    @VodafoneAU you seriously have no idea how to look after customers. Absolutely hopeless. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work....repeatedly. My work depends on you delivering a service that I pay for, incredibly bad and disappointing. Checking Optus and Tesltra options 😞

    @markje4 @cheryl_kernot I only became an Optus customer when they bought out Virgin and I left them a couple of years ago. I was told they will delete all past customers details when this is all sorted but as it's an ongoing issue they don't know when that will be. Fanfuckingtastic

    @stuartistics @AFL Freo do nothing for 119 minutes & then it’s the umpires fault for them losing. I sat at Optus for that entire game. Wish I could charge for having to watch some of the worst 110 minutes of footy and the wish I could double charge for the 10 minutes of choking at the finish line

    @lesstenny @Optus Yep I can answer this with a couple of different scenarios - as I don’t have specifics. Night time issues. If your MiL is old school PSTN customer, it could be thermal induction. Daytime temp warms = copper expands. Night time temp falls copper contracts near joint. TI 1/-

    @dave_it @Optus @Rita_Saffioti I think they mean the size 6 font number located on the right hand side of the back of your license. I’ve never ever been asked to supply this number.

    @Optus Is there any update on when it will be fixed? This has been several days of zero international roaming service in the US. I was just told to “buy a local sim”…. No other telecom providers have this issue.

    @FrankLi @BelongAU Yo, my Mum, Dad and Sister are all on Belong and they have had basically zero reception issues for the 5+ years they've been with them. We're in SE QLD, and I've had issues with both Optus and Vodafone while they're at full bars etc

    Its a good thing ive borrowed someones optus sport login because ive just gone from afl in 4k to watching some yellow and white blurs at a resolution of approximately 120 pixels and they want to charge like $25 a month? Looooooooooollllll
