@Optus I cancelled my broadband and fetch tv today but was told I’d still be able to access email for 90 days. Everything has been closed down, I can’t get my emails!!!
@danieljcarrr Worth a look, once they iron out some of the issues they might be able to compete with Optus 😉
Im excited to go home to my working internet @Optus dont let me down... ive been without it for 11 days now
@Optus you are a bloody disgrace I have been a customer for 20 years and the way you have treated me is a bloody disgrace
@Optus Nothing new about VOIP. And VOIP wouldn't exist of telcos weren't so damn greedy on international voice calls.
btw if anyone actually is interested in this company and wants to save $30 aud for the same package at telstra and optus with same speeds if not better and way better customer service let me know, they have a policy for one month right now if you dont like the first month refund
I wanted to hear “your internet has been connected” instead of “we need to cancel your ADSL service after 4 weeks of waiting just to be connected. 🙄 #5weeksandcounting #optus
@WizardofWoyWoy Hey there, If your service is through Optus I would recommend you contact them directly as they should be able to do some troubleshooting and check on your setup from your account -Rikki
@Optus Still happening. All SD channels are fine, but all HD channels give error F106 “no signal is being received.”
@Optus Why do you blatantly lie to people about having the best coverage in Australia, in Australia it's a known fact that we have the worst phone coverage in the developed world and still get charged a bomb for it. 5G won't give a better signal.
