    @Optus have “technical errors” if you are trying to get technical help with NBN. That’s what I was told when transferred to NBN tech help desk, after another ridiculous amount of phone time.

    Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

    @albericie @Optus Good luck! Feel your pain. Left the big telcos a few years back. With a smaller isp now - much happier with the customer service

    @mvfc44 @footyindustryAU I agree but in the context of painting myself as a recent fan I thought I'd use the Australian vernacular. Also gatekeeping doesn't help. Staying away. Will give my money to Optus sports instead.

    I have been trying to cancel my services with @Optus, but made it a terrible and frustrating experience. Endless wait times on hold and an ineffective cancellation process have resulted in unwarranted charges and fees for products I no longer use. #Optus #CancellationFail

    @noplaceforsheep Dreyfus is corrupt af. Surely you know that - he's got financial investments in legal firms which he can decide **** on. He did his incompetent Optus thing and then Maurice Blackburn Lawyers immediately made it its prime grift (and the both are linked through Roxon) so on and on.

    @DanaKno67395512 @Optus @Optus - poor internet forever. Contacted Optus 27/1/23 to raise the issue. Many calls, Many messages, Optus attended address and said modem faulty. Many calls, 3 modem sent, none arrived, Spoke to 2 seperate store managers - Still not resolved WTF!!!
