No internet service since 17 December. Nobody @optus can (1) tell me why (2) tell me when it will be fixed. Now Fetch TV service no longer works. Promised call backs / updates never happen. Assurances of issue being investigated mean nothing. Avoid #optus

@sloveninho1 @CripsyAU CIES is a Swiss company. The prem logo is there because of Rashford's imaging and Optus Sports' rights. Age is a major factor and Ney, Mo & Mane being late 20s doesnt help their value.

@Optus you Springfield staff Matthew and Zeb are disgusting people with a rude blunt attitude. We went in store after being told online we could get our new phone and plan done I store rather than wait. They refuse to help. I would be embarrassed to employ these people.

@Optus Are there known issues with landline internet in the Sunshine Coast area? For the past few days it's been rather mediocre. Loading sites takes 4-5 seconds to initiate or sites fail to load at all.

@cricketcomau @FoxCricket I don’t exactly know why this game was pushed to scg despite of Covid and rain..Even If Australia feared that India have a good record at mcg, the Optus could have been used..scg had limited over games too, and is a dull flat track..Too bad to play here...

Mobile phone has had an engaged signal when people tried to call me, rang @Optus technical support, told no problem they can fix the issue, put me on hold & came back & said “what is engaged” Told him to call me back on my home number, rang the number from my mobile and waited!
