Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

She had other flights booked, they were cancelled as Wells dealt with the Optus fall out. Last minute flights were secured. Acting like this has never happened before is just pathetic.
