    @Optus is there a problem with you call centre on 133937 to deal with general questions relating to mobile phone services? I have three times gone through you LONG automated system only to be disconnected when it goes through to your overseas call centre.

    Someone need to shake up the @optus and @Telstra. Poor management, inability to provide quality services. At the price Australians pay for the services. @elonmusk you can make a fortune in Australia by bringing in your own telco to compete with these two networks.

    Tried upgrading my plan to add more data to my bucket 3 days ago. @Optus app not updating and the system constantly sending me texts that the data has been used up. 3 days of trying to get help and not getting any resolution. Really?!

    @KatrinaMCollier @Optus Oh dear. How long’s that taken? I know I bag Aussie companies for their lack of customer care, but this has sunk lower than the bowels of abject misery. I don’t know how they’re still operating.

    @Dylan_Trickey @footytim They for sure have a better squad than their record, but also deserve their record. I was never genuinely concerned about losing to them, even with the Optus factor.
