@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

@HITCSevens It’s nearly 9am Alfie I’ve got lipzig x Liverpool on Optus sports and listening to @paul_winginit on stereo ... you gonna go on sterio and talk football on it lad .... I watched ya video last night :) I’m over lock down we been in lock down 3 now lad ... only been to one game ;(

@Optus you seriously need to lift both in terms of service provision and customer service. Ongoing outage in the middle of lockdown is bad enough followed by the maze to actually get hold of a person who then just tells you to hotspot? Not good enough

@Laura_Greaves @Telstra Optus are equally bad! In 4+ month Melb lockdown my sister's entire family had to zoom from home so she tried to up their internet, Optus had a voice recording just saying "we can't take your call." FOR MONTHS. Telco ombudsman complaints up by 700% or s'thing crazy!

@eatatjoe2 Just had a chat with them now about static ip and holy crap. The diff is night and day with Optus support. Gonna get the transfer kicking along tomoz first thing

When we called from Colac to find out what was going on, they can't tell us what days this happens on. @Optus would NEVER do this to a metropolitan area. Also, it's a safety issue. Most farms out my way don't or can't have landlines. We're completely cut off

@Optus thanks for knowingly wiping out all communications across stacks of SW Victoria. Multiple enquiries, no one will address this situation. No wifi = no income. Lockdown means it’s inescapable. I have begged for help but cannot get any. Mt Porndon tower.
