@bennya_84 It worked for a lot of the prof. era, but it’s clear now it’s a damaging relationship. Move with the times, like you say. For example. Optus’ streaming service has over 800k subscribers, which i recall is more then double Fox. - more emphasis and alignment on domestic 3rd tier...

When @Optus cut off your old phone number, but2 days later haven’t set up the new one, despite calling back into the shop twice. That’s 2 days of not being able to get in touch with kids/school etc starting to wonder whether this was the best network choice. Poor service so far

@Optus the worst service ever!!! Only been with you 5 months, took 3 weeks to change our numbers over, not 4 hours. Didn’t mention putting pins on account so someone took 8k from our account. Now we have a 2k phone bill. Time for the ombudsman!

@alinazaryan97 A lot simpler. I do like the aspect of the Optus App does make it easier but Stan has ****** it. Optus sport did have major issues at the start, I remember they hosted the world cup and couldn't keep up so SBS took it over. Luckily I support Arsenal, so I don't need Stan haha.

@StanSportAU the worst stream service of live sports iv seen ever. Games keep lagging or buffering can’t watch the champions league without and issues . Also please reframe from blaming my device because I didn’t have this issue with Optus sports .

@StanSportAU @Fyrelor I cancelled my regular base Stan as well after this nonsense. Absolute trash. Stream quality was bad, commentary is sub par too. Optus really had a good thing going :(

@Optus - one of your cust service agents said they would call back after 5 minutes at 3PM AEST 14/09. It's now 10.22AM AEST 15/09 and I still haven't had a call. Just wondering if "5 minutes" has a different definition at Mac Park?
