When @Optus cut off your old phone number, but2 days later haven’t set up the new one, despite calling back into the shop twice. That’s 2 days of not being able to get in touch with kids/school etc starting to wonder whether this was the best network choice. Poor service so far

@Serrels The editing really is terrible. Jarring cuts, commentators cut-off mid-thought. Optus are so much much better at it.

Hello @Optus After one hour of being messed around by your staff at call centres all over the World, being disconnected 4 times and the virtual assistant app failing, I give up. You fix my voice mail, and I will pay my now overdue bill. Up to you now.

@lavosaurus I went with @EE when in England/Scotland in April/May this year. Was so much better than the absolute garbage roaming Optus offered. I got off the plane and in two hours had been charged over $100 just sending two texts and then getting the taxi driver an address! $1 a MB!! 🤬😤

@OziBloke2009 Keep persisting with your complaint over Optus. If you get nowhere rake it to TIO If I'm off air for an extended timeframe assume a combination of Qantas stranding me and non-working roaming from Telstra is to blame. Enjoy your final week in New York!

Very little bandwidth on Amaysim Optus near Dakabin and Narangba. So little IT or mobile resources are on northside of Brisbane as it is cheap and nasty and a trap grinding person down.

@Optus @jasons_tweet Same issues for me at the same spot. In fact in most of the cbd. In fact in most of Canberra. Last two weeks have been horrendous

@rukacollie @yaakov_h I'm confident this will work fine (iPhone w/eSIM + Apple Watch w/Number Share eSIM). Optus's wording doesn't help, but as I understand it the Watch isn't actually the same number as the phone, there's just network-side hacks that make it behave like it is
