    Once I’ve finished giving Optus all of my salary, I can’t wait to start saving! (Never use roaming when travelling kids. I never buy one and always regret it afterwards when I have $800 phone bills. Just buy a damn SIM card.

    Thanks everyone. I spent an hour at @Optus and on the phone to tech support and they haven't been able to fix it either. I have to put my sim in another phone to work out if the issue is with the phone or network.

    Hey @ticketmaster and @afl - when buying members tickets this morning only a @Telstra Mobile made it possible not once but twice. The work colleagues I recruited to help me using their @VodafoneAU, @Optus and a PC on @NBN_Australia had zero luck. Why so? #afl

    @MichaelWestBiz @Telstra I had the same problems with Telstra 16 years ago and ditched them and also Vodafone for Optus Other than about 3 outages for an hour or so max I couldn't be happier with Optus Telstra have always been an embarrassment God help us if Telstra purchase the NBN

    @Optus Last year I ordered a new phone online. It never arrived. 20 hours of being flipped from the Philippines to India and back, store staff who wouldn't help. No one took responsibility. Move your call centres to Australia, employ more store staff, and sack the CEO.
