    @redruby17 @Optus ...Like the time they arbitrarily changed the contract terms without warning a few months into a phone contract, and if I didn't agree to the new terms, they'd classify ME as being in breach of contract & have to pay THEM out? I WAS an optus customer for 15 years until that.

    It’s completely bananas to me as an @Optus customer that I’ve heard nothing from them 24 hours after the media reported a massive customer data breach. Always over-communicate in a crisis!
