    And please don’t reply to this with advice. It’s super patronising. I don’t want to change providers right now. I just want to save $13/month by going to prepaid, now that my plan has expired, until I decide some other things. I just want @optus to do some basic customer service.

    @Optus @TechDesignau The Optus Store in Warrnambool is saying Direct Debit is the only way to set up a new service, so I left the store empty handed and put in an official complaint.

    @Optus After a week of waiting on "My Optus" app for confirmation on Voicemail activation, I went in store to activate this morning. Could take 15min to 4hours. Still not working. "Invalid Number" on 321, still. I have a business to run. Wife's on a separate account is the same.
