@Optus Its past 8am and your auto comment on phone claims you are closed and cuts call. Same thing last night at 7pm. But you falsely advertise that between 7am and 8pm weekdays you are available for help calls

@Wittyfan @Optus Thanks for the reply. Funnily enough, a couple of days it seemed to be working ok with long texts and MMS but not long after that it went back to having the same old problems

@Optus Hi Quade, thanks for the reply. I completely understand the rules regarding discussing it publicly To be honest, it seems to be an ongoing issue and as nothing has been fixed after all of this time, it's probably best she just log a complaint with the TIO.

@Optus curious to know how long it takes for a new customer to get an esim? So far I’ve logged 4 requests, none registered, spoken to up to 10 of your staff, spent close to an hour on hold and had a number of online chats with staff… I’ve been a customer for a month…

In EU for a conference with @Optus, and cannot find the words to describe how much worse the provision of a roaming mobile service is for Australians here, compared to ANY of the 16 other nationalities in attendence. Completely village.

@Optus it seems my iPhone is no longer diverting calls to voicemail. Tried to log in via App but my email & password apparently are no longer recognised. Tried to use support chat, but can’t as I can’t login. Going in circles, can you help please?
