Hi @Optus I’m experiencing an issue with you being a **** and increasing my bill by $4 a month. Despite being in a contract, and despite you already removing Optus Sport as a complimentary service. Absolute grubs and I hope your customers walk like I do. #neveragain

@vicrollison @lavosaurus @Optus What’s the contract for? I pay a seperate cost for my handset, so my interpretation is that the contract covers the supply of service. And that’s the cost that is increasing.

@AndyLevees @lavosaurus @Optus You're on a device repayment plan of 12/24/36 months - which is separate to your plan, and not changing. Your plan is month to month; you can move up or down plans as you like, or leave without penalty or fees. And the telco can give 30 days notice of any changes.

@Optus can't pay my bill (which is due TODAY) or login to your bloody website. happened too many times which has resulted in me copping late fees. not good enough!!

bold of optus to put my phone bill up $4 a month and give me extra data when i’ve been so unhappy with my service with them this year. if only it wasn’t going to be $750 to get out of my contract LOL

@Optus You guys really need to lift your game with Myapp. I don’t think you have any idea how slow it is and this policy of forcing the consultants to have 10 customers at a time makes even a simple enquiry take an hour minimum.

How on earth can @Optus get away with raising the price of my plan when on a set contract?? I’ve been a customer for over 10 years but will now leave for a better provider. This is outrageous! #optus #greedy

@Optus It's ok,it's just your Support people trying to convince me that I'm capped at 25/2. Then they tried "refer to the CIS" and my CIS mentions nothing about capped speed either, then they throw in "the Australian Government" but can't actually explain what that means.
