  @Telstra BOTS ARE NOT THE ANSWER! I applied to Telstra to establish a broadband at my new address before December 5! I now a month later have a house full of teenagers in a rainy day and no ******* internet! Why can Optus or vodaphone provide fast service, and Telstra not?

  @Woodygocats59 @TonyShepherd4 Once again I refer you back to the Optus outage where everybody including the government and Optus thought the 000 service was functioning but it was found to still be out of action several hours later. And the government minister was AWOL again. A couple of hours can save lives.

  A guy moved into a new apartment. Only “official” internet was FTTN NBN — $90/month for a pathetic 30 Mbps down max. He called Telstra and Optus. Both said “5G Fixed Wireless not available at your address.” He checked a cell tower map anyway. Half a dozen towers within a couple km.   @m_aryel_len @james00000001 Not true. I was updated. Didn't get it. Partners wasn't updated. He did. Same Optus network.
