@JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

@NeilEvansmail @Telstra Hi Jo, seems like Neil has had these for a while and I’m sure if u look at the file he has probably called u guys numerous times also. So before u flick it like a cut out pass to someone else at Telstra, do some homework and just get the bloody thing fixed

@Telstra It shouldn’t be “tricky” at the moment. I don’t have any issue calling my local restaurant, energy company, insurance company, tax agent, Qantas etc. And my own company customer service is consistently contactable. So what’s the issue with Telstra, a telecommunications company?

@telstra this is great customer service. You say you don’t have a number. They say they will help by texting you information on the number you haven’t given!!!! And then hang up!!!!!!

@Batterymetals1 In theory, but I can’t guarantee it. Just buy next year’s iPhone 13 with a 3rd gen 5G iPhone chipset. Also it depends on who gets 26Ghz, if Telstra or Optus don’t get it but one of the satellite providers do, you may never be able to use it 1/2

@chrismurphys @Telstra Try TPG or one of their subsidiaries. They operate their own tier 1 network, really good.

@Telstra @NeilEvansmail Same here @Telstra and we’re on the Gold Coast. Constant drop outs, every time I contact Telstra they simply tell me they’ve checked the lines and there are no issues. Our whole estate suffers, not just our house!

@Telstra absolutely woeful service! Logged an internet fault online the last 2 nights to no avail. So I tried phoning and just spent 1hr 10 mins on hold, without so much as an update in the queue, so hung up. Just not good enough!!! 2nd time this year I've experienced this!!
