  @Optus the worst service ever!!! Only been with you 5 months, took 3 weeks to change our numbers over, not 4 hours. Didn’t mention putting pins on account so someone took 8k from our account. Now we have a 2k phone bill. Time for the ombudsman!

  When @Optus cut off your old phone number, but2 days later haven’t set up the new one, despite calling back into the shop twice. That’s 2 days of not being able to get in touch with kids/school etc starting to wonder whether this was the best network choice. Poor service so far

  @bennya_84 It worked for a lot of the prof. era, but it’s clear now it’s a damaging relationship. Move with the times, like you say. For example. Optus’ streaming service has over 800k subscribers, which i recall is more then double Fox. - more emphasis and alignment on domestic 3rd tier...

  No freezing on any other platform except @kayosports. Reckon they need a few more servers to provide a basic service. Bit like when Optus got the World Cup and everything crashed. #poorvalue.

  @_shanmoho @champingyon Never had an issue. Had it for nearly 2 yrs. Same with Optus sport. I know plenty that have had issues. Me, never.

  @spillthepearl Yeah, iPads are pretty good, I have mine on an Optus 2 year plan, which I can cancel at any time and pay out on the hardware, which is good if things get good before bad, really good when new hardware comes out because they'll try clear old stock, so i got a higher capacity one

  @ConkyOCE I have no idea, I had the worst ping on the server for some reason, I’m with Optus and that’s what I was told was probably the issue, I’m even paying the the @Optus Game path so I can redirect the internet connection but did nothing. Legit waste of money.

  @davidgear1 @bazakel You can support your team without booing every opposition player that touches the ball. Yes for ***** play or staging for free kicks, but it's all they do. When Optus has 90% home crowd booing for nothing it lacks atmosphere.
