I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

Your system sucks for online users and needs a severe overhaul. Previously able to receive a text to verify ID no longer existent

Bank details, card details, DOB. Banks cancel your cards in times of dispute. Direct debits are affected. Constant crimes against us all.

Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive standard replies, to no avail. Please talk with Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.
