    @Telstra No not at all - after 50 minutes, 5 people and 1 Bot I was informed they could not help me and to go to a Telstra Shop. No! Anything but a Telstra Shop where kiddies have to stop grooming themselves to serve me then ask heaps of questions before telling me they don’t know 😱

    @JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

    @Telstra I live in the community of Fitzgibbon QLD 4018 A new mobile tower has been put up close by and there are questions 1. Is this mobile tower active and working ? 2. Is this tower servicing the local and surrounding suburbs ? 3. When can we expect service to improve ?

    @mbismark @RobynSchofield3 Telechoice also offer good products that include international calls to some countries. Unlimited Oz calls (they use Telstra network so good coverage) and decent data included. I only pay $25 per month.

    @Telstra One moment telstra tells me there is. Next minute it's supposedly fixed and they don't know why my phone AND tablet won't work. Then next minute you seem to make an excuse for the utter bullshit by saying there's an outage again. I just looked and it says no. "Expert" said 1/2
