If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

@Optus @RunnerSA18 I have not been a customer for over 2 years & my personal info was stolen. Why would you hold my personal info when I am no longer a customer. This is absolutely disgusting. No one should ever trust Optus with their info ever again.

My phone - iPhone 11 - is not typing properly (the wrong letters come up compared to the ones I have pressed, and fast too), is flicking between apps when I'm not touching it and slowing down. Have switched it on and off a lot. Is it impacted by the Optus security hack? Gulp!

I'm not currently an @Optus customer and haven't been since like 2018 - I was naive to think this would have meant my personal data was no longer on their databases... But turns out it was =(. Just got an email from Optus notifying I was affected...

Why did @Optus keep this info in one place for their ex customers? "Your name, date of birth, email, phone number, address associated with your former account, and the numbers of the ID documents you provided such as drivers licence number or passport number." #FAIL (HUGE)

@SenSHenderson @AlboMP Let's see. I became an Optus customer when (checks dates) the LNP was in government. Why didn't your mob prevent this from happening in the first place? That said, yes, this is yet another LNP mistake that Labor has to clean up. It goes in the queue with the rest of them.

I had been an Optus customer for nearly 20 years. My ID could have been a 20 year old passport, in which case, expired passport FTW. Or it could have been my licence, in which case I'm ******. @Optus, you need to get your front line staff better equipped to handle this.
