Thesia (@hrtsketta) reported@Optus My wifi stopped working since 3 days ago and the customer support person said that my wifi services was disconnected when I didn’t even ask for it to be disconnected. When I asked who authorised the disconnection, they couldn’t answer. I’m so disappointed in Optus.
