    @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

    @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

    Australia has some of the worst internet speeds in the world & A LOT of horrible internet service providers to boot! @Optus & @Telstra top the list & have a stranglehold on telecommunications here in general. @NBN_Australia is maintained by Telstra & both own all the cell towers!

    @PaulHemsleyAU Hard to say. Gladys would have had to beat the 12 year factor as well, she'd still have had Keen sabotaging things... I mean, if she didn't have the scandal(s)... she could well have won. She's now at Optus, which has had it own issues. It would have been an uphill battle.

    @tonymy01 @optus_help Lucky you ! I’ve just had mine reset manually. Very odd that it’s working for some. I finally had a response from the Tech people saying there is a known issue but no one can articulate exactly what the issue is. I’m due back here in a few months, I doubt I’ll risk using Optus

    Furious at @Optus - I’m in South Africa and roaming is not working. I literally cannot leave my apartment and book an Uber to see the city I am in. I’ve been on chat since 11am this morning and still no response 7.5 hours later by their stupid chat system. #appauling

    So @Optus blocked me on Twitter because I went off my nut in the DMs at them because of their abysmal service & overly long "upgrade" on my local tower(21 days!) Obviously customer service doesn't matter to them so I recommend everyone treat them like they deserve!

    @BJM1760 @AFL It's the halogen lights specifically that are the problem. They need at least 15 min to cool down before they're turned back on. If this was an LED lit ground like Optus or the MCG the delay would only be a few minutes.

    @Optus I feel the message was already clear enough to not need a DM. Pass on this to an actual human, fix your terrible network coverage and slow speeds.
