  • Makucha Jo (@Makucha) reported

    @KodaJamesCurtis @Optus Their contact centre is the absolute pits even at the best of times. Rude, uninformed and understaffed. But then I guess @Optus chose to go with the budget model. I’ve given up with them - will try to get to a shop instead.

  • sunsetriver88 Jax (@sunsetriver88) reported

    @xnailbunnyx @Optus On finally hearing back from my complaint, I have learnt their other email details weren't correct either. My email did not mention phone or address details were compromised, but apparently they were 😠

  • Pezzamystic1 Pez (@Pezzamystic1) reported

    Hello @Optus can you please advise why no one is responding to customer queries on social media?

  • ScomoCchio ScomoCchio 🇦🇺 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 (@ScomoCchio) reported

    @melbstormrocks @Optus I never do!

  • SzilviaVirag Szilvia 🇦🇺🇭🇺😷💉💉💉💉🐕📷⌨️ (@SzilviaVirag) reported

    Sick people not isolating, 75% of Australia (Optus customers past &present) being forced to get new photos for their drivers licenses etc to help them get sick &banned masks because of the supposed Optus data breach to help everyone die. That's where this is going.

  • VermontMelbGuy VermontMelbGuy (@VermontMelbGuy) reported

    @jaimyn_m @Optus Also, their test network should not have been open to the internet, and their test database should not have used full unmasked production data.

  • jakemoogle Jake 🗝✨ (@jakemoogle) reported

    @JayeAntonio @Optus This whole thing has been horrible to read about. I’m sorry Jaye. 😞 I hope you can get everything sorted soon and be compensated!

  • jakemoogle Jake 🗝✨ (@jakemoogle) reported

    @JayeAntonio @Optus @Equifax Bloody hell. Bad form. Not good! Sending you all the positive wishes from here on!

  • VermontMelbGuy VermontMelbGuy (@VermontMelbGuy) reported

    @jaimyn_m @Optus And I'm confident any thorough internal data security review at Optus will find a few more worst practices not documented by you or me above.

  • sunsetriver88 Jax (@sunsetriver88) reported

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 @Optus I've just discovered (via complaint) the notification sent to me wasn't correct; fields of data that were compromised (eg street address & phone) were left out of my list. Australians need to know even those email details may be incorrect. What will you do about this?
