  @Telstra BOTS ARE NOT THE ANSWER! I applied to Telstra to establish a broadband at my new address before December 5! I now a month later have a house full of teenagers in a rainy day and no ******* internet! Why can Optus or vodaphone provide fast service, and Telstra not?

  @TheHolyBoot Please, the American stadiums are light years ahead of ours, optus is the only thing close. Facilities at the SCG are poor.

  @Jakie_1993 Yeah, someone a few years back thought I was crazy moving mobile from optus. Said not really, as have optus internet in residence. I said if mobile goes down and internet down at same time, no chance to communicate. So always check if mobile piggybacks optus network

  Just had the worst customer experience in my life from @Optus It took 2+ hours of dealing with barely legible Indians passing me from department to department. The worst was the ‘Tech Support’ woman who didn’t even know what 5G+ was and had to look it up on the website.

  Just tried to call @VodafoneAU to find out why my SIM card flicked between No Service and SOS and intermittently on 5G. I tried to call and it from an Optus network phone and the message, "Optus wishes to advise that the number you have called is not connected". That number, the Vodafone Australia 1300 number

  @Optus @Teh_Jkr Don’t be loyal anymore. You get nothing for being loyal, swap providers every chance you get. They all treat new customers way better than anyone long term. You could ring them and tell them you’re leaving but that’s a lot of effort that they don’t deserve.

  @Teh_Jkr @Optus I’m paying triple and I hardly use any data. I complained until I got a bill reduction but next week it will be bye bye Optus for me, despite being a customer for decades👋

  @Batman2242 Basically 2 mobile providers as Vodafone & Optus share a regional network but still have most of the cities on their own networks.

  @FreoPope @TheRealDoc4 @freodockers yeah, seeing a lot of complaints about getting in. Glad I stayed home. Regional footy is good and all but it would have been close to a sell out at Optus without the issues.

  @NBN_Australia Another internet free night because you and Optus won't fix whatever makes our internet drop out regularly. FTTP in 2026 but we'd get better connection in South Sudan.
