    @HITCSevens It’s nearly 9am Alfie I’ve got lipzig x Liverpool on Optus sports and listening to @paul_winginit on stereo ... you gonna go on sterio and talk football on it lad .... I watched ya video last night :) I’m over lock down we been in lock down 3 now lad ... only been to one game ;(

    love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

    @optus 90min on the phone today; still no internet on the day you agreed to enable it. 2wks ago you told me I don't need a new modem (HFC>FTTC). Two others said they'll send one but haven't. Prev owners had Optus in this house last week but I have to wait until June 16 now? WTF

    @TimFernandoITPB @lilzzzza No one is trying to take anything. It was asked of the Optus Stadium CEO if they would be able to host should they be needed and he of course said yes. There was never a story here and all beat up from insecure media click bait **** tards. GF in Perth would be epic tho

    @Optus Hi Serena, 3 hours on the phone this afternoon to resolve a simple issue and still not resolved! I am not feeling super confident of resolution…. But sure I can only be let down again

    @Optus NBN failure. Have been chatting to a tech rep from Optus “nbn support” for closer to 1 hr and now the option is calling some number to get a tech organized tomorrow at 8am ? Seriously? Telling me this at 1.45am? We are in a lockdown

    @Optus I am an existing Optus customer,i have been trying to contact Optus since Saturday, i want to purchase a Tablet outright, and possibly 2 replacement phones, and instead of assisting me, they tell me because i already have an Account i cant , advised to buy one at JB hifi

    @simonahac @Telstra TPG are the go, I've had telstra, optus , dodo, TPG never had a prob like that Be cheaper to transfer

    @MildMomeRath @Optus Hahaha I spent 12 months getting out of our innet contract. The customer service was beyond bad....in saying that here I am 3 weeks down and still not had someone call me. How do they actually get away with it?

    @AndrewEggelton @Optus I'm sorry to hear you're going through that. It is a nightmare! It's not acceptable. After we tried and failed to have them fix our issues repeatedly, we cancelled with them since they were unable to provide the service. They then continued to charge us for several months..

    @AndrewEggelton @Optus We had very similar issues when we were with Optus. It took a long time and many frustrating interactions with little to no resolution for us to finally get them to close our account and stop charging us. We have not had a single problem with our new ISP in 18 months for far.
