    @Telstra BOTS ARE NOT THE ANSWER! I applied to Telstra to establish a broadband at my new address before December 5! I now a month later have a house full of teenagers in a rainy day and no ******* internet! Why can Optus or vodaphone provide fast service, and Telstra not?

Can you please ensure both the app and your device have been updated to the latest available software?     @karavas_alex Nah - not playing at the G becomes a bigger myth. Some clubs don’t play at Optus in a season but maybe expected to play a final there. It’s just a mind set, the more it gets talked about, the bigger the issue , we’ll be fine

    @Optus Thanks, but that doesn’t address what actually happened. I was in the emergency broadcast area with a compatible device. There was no Optus coverage, but there was coverage from another network. Despite that, I never received the AusAlert. If emergency alerts can’t be delivered when your carrier is unavailable, even though another network is in range, that’s a significant issue. In an emergency, people shouldn’t miss life-saving warnings because of which carrier they’re with. Can you clarify whether AusAlerts are expected to be delivered in this scenario, or is this a limitation of the current system?
