Please help @Optus! My optusnet email (on phone) keeps re-downloading old deleted emails. Like 3000 at a time. Last week I went through and re-deleted but now it’s doing it again! (I’ve had optusnet for years this has never happened, I haven’t changed settings).

So @Optus has finished it's "upgrade" on my local tower for 5G Home Broadband... & while my download speeds have improved slightly, my upload speed went WAY down. Back in early 2022 it was an average of 16mbps upload, today it 10mbps! Piss poor service!

@Optus you have without a doubt THE WORST HELP DESK. The crap I have had to go through just to get an esim. From them wanting to send me an entire new phone to telling me I can’t have one. Hopeless!!!!
