    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @Telstra 2hrs this morning wasted with your member chat trying to take out a new contract, long term customer counts for nothing, go on Optus site and as a nobody I got a better deal straight off.

    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    @MelbOnTransit @Urban_Immerser Why don't V/line use a back up telco provider beside telstra? So if one goes down they got some form of commication. V/Line should back up Telstra with Optus in case on goes out!

    @Michael83424242 This started under the LNP are you senile, stupid or deliberately been disingenuous? Communications outages & breaches occurred under the tenure of Paul Fletcher, who served as Minister- 2019 to 2022. The 2022 Data Breach: In Sept, Optus suffered a massive cyber-attack!

    @FranMooMoo Starlink and Optus have entered a partnership"Direct to Cell" technology to Australia. Rather than Starlink launching its own separate mobile carrier service to compete with Optus, the service is designed to be integrated into existing Optus plans

    @pceebee23 @LayaboutSi @Telstra They very much are. All vline trains are down. Metro uses Optus so they are fine.
