    @GamersNexus @HardwareUnboxed Though I've got mine on a special early-bird deal, pay 30AUD for like 55GB per month. Though am using the Optus network so it's usually congested during the day and only get 50/20Mbps with my S10+ in the middle of the night xD Which is the same speed as my NBN :P

    @Optus 3/1 Mills street South Brighton 5048 (do not wait for me to contact you) Check for external errors immediately. If not send someone over immediately to check the inside of the box & provide a more secure locking mechanism. If you cannot do this ship me a wireless kit

    @Optus you’ve done it again. #Floptus I’ve tried to assist setting up my mums home phone for a month now. You cancelled her nbn setup visit and still haven’t contacted her after a week and now send her another nbn box. You guys are the worst for customer service. @acccgovau

    @Optus 3/1 Mills street South Brighton 5048 part(3) I cannot contact Optus any other way at this time. If the problem is in the box (on the outside of the building) a more secure locking mechanism must be provided. If not please change my contract to wireless.

    Asked @Optus a simple question via their message system in their APP. The ‘chat person’ asked to give him/her a minute to look up details. 37 min later she will ‘just be a minute’. WTF? Don’t worry about it FFS

    @AdelaideMail Get an Optus one. You can call someone for 9’59 and then hang up, ring them back and you won’t be charged (between 8pm and 8am)

    Hey @Optus your complaints process is broken. Made a complaint online on 24 Feb. The response was someone would contact me within 2 bus days. SMS from Nathaniel an ‘Expert’ in the customer resolution team on day 2 saying he’d make contact within another 2 bus days. Crickets since

    @JackJaeger7 @Optus Maybe get ya cable in the roof replaced. Some houses have old copper caballing that is crappy for NBN. As soon as I replaced mine with Cat6 not a problem. Cost about $250 installed from Mr Telco!

    @Hramblings yeah their bowling isn't even special. It's just too good on Optus and too **** in Sydney. Bounce making all the difference lol. Even today our so called collapse was more due to **** batting and less about good bowling.

    @Optus make you feel as though you have to pay a bill and they've closed the complaint-they are legally required to leave it open when TIO is involved. If they try to take money tell TIO as it is ILLEGAL for them to take money when there is an open case.

    I tried to port to Optus in 2017. Had no service for a week. Experience was so poor I got TIO involved and canceled. Got an email from VicRoads telling me I have to get new licence because I was part of Optus hack. Never heard from @Optus. Why did they keep my info???

    @cheryl_kernot The response from the Optus CEO was pathetic. I was impacted by this. Having received their email I had questions, but never received a reply. Never received an update and canceled the service. The guy asked me why! He was rude and cut the service as I spoke to him..
