@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

@Optus I asked for and received a ‘call reference number’, (196469504), on being told there was no record of my previous 80 minute call to your ‘support’. That was 14 Feb, when I was finally told (75 min in) there was a known NBN outage at our address. NBN address check STILL says no!

@Optus No call back offered by your tech. That would have been appropriate under the circumstances, right? How can your support team’s diagnostic and troubleshooting tools be down during their working hours when they need to provide support? This reeks of shambolic management.

@Optus why did you cut video streaming service from prepaid mobile data and instead make it eat into normal data? I've gone from using not even 50% of my months data, to running out within a week and a half. Changing prepaid providers ASAP, actually worst service

@Optus Well your network is pretty crap in Blackburn which is suburban Melbourne. Calls often dropping out or get no service inside my home I need to go outside to make a call. Neighbour across the road had the same problem.

Hi @Optus , are you aware that your technical support line is malfunctioning badly. We have been trying to get through since last Thursday but generally can only hear the call centre background noise but no-one speaks to you.

@HansOrph @Optus Agree, but I pay Optus each month as my 'service provider' and expect that they are managing their operational issues directly with NBN with certain SLA's to optimise customer experience. Optus don't discount my bill by 70% in a month to match the downtime..
