    @Optus the worst service ever!!! Only been with you 5 months, took 3 weeks to change our numbers over, not 4 hours. Didn’t mention putting pins on account so someone took 8k from our account. Now we have a 2k phone bill. Time for the ombudsman!

    When @Optus cut off your old phone number, but2 days later haven’t set up the new one, despite calling back into the shop twice. That’s 2 days of not being able to get in touch with kids/school etc starting to wonder whether this was the best network choice. Poor service so far

    @JonathanGwood The Optus one was just bad authentication and development practices. It was literally like having a giant warehouse full of user data, with a massive door wide open, and a huge flashing neon sign saying "Get your sensitive data here!"

    tbh private health insurance shouldn't even exist (neither should private telecommunications - looking at you optus) and should be shut down immediately as they've proven they can't be trusted with our data, but that's another story /rant over

    @msfang @Optus @Telstra Worst part is, we had plans for this weekend, but had to transfer money just in case and it didn't transfer straight away. So it's messed our weekend up. We're on edge.

    @neilw101 @redruby17 @Optus Just stay away from Telstra. I thought Optus were bad until I changed a couple of months ago. Was forced to make my first complaint to an Ombudsman about Telstra.

    @Jeremy_Kirk @medibank One of the interesting things about the Optus issue is that we are given codes to activate identity monitoring through @Equifax. You go there & enter all your sensitive info; then find out their system doesn't support MFA...

    @Optus Recently, the Optus towers in Eagleby Queensland were upgraded to improve the network efficiency. Since then my iPhone calls have been breaking up indoors whereas they were clear indoors before. Very disappointing.
