    @GlennHampson @Optus I had this weird thing happen with me for months when I signed up to Optus but they never charged me just weird emails saying they did. It took many calls and message to fix

    Nice work @Optus - internet problems not fixed after 2 hours on the line, u have my $ and I have no internet...2 add insult to injury I just opened a letter from O excitedly announcing NBN is coming to our suburb -that would be ok if I lived in the suburb stated in the letter.

    OPTUS yea right I had virtually any money for recharging but I recharged with $30 asked why I only got $5.00 extra credit sucks but charge with $40 or $50 you get it all so thinking of trying VODAFONE think Optus can be quite stingy

    This morning I called @Optus to check technician was coming. Customer service had no record of new address, quoting old address again. Gave my new details again before transferred to other department. Asked again for details & once again no record of new address on system.

    @Optus as a long term customer, the lack of service when ordering a new phone on line is appalling. After being told last Thursday 1-5 business days for delivery, I have just been told the item is not in stock and delivery is unknown. Poor.

    If ur thinking of transferring ur mobile plan to @LetsBelong, do urself a favor & flush ur money down the toilet. I transferred to Belong 3 months ago & for 3 months Ive been unable to make outgoing calls. Belong says it wasnt their problem. Moved to @Optus - fixed INSTANTLY!!

    @Optus Thanks.They're visitors from another country,bought new optus sim but this did not seem to get activated, tried calling cust service but its after 8pm,no one picked up.Anyway,got solved after a few hours.Thanks for the reply Guy

    @cintarellla that is actually really smart! I dealt with Optus insurance previously for them to fix my 7+ (that is why I got an 8+) and they were great but it took 2 weeks for my phone to be fixed and get back to me which is super inconvenient if I have to do it with this phone as I have >

    @Optus Cancelled after 15 min wait. They phoned back with no explanation of why then put me through to helpful tech support who said my coverage affected by new building or something that cannot be remedied and I may need to change provider.
