  @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

  @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

  @nicko_316 You gotta feel sorry for the weagles fans. They keep rocking up in droves the last 3-4 years at Optus, but they never stay for the whole game. Think the club needs to refund their membership fees. Absolute daylight heist. No wonder they're the richest club in the land.

  @llelectronics @thesamuelnam Vodafone Network: Unlike Telstra and Optus, offers a 90-day grace period for international visitors with non-compliant phones. If you use a Vodafone local SIM or purchase a travel eSIM that specifically runs on the Vodafone Australia network, your phone will work normally.

  @MattM_78 @optus_help Will be interesting to see what they can offer. I got nothing the last time and when I was wanting to upgrade my phone was told I couldn’t have a cheaper plan as it was only for new customers. I’ve left and gone elsewhere.   @optus_help @Optus I’m trying to give you more of my money for a eSIM, however your app is horrific. My other service is a eSIM on my iPad so I can’t get a text. So I change to email, fine but then I can’t enter the code. Seriously?? Do you not want my money??

  @eevblog I have both, NBN service stability is far less than Starlink's, so it is my backup. I could probably push traffic through both, did that with Telstra and Optus cable modems back in the day, but Starlink is so fast I haven't needed to bother.
