@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

Okay so @optus internet is down, their my optus app is out for servicing. All their phone lines are closed, and it seems @optus on Twitter has blocked me... So basically no support options available. Thanks @optus the terrible service just goes from bad to worse. #optusfail

@Optus Service with @amaysimAU . It's a SIM card activation issue. @amaysimAU has been following up on the activation, but nothing has been done so far. It's been 24 hrs now sadly.

@_Boondie_ Sure did, although that first quarter was horrible. Winning % there is better than our winning % at Optus.
