    @Orda_CS @Telstra @iiNet @Optus Ive heard plenty of stories over the years of Australia getting less than adequate internet. I dunno why its such a problem.

    @Telstra Yep, no idea why and have just returned to Optus. Good luck keeping customers. No chance with this level of service. Identified 4 times nows. Online, Chat, In Store, Chat again. A joke. No information at any point.

    @Optus 10 days my phone has been sitting there in the assessment center with still no answers. Whyntell customer's allow 5 to 7 days. Not happy

    @chrismayer @Telstra I went through the exact same thing with Optus a few years back. Eventually I called the executive assistant to the CEO and she really knew how to make things happen - within a day or two - problem solved.

    @sj26 @Telstra @VodafoneAU @Optus I am on Belong and they not only have data sharing, but they also have data gifting and they allow your monthly data leftover to carry over to the next month. It's a good deal. They're on the Telstra network, too.

    @moo_im_a_goat I do get what you're saying, Dan. The 5G Home Broadband service is only available in limited areas of selected suburbs on the Optus 5G Network. We also need to meet our 50Mbps satisfaction guarantee. That's one of the provisions outlined in your contract. Dan

    Actually, at least with @Optus, this wasn’t such a bad idea as once you activate an eSIM by QR, you seemingly can’t add it again. It sort of gets cancelled after activation.
