    @Telstra No not at all - after 50 minutes, 5 people and 1 Bot I was informed they could not help me and to go to a Telstra Shop. No! Anything but a Telstra Shop where kiddies have to stop grooming themselves to serve me then ask heaps of questions before telling me they don’t know 😱

    @JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

    Just moved and HAD TO change internet services from @iiNet to @telstra. 3 years no issue with iiNet, 1 week with telstra, problems. And don’t think about calling them, huge delays. I love that they suggest I can troubleshoot this problem with the internet, online. #telstrasucks

    @Telstra Totally false. Have escalated & escalated. After multiple calls to NBN was told to get T to request Missing Equipment via thier INC system. Was done and then cancelled by Telstra as they await 'fail install' then send NBN tech. NEVER had a callback even when promised.

    @slsandpet @Optus Good luck finding a reliable and comparable internet provider to even many third world internet suppliers in Australia. ISP will blame their service problems on the customer first and if that fails others like NBN Co, Telstra, their VOIP service provider.

    @slsandpet @Optus I don't know but for me personally it's been heaps better with Optus as it was when I was with Telstra. Ugh never again! But everyone will have dif experiences with dif telcos
