  • LionsTalk LionsTalk (@LionsTalk) reported from Sunshine Coast, State of Queensland

@Telstra No not at all - after 50 minutes, 5 people and 1 Bot I was informed they could not help me and to go to a Telstra Shop. No! Anything but a Telstra Shop where kiddies have to stop grooming themselves to serve me then ask heaps of questions before telling me they don’t know 😱

  • LionsTalk LionsTalk (@LionsTalk) reported from Sunshine Coast, State of Queensland

On the @Telstra Chat line. 30 minutes, 1 Bot and 5 people I am no closer to a solution 😱

  • Renzor__ Ryley (@Renzor__) reported

@DrugsRats @Telstra on your own host? get fked with always on 100 down you were just hosting what do you mean

  • helphelpandhelp debbiep (@helphelpandhelp) reported

@BreakfastNews So can we all break the rules on terms and conditions of companies? . Cause I'll start with Telstra whom is putting up rates from Oct on an NBN service that we still deal with daily dropp outs or slow slow slow loading

  • deep_neural DeepNeuralNetworks (@deep_neural) reported

@bhagdip143 @flashmouse HP, IBM, Hitachi, Fujitsu, Telstra all use to play in the data center 'real estate' game. Everyone sold this business as the model isn't sound. Interactive have services and support model. Empired also host. But Next DC and DC2 get paid bugger all for hosting racks of servers.

  • EmCharlotteAnn Emily Stretch (@EmCharlotteAnn) reported

@BradMclean90 @Telstra I was wondering if it’s affecting phones. I’ve had other apps mess with my phone before. Spoke to Telstra today and they’ve tweaked network in my area, so I might be completely wrong. Time will tell!

  • nemesis2017ccp 平均律🇦🇺(拉什莫尔山扩建工程总指挥) (@nemesis2017ccp) reported

@SkyNewsAust It’s totally weird for social networking platforms to assume responsibility of law enforcement! If bad buys make phone calls to organize criminal actions, can the victim sue Telstra for facilitating the crime?

  • Auntie_Fran Fran Beckett ♌️ (she/her) (@Auntie_Fran) reported

@nemesis2017ccp @SkyNewsAust Telstra doesn't know about the content of phone calls. Various governments including The Australian LNP government have been making laws to force social media companies to be responsible for their content. There's also potential liability for personal injury and property damage

  • PaulaHassall Paula Hassall🐘🐺🐶🐬🦭🐳💚💙 (@PaulaHassall) reported

@Telstra Hi, Matthew you know thought to check there but did ring up on Saturday and was told that there was no problems from your end but something is not right

  • daniellebayard Danielle Bayard (@daniellebayard) reported

Once again @Telstra are proving to be pathetic. A modem for a house move promised on 31/12. Nope. Then last Friday. Nope. Now 3-5 days. Really? Have time to send me an invoice for a service not provided but can’t arrange a courier! Incompetent liars.

  • JonathanRabbitt Jonathan Rabbitt (@JonathanRabbitt) reported

@kevinbonham @BarnsGreg @DaveSharma It's more like Telstra kicking a customer (or customers) off their network, and then colluding with their "competitors" to do the same.
