@Optus I have ported my number from Lyca Mobile to Optus and there was a technical issue in Optus during SIM card activation. Now my SIM has been disconnected in Lyca Mobile and not activated in Optus. It has been more than a week with a mobile connection.

Never ever deal with Optus... the customer service system is just a joke. My telco cable was pull down by a garbage truck this morning and now i still make calls to explain this again and again to optus to try to get fixed and still doing that after 7 hrs later...

@thesammykins Words can’t describe how bad @Optus is at handling customers data. They kept submitting billing accounts that they made in error to credit bureaus crippling my credit score. It’s taken over 12 months to get it “fixed” and still @kbrspace’s team say they did no wrong.
