  @recneps51 @Optus @NSW_FairTrading I bpay to telstra also, I know they charge me for a paper bill, which I request but never receive, but I don’t know about the other bit. I’d never allow direct debit, especially Optus, I used to ring them every other month about issues.

  @Telstra Yep. Unfortunately I’m so disgusted with the way I’ve been treated as a customer will see me head to @optus Telstra high prices dont reflect the service you receive from staff when there is a problem. It’s disgraceful. By far the worst telco I have dealt with, ever.

  Does it make you sick to your stomach when you are an Optus customer for a long time, How long you have been a customer for and how they have mistreated their customers by WAYYYY Overcharging for their pre paid internet services. We get the shittiest deals even though WE PAY IN ADVANCE just to have out DETAILS LEAKED TO THE DARKWEB.I Got no apology and it works out we pau more money and PAY UP FRONT, no invoices but OPTUS prepaid Customers just ***** in the *** with a ***** comparable to the Governments they keep ******* us with!!!

  @MichaelRuyg yep, when they built the NBN fixed wireless tower, that carries optus and vodafone as well, it had a backup generator. then the tower got "upgraded" with 6 months of regular outages and then next power outage we discovered the backup generator and the ability to call 000 was gone

  @ChinaSelect Australia has had two major telecommunications network failures. As a result of the Telstra failure, three people died, including a baby. One person died as a result of the Optus failure. No infrastructure should have any exposure to foreign adversaries.

  @opf_pk Australia switched off its 3G network in 2024 and Jazz IR roaming stopped working in Australia. Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive standard replies, to no avail. Please raise with Jazz to talk with Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.

  Like I said outside optus ur game is poor bcoz 90% thi year u played in optus this game shows all weak pts take them work on them even today its not finals ur struggling think finals outside optus today very poor midfield transition and very poor ruck @freodockers
