    @Telstra is the best way to fix my slow, unreliable NBN issue to cancel and go with @Optus ? Considering the time I’ve spent this arvo and got no where it’s looking like the solution. #telstra #nbn

    @Optus I have had intermittent email access for the past 3 days. I haven't problems like this over a few days.

    @Optus Sure when I get a spare hour to sit down and locate all the required information to do the identity check. Which requires a working internet connection sitting in front of my laptop. Currently “on the fly” and rebooting modem all the time mitigates against this.

    @RoadknightThe A bit of a tip, as I’ve had a shitfight with Optus. Every complaint that the Ombudsman receives, the Carrier has to pay between $1200-$2,000 to fight the charge. So, it is cheaper to give you what you want, as they get hundreds of complaints every day. Stick to your guns, mate.

    Gotta be honest tho, I just realise how amazing the telecommunication service providers in Aust especially the Optus there plan is started from $10 dollars which is give u 5gb of data…etc

    @Optus I am very unhappy with your 'customer service'. I've been tryign to cancel Fetch tv for two weeks and every time I phone the Optus call centre who have no idea what they are talking about. I've been promised twice that is has been cancelled & a return mailbag will be sent.

    @Optus Your support is very hard to navigate. I cancelled my Optus account and want a refund of my exisiting credit. No phone option allows me to talk to anyone about this. I'm elderly and don't have the app or access to it. Can you help please.

    @its_Aidos1 Ukk so sorry it's been such a pain, it's pretty bad in the Kimberly's, I had to get out of my optus plan cause I was paying dead Money. Hope it's sorted soon x

    @BonerTesla @Tesla @elonmusk Thunderstorm 6 months ago. Everything survived except the Tesla2 and my Optus modem (replaced in a week) ... TVs, solar array, 2 inverters etc all OK. Tesla won't replace or fix the near-new battery which should have circuit breakers. Solar4life and Tesla have let me down.
