    @Optus @StarsBBL The customer service rep at the Optus call centre I spoke with today advised me to go ahead with legal action against @Optus . I’m not sure how easy that is in India, but it’s certainly a channel I am considering.

    Now @Optus we have unlimited access. My Parents don't Stream movies . Don't know anything about it & they don't Care. My Phone is on my Contract. So when l use my Fathers Computer you Should Be Up & ******* Running. Never use a hidden network. **** it off.

    @AndrewFaulkner9 That's a proven thing at the Adelaide Oval. Optus hasn't covered itself with glory during this D/N Test. On the other hand, even during the WACA days, Perth was never a Test-crowd city. Adelaide, on the other hand, has a good tradition of Test match crowds, for a long time.

    @Optus I did not get a reference number. They sent me no text with reference nor did they give me one over the phone. Has been 4 hours with no internet. I have a major report to submit tomorrow. I need a retweet on where exactly the outage is as Nothing online. Fix it ASAP

    Hey @Optus, my 5G has been down for at least 3 hours. On outage map on web page, my address gets a brown icon saying they're working on the towers ... but doesn't have the usual button to click for updates that you get if you get a red icon saying that they're working on tower. ?

    I can't seem to get @Optus to accommodation my needs, I can't seem to explain that I can't visit a store due to low vision, linked to a cowards punch attack. (Unrelated to Optus) - I have a phone that has a charging issue, but all they keep saying is "liquid damage."

    @Optus Doesn't work. Whenever I talk to a customer care at this time, they ask me to call 5G broadband help desk number in the morning..in the morning the internet works ok. Vicious cycle

    Actually specifically, my LTE is down, too. I'm currently connected to Twitter via my Vodafone 4G phone because there's no Optus service here and no ETA for a fix and no way to get status updates sent to me. I needed to do something for work. :-(

    @Optus Have already done this multiple times and spoken to the help desk. As mentioned, a tower in my area is being investigated. Has been for the last 3 days! Just need the service that I’m paying for to be working, that’s all.
