@CricketnBeer @RonniSalt @Optus Why have IT people if they can't access data? What do you expect them to do? Data is all IT is, even code is just organised data. Specifically arranged 0's and 1's. What was missing was rigour, mostly from the top down.

@ReclaimAnglesea @Optus Yes I noted that they had sent if from a noreply address too. You'd think if Optus actually gave two hoots they would have not done that. Hell if I were CTO or CIO I'd have made sure you could at very least replied to a specially monitored email address, awful.

I no longer live in Aus, but I was an Optus customer so I signed up for the initial 21 day ban then extended it to 12 months.

@Optus are your mobile networks working? I can’t seem to reach anybody on an @optus mobile plan. I’m with @Telstra so have no issues.
