    @Optus the worst service ever!!! Only been with you 5 months, took 3 weeks to change our numbers over, not 4 hours. Didn’t mention putting pins on account so someone took 8k from our account. Now we have a 2k phone bill. Time for the ombudsman!

    @bennya_84 It worked for a lot of the prof. era, but it’s clear now it’s a damaging relationship. Move with the times, like you say. For example. Optus’ streaming service has over 800k subscribers, which i recall is more then double Fox. - more emphasis and alignment on domestic 3rd tier...

    When @Optus cut off your old phone number, but2 days later haven’t set up the new one, despite calling back into the shop twice. That’s 2 days of not being able to get in touch with kids/school etc starting to wonder whether this was the best network choice. Poor service so far

    @NicoleMatejic They confirmed today that they believe access was afforded to ALL members' data. 😮🤬 Like who TF are these 🤡 running IT systems and actively managing business and reputational risks ? Thankfully I wasn't either an Optus or Medibank customer. 🙏

    @optus I just received a call from my former landlord that I have mail from you. My landlord from the place I last lived over three years ago. I am a current customer who updated my address to my current one in 2019. Want to explain how this happened? Just dumbfounded #OptusHack

    @xnnui it's too late to protect yo' ****, but not too late to vote with your wallet. and zero admins would have their password as a simple one, it's mgmt's refusal to upgrade core **** to modern security that is the primary problem. plus (in optus's case) absolute idiocy.

    @Optus saga day 6. Being blamed for buying a new modem (not Optus one) after being told our new one is the problem. Funny how our old Optus modem was acting the same way for the last 5 days. Also being put on hold go over 15 mins for filing a formal complaint 10/10 guys #stoptus

    @BlackHillCraig @MarkDreyfusKCMP The problems with Optus and Medibank cause real problems for millions of customers. Why shouldn't they get punished for that? If your bank account, share portfolio, etc were raided because your broker, bank, share registry was slack, why should they get off scot free?
