    @Optus @CharacterEyes Is it something you'll continue be doing few weeks from now, when the PR disaster will be gone and the media will continue to other things? will you genuinely support and cover identity theft cases, or is it just something you say now when media coverage is hot?

    @Optus your response to this cyber attack sucks for people that are not technically literate. I just spent an hour on your online chat for my mum because no-one is answering your phone. The question was very explicit & what should be basic. They ended up disconnecting the chat.

    Hey @Optus - I know you just sent me a bill reminder. How about you **** off and not leak half of Australia's private and sensitive data. If I pay my bill, maybe you could back up millions of people's data on a #Ledger

    The worst thing about @Optus data leak is their response. Tears and trying to play victim does not help. Their customer support need to understand that it’s us the customers who are victim of Optus’s negligence.
