If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

@kaine177 Optus oval was built closer to MCG dimensions … that would play a part, but yes if you think back, they didn’t play well in the hubs last year either. It’s a shame … No Gaff doesn’t help … and our weather is shite compared to over there. It’s proper winter footy.

@HITCSevens It’s nearly 9am Alfie I’ve got lipzig x Liverpool on Optus sports and listening to @paul_winginit on stereo ... you gonna go on sterio and talk football on it lad .... I watched ya video last night :) I’m over lock down we been in lock down 3 now lad ... only been to one game ;(

Hi @Optus , are there any outages in Gordon, NSW? For 24 hrs our NBN wifi has been down. Have restarted modem numrous times, but no luck. I have registered an outage and received 343103 as our issue number. Pls advise ASAP

Hey @Optus really confused why I have to go to the effort of filing a police report and a stat dec when my order was delivered (confirmed by @startrack) TO A DIFFERENT STATE and signed for by a totally different person than the addressee. Complaints is slow and hopeless.

Give Plan ID, you're ready to purchase, but get series of questions not matching plan details. So phone down, in utter exasperation, but with no obvious place to purchase online either, so do customers just give up? @Optus

No consideration have been given to Commonwealth Bank clients or business's as OPTUS has shut down their TOWER for 1 month. NETCODE security is hooked to Bank accounts but if one cannot get signal, then NO business can be transacted???What alternatives have Bank put in place????
