    When @Optus cut off your old phone number, but2 days later haven’t set up the new one, despite calling back into the shop twice. That’s 2 days of not being able to get in touch with kids/school etc starting to wonder whether this was the best network choice. Poor service so far

    @Optus wtf is going on with your services . Fetch, hayu, you name it. Keeps saying no internet but we do!!! Going on for days.

    @Optus the worst service ever!!! Only been with you 5 months, took 3 weeks to change our numbers over, not 4 hours. Didn’t mention putting pins on account so someone took 8k from our account. Now we have a 2k phone bill. Time for the ombudsman!

    Dear @ParamountPlusAU At 12.53pm a tradesmans radio innocently gave away the Socceroos efforts this morning, thereby breaking my media Blackout while waiting for P+ to upload the replay. IMO the app in its current state is not useful for football fans. Please be like #Optus

    @bennya_84 It worked for a lot of the prof. era, but it’s clear now it’s a damaging relationship. Move with the times, like you say. For example. Optus’ streaming service has over 800k subscribers, which i recall is more then double Fox. - more emphasis and alignment on domestic 3rd tier...

    optus can go **** its ******* bullshit self, i paid for a bill using direct deposit AND BECAUSE I USED DIRECT DEPOSIT, it wasnt counted AND MY SERVICES WERE LIMITED WHILE I WAS AT WORK bot dont worry there's no penalty for them having a massive data breach : )

    More great service from @optus - currently overseas for work and the Optus app is having ongoing technical difficulties meaning I can’t turn international roaming on. I’ve got free airport wifi for now but that’s not going to be much help once I leave the terminal. Cheers 👎🏽🙄

    @VinceRugari as I said on an Optus Sports FB post; Grabara's comments did not sound like a man who thinks there's 'no competition'. They sounded desperate, like a bloke who was scared of not being selected and went a beast mode in the media out of fear, to try and force the issue. Bit dog

    What the hell @Optus?! Charged $130 for an additional 13GB of data despite being well under my data cap. 90 minutes on the phone with no explanation of what’s going on. Regards long-term customer of good standing.

    Then won’t go back to switch to drivers licence, also auto name match not possible in Victoria. Hate using Help by phone but tried. Audio is 99% crackles, totally intelligible. Not even Optus for ISP!
