While that cost may seem small, with the cost of everything else rising, I’m beginning to watch carefully where my money goes. The first thing I plan to cut down? An unnecessary 160gb phone plan. 2/

The plan part is still month to month, which is why you can change it (move it up, down etc) and Optus can change it ($$$, extra GB, etc) - without affecting repayments.

Curious me (@LadyPenelope66) reported@ShababHossain13 Not happy with Optus. I do@not want an answer crease in data or a new plan. I never use that much data . My complaint is they have not made it easy to reduce or change existing plan. Impossible hold for hours #communication_ombudsman
