@Telstra No not at all - after 50 minutes, 5 people and 1 Bot I was informed they could not help me and to go to a Telstra Shop. No! Anything but a Telstra Shop where kiddies have to stop grooming themselves to serve me then ask heaps of questions before telling me they don’t know 😱

@JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

@TimVanMartin @erietta @Telstra To anyone following the “add a watch to my Telstra account” thread, after told in the app I must have dire debit to have a chat & must buy watch from Telstra, (wrong!) I finally read all I need to do is add One Number service to my account for $5. That took 3 days and 57 txts🤨

Telstra . They sure know how to rip you off. Over charge. And to top it all off **** reception. Definitely be kicking these ***** in the guts. Over their Over charging bills and **** reception. Would not recommend . You get this free. But that's a lie . They charge you for it.

Added @Telstra Game Optimiser 1 mth free trial via app. Email rcvd May 11 saying active; isn't. Called yesterday; agent said 'sales' would call today; didn't. Called today & agent said I had to 'message' via your site as online area won't s/w customers - that msg timed out. HELP!
