Had an email from Optus saying they're upping the cost of my plan by $4/month. Part of the reasoning is "the growing usage of our network". So more people using = more cost to me, am I reading that right? And they're giving me extra data but I don't use the data I have now so??

@drangiedakas I have tried Optus, Telstra, and Aussie Broadband. You do you, but in my personal experience, the customer service and greater consistency of Aussie Broadband won out.

@Optus Absolutely not! Forcibly raising the price then making you have to have way more data than you need! I thought you couldn't change the price of a damn contract! So freaking disappointed, if i could afford it i would leave!
