@Optus This has occurred on a mobile connected to optus 4g tower and a dongle connected to same. Its not isolated to one device. As I said, I already checked the usual suspects, your outage page tells me there is nothing down.

Acoupla months before the plan runs out, the hand set is paid off - So you actually don’t have any remainder owing if you want to cancel a couple months before the plan runs out and I can take handset

Latest @OPTUS fail. I call to book disconnection in 10 days - get transferred to 3 different teams NO ONE mentions this somehow involves cutting off my phone and internet right now (when I’m working from home). Now have no phone and no internet. Last time I ever use this company

@Optus Dm? I was dm'ing for 7 hours yesterday. Please share an email id where I can send a 700mb video of my entire chat history from 3 pm till end of day. Very disturbing and at the end there was no resolution. I can upload here if it helps.
