@Optus the worst service ever!!! Only been with you 5 months, took 3 weeks to change our numbers over, not 4 hours. Didn’t mention putting pins on account so someone took 8k from our account. Now we have a 2k phone bill. Time for the ombudsman!

@bennya_84 It worked for a lot of the prof. era, but it’s clear now it’s a damaging relationship. Move with the times, like you say. For example. Optus’ streaming service has over 800k subscribers, which i recall is more then double Fox. - more emphasis and alignment on domestic 3rd tier...

When @Optus cut off your old phone number, but2 days later haven’t set up the new one, despite calling back into the shop twice. That’s 2 days of not being able to get in touch with kids/school etc starting to wonder whether this was the best network choice. Poor service so far

Hey @Optus how come there is no way to possibly talk to a person when calling your customer service line? It all redirects back to the app, including changing passwords for the app. Absolutely ridiculous! I can’t log into the app because I don’t have log in details.

@jessikadouglas That’s a very valid reason to!! I don’t think I’ve had too many issues with Optus and have only really been a couple of those Telstra only areas but it shouldn’t be a huge issue for me so will probably just stay with Optus

@sam_sam79 Hi Sam, sorry for the trouble with that. Have you been able to stop casting and start again to see if that continues to happen? If it does it might be worth restarting the chromecast device and Optus Sport app to see if that helps. Let us know how you go. Rob

@BeauGiles @jonoabroad @peterwells Most android phones actually have 2 SIM card slots. I prefer than than ducking around with eSIMs and being locked in to either Telstra, Optus or Vodafone. None of the cheap MVNOs like Kogan, Catch, Coles etc support it :(
