Happy @Optus to take the quid but the help facility on line is abyssmal. Look at the spelling, sentence structure and grammar. Horrendous experience. I'm sure my wife will speak to me when it all settles!

Went to Optus shop in Loganholme with a friend who bought a new S20 cell phone the ******** closed the plan. When she went home tried use earphones, GUESS WHAT the ******** never told her the S20 has no plug in. Can only use remote earbuds! And they're $ 350 ! OPTUS ********...

@DenyseWhelan1 @Optus Oh I think they are but the store staff know the issue in detail so I’m leaving it up to them. They already told me I wouldn’t have to pay a late fee if they didn’t get to it. Might follow up tomorrow.

Optus Telstra Vodafone etc etc shops, public cheating misleading and misinforming just to get people to sign up, AND MINIMAL AFTER SERVICE, needs the govnt regulators to step because its getting worst by the day.

@Optus why there is always a issues about the bill every month? Since, I have joined optus, every month I have issues with the bill, optus keep adding extra amounts in the bill.spoke to 10 different people in optus from last 4-5 months not resolved yet.

@normal_ness I always paid bill on time with Virgin and never received annoying reminders. Because @Optus continually send these stupid reminders I now wait till a few minutes before close of business on the due date. Looking at new providers next week when I get paid
