@Telstra is the best way to fix my slow, unreliable NBN issue to cancel and go with @Optus ? Considering the time I’ve spent this arvo and got no where it’s looking like the solution. #telstra #nbn

@7NewsMelbourne @melbournefc @AFL Even with the game at Optus, a 2:20pm start time would have been much more appropriate, viewed at 4:20 on the east coast, night time grand final is ****, no amount of rallying by networks or Eddie McGuire will convince me otherwise… it’***** plain and simple.

@Optus Hi Optus, I lodged a case regarding a serious issue of breach of my privacy. A case was lodged and a resolution was promised. Even without any resolution, the support wanted to close the case forcibly.

@Optus The icing on the cake that i got is they blocked me from raising any cases on the app. Can you please JUSTIFY your support team’s actions. I guess if u can’t solve a problem. Block the customer requesting a resolution. - That seems to be the new tagline

@CalmWithinCrazy Same happened to me at Optus Stadium in Perth, however what you do is obtain a stadium card (for no cost) at the venue and load it with cash. This is then used at the hospitality outlets. Speeds up service and counters cash theft.
