@Optus Incidentally he had some trouble calling me. Eventually it emerged that he was calling from a number that was blocked on my phone. I wouldn’t have blocked Optus but I do block marketing cold callers. Is Optus tech support sharing numbers/resources with cold callers?

@Optus. @NBN_Australia. Immense problem with broadband in Carlingford NSW area. No communication from Optus or NBN. Almost impossible to contact either, due to organisations make it difficult to communicate.

@Optus why every time you say you’re upgrading or finished upgrading the network in my area does my phone and internet service go to ****? Can’t even make a phone call without it dropping back to 3G.

@Optus hi, what’s the best contact no. to ring without being disconnected while waiting. Tried several times. My I’ll, 87 year old Mum’s modem is dead. My landline. She gave written permission for others to talk for her but Optus shop refused to help. We’re desperate. Thanks

@Optus hi Optus, I have been having constant issues with my calls where they keep dropping out and saying call failed. Is there an outage with this issue? Any calls longer than a couple minutes will cut out. Very frustrating
