@Optus It looks like the Optus telephony is back. The Optus NBN is still down, now for over an hour. It's a nightmarish morning for Teams calls. What's the ETA? I'm managing my work with my mobile hotspot with Telstra. Those who have Optus mobile internet have no plan B.

It’s now four hours since our @Optus odyssey began. We were simply adjusting our plan. @optus mucked up and disconnected our service. They have been bungling this all day. Insisted we go to DM comms. That has slowed things enormously. @optus just call us. Fix this #optusfail

@Optus Thanks Quade. I have tried those things and sometimes successfully. Then it goes again. It's so touch and go that I thought my successes were coincidental maybe with the service dropping in and out. It dropped out just now & came back on without me doing anything.
