  Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

  @Shane3574 @PeteMac007 @ChrisMinnsMP Mining, manufacture and food off the top of my head. I will say though telco can be a 50-50 split. Yes, the landline side of things is crap since there is one owner of the lines, but you do have competition between Telstra, Optus and Vodaphone on the mobile side

  The longer it takes for @optus to rectify our slow internet, the more enraged my staff become. Second day with this ridiculously slow speeds and unable to perform tasks online (like processing wages).. Will #optus process our wages? It costs us every minute the staff aren't paid.
