    @Optus the worst service ever!!! Only been with you 5 months, took 3 weeks to change our numbers over, not 4 hours. Didn’t mention putting pins on account so someone took 8k from our account. Now we have a 2k phone bill. Time for the ombudsman!

    When @Optus cut off your old phone number, but2 days later haven’t set up the new one, despite calling back into the shop twice. That’s 2 days of not being able to get in touch with kids/school etc starting to wonder whether this was the best network choice. Poor service so far

    Dear @ParamountPlusAU At 12.53pm a tradesmans radio innocently gave away the Socceroos efforts this morning, thereby breaking my media Blackout while waiting for P+ to upload the replay. IMO the app in its current state is not useful for football fans. Please be like #Optus

    @bennya_84 It worked for a lot of the prof. era, but it’s clear now it’s a damaging relationship. Move with the times, like you say. For example. Optus’ streaming service has over 800k subscribers, which i recall is more then double Fox. - more emphasis and alignment on domestic 3rd tier...

    Optus has the fastest 5G speeds in Australia, but that doens't mean its the best overall. In April 22 Optus has average 5G speeds of 268Mbps, but its total network average sits at 90Mbps. Telstra wins out overall with 96Mbps median downloads across its mobile network

    @Optus I hour down, and I have secured the internets (hope it stays on for more than 10min) and I have reduced my mobile phone bill. I think I've just become an ad for Optus!

    @Optus you have without a doubt THE WORST HELP DESK. The crap I have had to go through just to get an esim. From them wanting to send me an entire new phone to telling me I can’t have one. Hopeless!!!!

    Hey @Optus currently in the Uk and realising that your roaming offering is even worse value and more of a rip off than I had imaged. Been your customer, for 20+ years, so letting you know just how disappointed I am. I don’t think we can be friends much longer.

    @Optus must know I have loads of marking to do ONLINE. The modem has been turned off and on again FIVE TIMES already, only for the internets to stay for only minutes. Now hot spotting in my own home. Playing the waiting game via chatbot for them to even acknowledge the issue.

    @Optus @Lexicon_93 @Optus same here I requested a refund for double payment 23 February 2023; followed it up today and was told it was not done and need to wait another 10 days for it to be processed. Ridiculous service!!!

    @Optus you’ve gone down hill since removing the manual bill pay. Your customer service team is also now a joke I’ve spoken to more of ur employees then family members and I’m over it. I can’t wait till I’ve paid off my phone I’m going straight to @Telstra
