    Just had the worst customer experience in my life from @Optus It took 2+ hours of dealing with barely legible Indians passing me from department to department. The worst was the ‘Tech Support’ woman who didn’t even know what 5G+ was and had to look it up on the website.

    🚨 SINGTEL CUTS CEO PAY AFTER MAJOR NETWORK OUTAGES. Singtel has cut CEO Yuen Kuan Moon’s pay after a year marked by high‑profile network failures in Singapore and Australia. The company’s annual report shows his compensation fell 16.9% to S$6.8 million for the financial year ending March 31. The reduction came even as Singtel posted stronger profits, reflecting the board’s push for accountability after outages disrupted emergency services and affected hundreds of thousands of users. The pay cut follows several serious incidents, including a 14‑hour Optus outage in Australia that hit Triple Zero emergency calls and back‑to‑back disruptions in Singapore that left about 600,000 customers offline.     So sad I see we was yesterday 1.86 I was -12% my ton I see but was fomo csuse Optus told we have now leave no war more but anyway my plan was to+-0 change it but so hard man im down 8k more than just 3.800 I see

    @Batman2242 Basically 2 mobile providers as Vodafone & Optus share a regional network but still have most of the cities on their own networks.

    @Headspinner496 @missrobinson Yeah, not ideal. Still cheaper than Optus I believe. I don’t have any problems with speed because I only have 4G out here and it’s horrendous. My Optus mobile broadband is even worse, falls over at peak times but phone internet still works.

    @bowling23 I was at the game last year , at Optus. They defended better that day. The suns still defend poorly at times. Today, they relied on their offence. North are bad defensively.. Suns are not too much better.

    @FranMooMoo i'll admit to not knowing much about how they work but will elons service be piggybacking off telstra/optus hardware like most 3rd party internet isps with broadband or will it be his own towers/whatever

    @FranMooMoo Optus forced me to upload the lasted software update on my phone or they would remove me from their network. That’s enough for me to opt in with Starlink and opt out of Optus🇦🇺👍
