@OptusNewsRoom I ordered a SIM card online on the 25/09/20. The Optus site says 3/5 business days delivery time. Optus can you tell me should your advertising be 30/50 business days delivery?? It’s the 12/10/20??? 🤬 WTF

@Greybeard3 @JohnBirmingham @Optus I didn't go to TPG but I did leave Optus. I twice had to call to cancel, going through the whole process twice. But, for over a year now, Optus still sends me monthly invoices that (a) state that I have a 9 cent credit & (b) the 9 cents is zeroed off at the end of each invoice.

@rab_s It’s so ******* annoying they ALWAYS get the first attempt wrong to a business and it only arrives successfully after optus email them letting them know the business name and floor. How ******** don’t they have a work around for this yet? it’s incredible

@Optus and @NBN_Australia your network is shocking. I don’t think there’s been a day since Christmas that we’ve had a full day without network outage and connection dropping to the level where the internet just can’t be used. Seriously, just unacceptable for the price we pay. 😡

@Optus is the a known issue with Fetch streaming? I’m on Optus NBN and have no issues with any other internet/streaming services. Streamed channels not reliable, on demand (e.g. BBC catch-up) not working at all. Done soft reset, still broken.

@Optus I’ve done all the checks. IView, etc. all work fine on the Fetch box. It’s the streaming channels that take ages to start and give streaming errors. Catch-up like BBC First are really bad and often fail to start a show, showing a streaming error. Looks like Fetch service prob.

@Optus When I log in on a computer I get sent the confirmation code and am seemingly able to login but when I click on "my account" I am asked to log in again. How am I able to fix this? as above , I am unable to call as I am abroad.

The Australian Government must start issuing massive fines when businesses hold information longer than legally allowed. The idea Optus lost customer info of people who haven't been customers for a decade is insane.

In 6 months I will have paid off my iPhone, never again will I pay off a mobile phone. I could have bought two android phones for us with the amount of money I gave Optus over the 3 years this September for my iPhone that I’m playing off.

@Optus Experiencing some issues? I managed to get through to someone in business sales who said I was in the wrong department and promptly hung up. Give me a call within 24 hours or I'm moving ALL my plans and mobiles to a service that can, at a minimum, provide an account manager.

That's it. Optus' Marketing document which clearly referenced the Boost Mobile trademark seems to be the nail in the coffin for their defence. Boost Mobile wins, Optus to stop using the term Mobile Boost and variants in it's "Living Network" marketing and products #BoostVOptus
