@Optus I called Technical Support and they told me that the engineers are working in the issue. I wish that the Optus outages webpage was actually kept up to date when something is wrong, but it’s basically a static page. It never gets updated with issues.

Update: almost 1 ½ hours later at 1am I get an impolite call back from a rude lady who says there’s an outage, can’t provide a reason or an ETA for a fix, didn’t apologise, and didn’t help. ‘No’ @Optus.

@optus you’ve charged me $529 dollars for @Foxtel since being a customer of Optus Vision since 1996 Standalone Foxtel installation fee $329 Foxtel STB Replacement Gee $100 and IQ2 $100 this is disgusting when 3 times the fee was waived and your discontinuing Foxtel

I’m both an Optus and Medibank customer. Just so everyone knows: Re Optus: my account fees are completely up to date. Re Medibank: I was hospitalised in my 20’s for kidney stones, and I should go to the dentist more often. Also, fees up to date… #Optus #Medibank
