    @tessa_r_young @Woody2Jenny Apparently, both Optus and Telstra towers are down. I've spent the day trying to get in contact with my mum who is in Trentham but no joy so far. I hope you have some luck!!

    @Optus No, I will not. Don't trust direct debit and I don't get charged this fee by your competitor. I have made a complaint and will await advice so I can then refer matter to ACCC.

    @Optus Thank you, I have a case open, technician who came out and confirmed slow speeds and dropouts but nothings been done about it unfortunately.

    @Optus No 5G transmission in many areas Nortern Perth. Crap phone connections and NBA is also problamatic. This entire Telecommunications system are Never fully available across the metro region

    @cscviews Update. Power is still out. Oh, and @Optus mobile service is down too. No internet. No home phone. No mobile. Sitting in a local (regional) cafe waiting for coffee.
