    @Optus so I tried asking your customer service and 2 experts on the Optus app through my account over a period of three hours and i got no answer and and more frustrated . Why does Optus not allow their customers to pay for a new service with direct debit on a bank account ?

    @PunishedDilbert that is an issue - but I think what upsets Optus more is users going hard on 4G/5G, that bandwidth cost is all theirs

    So, ring Optus using main website's listed contact number and get bargain basement service. But, for Business products, get the number specifically for businesses, and that is a completely different experience. Partly my bad <sigh>

    Just a heads to anyone who's a optus Customer there is a scam going on saying there is a problem with you monthly Direct debits and asking to give them your information don't press the link.. #optus

    Hi @Optus , are there any outages in Gordon, NSW? For 24 hrs our NBN wifi has been down. Have restarted modem numrous times, but no luck. I have registered an outage and received 343103 as our issue number. Pls advise ASAP
