@chozari @BriarBush We left Telstra@our 1st KP address & had to come back at this address bc Optus doesn’t service our street.. services all the other streets around it but not this one … their service doesn’t suck anymore but it took 2-3mo to get the service up to speed! And lots of whinges here!

I've been using it for 4 months, but I've been suspended 2 times for unknown reasons and no paid balance. The staff couldn't help me. So I lost more than 1 week of usage. @Optus

@Optus your support team is useless, I have transferred 4 times in same chat, all of them have asked same question name, contact number, account information. If your support team working from home, they are sleeping look like. And in the end this is not concerned department....

Hey @Optus - NBN modem issue, flashing red light and clicking, used ‘Message Us’ in app and for booted told to call 133937, but recorded message there saying to use app! What am I supposed to do to get tech support?? No internet, no home phone!!

@hganjoo153 2018-19 in Australia was on flat wickets, except a bit of life at Optus. Adelaide Oval was a day Test. MCG was very flat and slow. How was it challenging?

@myronmy9 @Tiger2047 @Optus Yep. So there isn't actually a 'contract' - which is both great meaning you can leave at any time without paying a stupid penalty - and not great when they can change plans and prices as they like with at least 30 days notice

Again another week of maintenance interruptions in the Oatley area. Like honestly how bad can these workers\contractors be @Optus they didn't finish the work 2-3x of week long maintenance interruptions we've had recently. I'd understand if you speed actually changed or 5G

Had to restore my phone. My goodness it’s annoying. Esim needs visit to @Optus store to activate. My phone is the after hours number for patients and pathology. I also didn’t realise #googleauthenticator can’t transfer over. That’s my bad I guess.

Another day, another @VodafoneAU outage (ongoing for 6+ months now). If you live in Penrith, don't touch Vodafone or @Optus (the primary network). You'd be better off with a carrier pigeon.

@Tiger2047 @SulloAU @Optus The 'contract' says they can make changes with at least 30 days notice - and that you can cancel at anytime - that's what you agreed to. You can't find yourself locked into paying $49 one month and $89 the next - you can leave at any time

@_annamurdoch @jessica_wilson Technically the plans are two parts - people agree to pay off a phone interest free over 12/24/36 months - which is separate to the phone plan part, that you can change up/down as you like, and Optus can also change with 30 days notice. Repayments don't change, just plan

@Optus 2 hours and 9 mins on phone… not on hold…gave account number, service number, DOB, postcode, four, yes, four OTP and she still could not find my account… then when I ask to speak to a manager I’m hung up on… bravo!

@9NewsMelb These messages are never seen by its target audience - mid teens to 40 - many don’t even watch the 6pm news. @Telstra @Optus really need to provide free text messaging when phones are detected near beaches warning ppl about dangers of surf/currents. And in diff languages.
