Hello @Optus can you please explain when I go on to check an outage it says “we’ve identified a fault which means customers in the area may have no access to internet etc” but when I go on the help line they tell me there is no outage 🤔

@Optus Yes I get that but it does state on your FAQ's regarding the situation to call and that's the issue - you can't which is absolutely poor performance. Can you confirm when contact will occur as in how many days or weeks till I potentially find out being a former customer?

@Optus I have tried to call your call centre re the hack to see if my info being a former customer and my mum's account still being an active customer was compromised but your call centre is closed. This shouldn't be the case and a dedicated team/number should be available 24/7

Nothing like a new iPhone to make you realise how bad @Optus is. Their first option is to send a QR code - via post - for an eSim… via post. Otherwise you can spend 45+ mins, 3 transfers, for an eSim that doesn’t download, then they offer to call you back later from a 4th person

@Optus To what point. Its not only MY issue.The towers are inadequate. Examine the whole suburbs - dead spots everywhere. Postcode 4128 4127 4129. Its across ALL providers. QLD Health will not be amused when I tell them. A WEEK its been going on the QR check is failing "No Internet".
