Hey @Optus I’m having nbn service issues. Your online messaging service is not responding. You network status page says “under investigation” and has said that for three days. I’ve sent you a DM but no response there either.

@Optus continuing to provide stellar customer service. Cancelled my service this morning. Advised no fees. Then received an email advising of a fee. Called back. Won’t talk to me as can’t confirm my identity with one time code sms. Umm my number is disconnected as I cancelled???

@Jamesrus42 I'd have had a family if I'd have been assisted by the government to not be stolen from in my employment, be running a big media firm by now and on the board of many companies, like see that Optus woman, a complete idiot in tears and a liar, on the board of twenty or so. Wowzers!
