@Mike_Tuckerman The problem is the app and online platform is terrible compared to Kayo, Stan and Optus. The lack of pause and rewind is criminal. Trying to find the sport is hard. FFA cup on 10play WTF is that about. Too hard to log in. Gave up Wednesday. Have to make it easier for new watchers

@AmyRemeikis lol for thinking that any stuffup from telstra (or optus, or voda, or 'insert telco here') is ever personal. All their systems are designed by contractors, who finish their contracts and leave... never to return. So when they 'stuff up' there's no-one that knows how they work.

@Optus my NBN hasn't been working properly the last few days. Slow loading pages and streaming times out. Your help chat says no issues however people on local Facebook groups are reporting the same. How do I get this fixed before a day of video calls tomorrow? :)

@Optus Thanks for the quick response Quade - Optus are already tracking this issue and have assigned a specialist who's been in regular contact. The problem is that NBNCO still haven't fixed their fault after more than 3 weeks.

@Optus Your website says the area I am in is servicing a mobile tower and I might see issues with my internet, it never said anything about not being able to use the internet at all and my family is expected to wait a whole week or more to see any improvement, way to go Optus.

@Optus I did call the magical #5g support line of @Optus , lady had me on call for 45 mins , incompetent and more importantly unwilling to support, in the end I asked L3 support she agreed but transferred me to TV manufacturers support line 👏👏 , way to go !
