  Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

  @littlehop6 @PRGuy17 I dropped the Age last year when I changed my credit card and never gave them the new card number. Problem solved. And Telstra cancelled my email address so I just changed to Optus. Problem solved. Worthless rag

  Glad I’m not a massive soccer fan. The breaking up of the rights here in Australia is confusing as **** and would be pretty expensive. Something like: EPL: Optus Sport UEFA: Stan FA Cup, A-League, A-League W, Socceroos & Matildas: Paramount Plus WTF????

  What is it with Telcos giving you a 4 hour appointment window to fix a fault? Sometime between 8am and 12pm?! If only they had phones, they could call you when they were coming.. @Optus @NBN_Australia

  So my ISP had some new phone plans which meant I moved from Optus to Telstra. Maybe it is just the placement of towers near my house, but this is the worst coverage I've had since a brief stint with Vodafone back in the early noughties.
