@HITCSevens It’s nearly 9am Alfie I’ve got lipzig x Liverpool on Optus sports and listening to @paul_winginit on stereo ... you gonna go on sterio and talk football on it lad .... I watched ya video last night :) I’m over lock down we been in lock down 3 now lad ... only been to one game ;(

If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

@Bruce79215079 @SkyNewsAust @Optus Heavy discount 24 month Equifax subscription. Hard to put a price on the stress and fear felt though. Finding out what took place though, I’ll be leaving Optus anyway. No test environment should hold customer data, that has a unauthenticated api exposed to the internet

@TheAviator1992 As a techie / system admin plus an Optus customer who will soon be leaving due to this. I don't think tax payers should foot the bill the company should as it was their due negligence that resulted in the data leaks

To make it worse, the technician needs to raise a ticket. It takes 1 - 2 business days. There's no communication with me. No confirmation when the tickets are resolved. It is on me to check. WTAF @Optus ?! 🤯 How can this be your customer service?
