@Optus Just for your info @Optus BeIN Sports Connect is not firing up over by home NBN broadband. It is working on my Virgin (Optus) 4G but I don’t have much data. Perhaps when this is fixed you can help me move from Virgin to Optus.

Switched to @Optus 1 day a go and regretting it already. 1 phone call, 2 chats and now I have to go to a store because they sent me a dodgy sim. Surely as a new customer you would send them a new one rather than inconvenience them. RIP @virginmobileaus

1. The biggest mistake going to @Optus. Over 20 calls in the last week. I called 5x about correcting your mistake on the delivery address and you still sent it to the wrong location. 2. You never ported my number over correctly and now a week later and 10 more calls and not done.

@Optus @VodafoneAU Still on the phone for 30-mins and this is a mess. All your staff have no idea. Expect a formal complaint to the @TelcoOmbudsman on how you charge for services not delivered and how you don’t put on your records your discounts you quote to get us to sign up too!

Terrible customer service from @Optus taking $500 direct debut from my Dad’s account instead of $70 and not giving him back his money. He has been 5 times to the Optus office and phoned 3 times and they just hang up on him. Very poor customer service. Please fix it

@Optus furthermore you never applied the agreed discount on my plan and magically could not find it. 4. You never called me back as promised and i always had to follow up. 5. Funny how you got the bank details correct though to charge me full price for a service i can’t use.

Others would not let that impact their own business for too long. If Telstra advertises, Optus would be a fool not to as well for instance. No. That is no reason.

@FPL__Raptor I don’t know how the tv system works in the UK but it seems pretty tough. Luckily in Australia we have a service called Optus Sport that streams every premier league game live with highlights, match replays etc and only costs around £50 a year.

I just hate dealing with Optus so much. I swore I'd never go back to them, and when my existing telephone contract with a different provider was absorbed by Optus, I knew I was in for another round of frustration... They're just the worst company.

For some reason only known unto the @Optus network my phone suddenly decided I live in AEDT and not AEST. Slight panic when I thought I was an hour late for something and 'lost' an hour. Manual time zone reset completed, a sense of order returns.
