    **** you @Optus. Supposedly I have an NBN modem that has 4G connection, but there ain't no connection. One of the worst decisions to come to Optus. Seriously annoyed by you guys, can't get anything right.

    IPrimus dodo Telstra and Optus worked together to fake a fault on my phone so a technician was called to fix it. Then they got Dun and Bradstreet to hassle me to collect a payment

    What a fail @Optus. I wanted to upgrade my phone months ago but you wanted $600 to buy out the lease agreement. Then two months ago you charge me that anyway and don’t send a notification. Which leaves my account overdue then you cut off both my NBN and mobile? Wtf!

    @_davidlimbrick Optus collecting passport numbers is illegal. Under Privacy legislation, only that information, which is required to provide a particular service, is allowed to be collected.     @smh @AnnaPattySMH Called Optus because couldn’t log on to my account. The person I spoke to, after much keyboard clicking, said my email address wasn’t registered. I said I’ve been a customer for 15+ years and you send my bills to that email account. She didn’t even know about the data breach.
