    @bennya_84 It worked for a lot of the prof. era, but it’s clear now it’s a damaging relationship. Move with the times, like you say. For example. Optus’ streaming service has over 800k subscribers, which i recall is more then double Fox. - more emphasis and alignment on domestic 3rd tier...

    @Optus the worst service ever!!! Only been with you 5 months, took 3 weeks to change our numbers over, not 4 hours. Didn’t mention putting pins on account so someone took 8k from our account. Now we have a 2k phone bill. Time for the ombudsman!

    When @Optus cut off your old phone number, but2 days later haven’t set up the new one, despite calling back into the shop twice. That’s 2 days of not being able to get in touch with kids/school etc starting to wonder whether this was the best network choice. Poor service so far

    @plalor @Optus I thank god every day for my ADSL At least it works 99% of the time. Yes it’s a little slow, but a reboot usually helps with that. FFS it’s 2019🤪! Our NBN has been delayed for 4th time. Now July -Aug this year. Not sure I want it

    @Telstra my iPhone 11 order delayed for more than 5 weeks ordered via Telstra plus & still no time frame provided by Telstra customer support...iPhone 11 is delivered within 1-2 business days delay by Apple Vodafone and optus..being telstraplus gold member very unhappy.

    @Optus my ibternet is ****** but i cant get it foxed because you are not taking calls. Your customer service is shite. I dont have my optus email because i dont use it so camt get my lassword reset and so cant use the app. This is absolutely the worst customer service ever.

    @NBN_Australia @Optus Hi. 2 weeks ago we sent this and have not had answer when a technician will around via email. We know the job the is logged, but still no service. Can the job be escalated please.
