  • m_mann1 Merilee Mann (@m_mann1) reported

@_sara_jade_ We have been getting robocalls from "Chinese embassy" followed by a long message from a foreign language lady. This started before Optus problem. Is China trying to influence the result of the Vic state election?

  • RollerDerbyMum QueenOfTheDamned (@RollerDerbyMum) reported

@shazlharro If the NDIS can do this correctly, WTF is #Optus doing?

  • GarethGammon Gareth Gammon (@GarethGammon) reported

@Optus please advise why you hold my details when I am no longer a customer, and why your help centre is not 24/7 in response to your issue? #optus

  • VacuousNess 💧 Vacuous the vaccinated. (@VacuousNess) reported

@mariewalsh18 Optus: Nope. Scammers: possibly. Been getting dodgy phone calls supposedly originating from all sorts of OS destinations and interstate, they never leave messages. Also SMS claiming to be from services, banks etc I don't use. Those I've passed on to appropriate authorities etc

  • ddrathnayake3 DDR3 (@ddrathnayake3) reported

@Optus just to be clear may be it would be better if you would have internal IT support department in #Australia as a start. What’d you think? #OptusHack #OptusDataBreach

  • chomm3rs The Crooked Hoss (@chomm3rs) reported

@SamLeightonDore The @optus customer service bloke told me he had heard from me in a long time so he was terminating the conversation RE the hack. It was just gone two minutes.

  • theluciebee Lucie Bee (@theluciebee) reported

I have dealt with Optus recently for my day job. BOLD of them not to have their **** together customer service wise. REAL BOLD. It was nothing to do with the hack. And everything to do with making it difficult for people who need a little extra help to access their services.

  • tokki_wokki WokkiTokki (@tokki_wokki) reported

**** you @optus 3 days, 3 freaking days for you to notify me that my name, dob, email, phone number & address have been hacked. I have joined the Slater & Gordon class action. you deserve to be sued into oblivion.

  • hayeshan hayeshan (@hayeshan) reported

@VictorDominello I simply don’t trust Optus to be able to say who must and who shouldn’t have their drivers license replaced. Fmr customer here, I know they held onto my DL details incl. expiry & card no. and I’ve yet to receive ANY comms from them.

  • OpusTerry Terry Boyd (@OpusTerry) reported

@EmergencyBK I'm guessing that she could have sold the customer list herself to raise more money. That's what asset strippers do - and the data was the only real asset that Optus had left that isn't already covered in debt or locked in ....
