  @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

  @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

  @Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

  @enngees Hi there, customers can recharge their service or purchase add-ons online using a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or JCB) and PayPal. An Optus service needs to connect to the Optus network for activation, so we generally recommend setting up and activating the SIM once they've arrived in Australia.   @MichaelRuyg yep, when they built the NBN fixed wireless tower, that carries optus and vodafone as well, it had a backup generator. then the tower got "upgraded" with 6 months of regular outages and then next power outage we discovered the backup generator and the ability to call 000 was gone

  Had a look at umpiring in all Freo home @AFL games this year at Optus v interstate teams. Worst free kick count is minus 3 v Blues and Suns. Rd 9 v Hawks was 17-17. Hopefully this means we don't need to worry about the umpires but Suns got the 1st 3 frees last year. #foreverfreo

  @AJG_87 @MiguelS92940618 This is where I’m at. Looking at yesterday alone we had the personnel on park to beat Richmond. Can blame poor kicking but it was the same against Port & North at Optus. We have gone backwards post bye If we have the personnel then for me it’s the coaching staff that are failing
