It’s a shame … No Gaff doesn’t help … and our weather is shite compared to over there. It’s proper winter footy.

Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

I wouldn't think the matter is systematic to call for a full review.

In an exercise, someone is nominated as the customer - who would have said “it’s out of hours but I work tomorrow, so I need to discuss this with an expert”. /2
