    @Telstra No not at all - after 50 minutes, 5 people and 1 Bot I was informed they could not help me and to go to a Telstra Shop. No! Anything but a Telstra Shop where kiddies have to stop grooming themselves to serve me then ask heaps of questions before telling me they don’t know 😱

    @JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

    @Telstra im having problems with the telstra app The app is saying both my email and phone is not verified and my account has deleted my bank details and also its now saying ive got a over due amount it just popped up with out warning

    @OldCroaky @Telstra Yes the old junk e-mail is also a problem. Once they have your e-mail address you end up getting all sorts of useless information. Normally I direct that stuff to a junk e-mail folder though.

    @Telstra what is going on with the NBN in Grafton NSW? we haven't had internet since 12pm yet apparently there is no outages? it's strange too cause all the lights are on both modems and it says there is internet and signal strength...

    @Telstra No it was happening at this specific location for 2 days, but I confirmed it's back to normal yesterday. I guess some cell towers around had issues? Anyway, I hope 5G being more reliable and stable. Cheers!
