I now a month later have a house full of teenagers in a rainy day and no ******* internet! Why can Optus or vodaphone provide fast service, and Telstra not?

Mian Ijaz Rabbani (@ijaz2021) reported@aamir_ibrahim01 @JensenHuang Australia switched off its 3G network in 2024 and Jazz IR roaming stopped working in Australia. Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive standard replies, to no avail. Please liaise Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.

It appears that the screenshot shown captures a partially completed Speed Test for your connection to the Optus Mobile Network, as opposed to the same Wi-Fi connection as your TV. We would recommend connecting your phone to the same Wi-Fi connection and completing this again. Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive standard replies, to no avail. Please talk with Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.

In the instance that your Optus modem that does not facilitate 4G back-up, our teams will look to provide interim support such as the Optus Internet Assistance Kit.
