly built and copied EVs here, killing any other option or brand to do business in Australia. It is safe to say that you must be the absolute worst prime minister or leader in history.

    Hey @Optus... trying to give feedback about sh!tty coverage in a Hospital. Your team has "reported that everything is working normally, so the issues isnt due to the network" ... rubbish. Telstra IBC works fine, but yours doesnt. You try holding a call there and you'll see.

    @agentsmart @aparachick The “burner type” Android phones I’ve had (and not really used) were sent to me by Telstra when they shut down the 2G then 3G networks - even though I’d already replaced my dumb-phone with a new (if old-fashioned) Nokia - often eBay’d from O/S ‘cause not offered here). Cheap as!

    @DavidSandow1 And just wait for the price increase from Telstra in July for your service, have battled with Telstra the last few weeks with the same problem and nearly the same circumstances your in to no avail, people telling you to get starlink, you shouldn’t have to when it once worked

    @RositaDaz48 It is getting a little better from a very, very low base. If I had a Telstra problem, I used to allocate more than 1/2 day to sort it out. It took me weeks to change my NBN ISP from Telstra to another, largely because they kept telling me the new company had to make the switch!

    @RositaDaz48 Sadly I have had to deal with Telstra and or its UK counterpart BT since the mid 1980’s, they have not changed one little bit. They are indeed identical entities of stupidry, lunacy, infantile phone tag and incompetent customer facing management. The staff on the phones are okish
