@Telstra is the best way to fix my slow, unreliable NBN issue to cancel and go with @Optus ? Considering the time I’ve spent this arvo and got no where it’s looking like the solution. #telstra #nbn

Breaking. Optus hackers have apologised for the hack and deleted the data?! Hackers with a conscience? Anyway: we all ought to take note and be reluctant to hand over personal data in future. Also the Master Data issue of having one licence number and Medicare number for life….

@abcnews Class action lawsuit needs to be put against Optus. This is going to cause MAJOR stress and problems resolving for people. In UK, compensation would be deservedly due for Optus’ carelessness.

@troyhunt You've spoken before about having easy to find contact info for people to report security issues and I don't think Optus does that, but there are a BUNCH of ways to contact them generally.

@RonniSalt @Optus Yep. Gladys is doing well there. A pattern seems to be followed. Who would have thought a company whose prime aim is communication and technology would fail so spectacularly. 5 stars.

@CaraMia200 Really? Hopefully so, it's a worry to Optus users. Would be a horrible feeling know you're personal data has been stolen.
