Hi @Optus can you provide an update on the outages in Moorabbin, Vic, 3189? Its been about 2 weeks and today we bearly have any internet at all. We are on a 4g Mobile Home Router. Please help.

@NadaDeCat Have you checked that your My Optus App is running the latest version? I'd recommend deleting the app and reinstalling it. Then log back on and try again. If you're having trouble replying back to your Case Manager, send us a DM so we can have this followed up - Nard
