@Optus Hi. The people at the store were able to sort it out. They had to change settings through their computer, but it's a bit of a mystery how it happened -- same problem with the SIM even though it was put into a different phone. Thanks for your response!

@Optus will not guarantee that they will connect you to speak to an Australian person in Australia. They are so bad I am cancelling my service and will be seeking compensation through the courts

@Optus how do I get help with NBN after a storm? I ring, the call drops out after 30 minutes. I use the chat, no response after an hour.
