    @NBN_Australia It is not a fault. It is a NBN design issue. If a house is 1.2km in cable length from a Node, can they expect 80mb or more in connection speed. Very simple yes/no answer is all that is required.

    @DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

    @NBN_Australia that’d be great if every day from 2pm-11pm the wifi wasn’t so unbearably slow that I can’t even load a webpage. I went to South Korea and it really gave a perspective as to how horrifyingly slow NBN is

    I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

    @exetel @chuggins9000 @NBN_Australia Thanks Rehan, but it is not an Exetel problem, all my neighbours have the same problem. NBN Co decided not to deluver high speed internet infrastucture to our Adamstown Heights area.

    @Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    How’s this for only in Oz… @Telstra contacted me (not vice versa) about an upgrade to FTTP. Telstra arranged @NBN_Australia to provision FTTP at my premises. @NBN_Australia provisioned said service. Telstra refuse to upgrade my NBN service to FTTP as I’m not in an eligible area.

    @NBN_Australia Competitive gaming requires reliability on every ms. With underprovisioned upstream where every ONT is fighting for access, such TC4 best effort service can never provide the network reliability required for gaming even for FTTP. Correct me if I am wrong!

    Had the nbn dude here today, completely forgot, thank god it was 130 and everyone was gone lol. Might have been awkward. Anyway, internet box thingy is in my bedroom, he's in there fixing **** and then i realise, my ***** and ******** are sitting on my bedside table. Whoops

    @NBN_Australia Terrible connection for ages, then great for 2 months now crap again. Mainly daytime. Connect, disconnect, connect over and over again. I believe this happens during maintenance by technicians. It is driving myself and my family insane. What can be done about it?

    @Optus Already did all that…then he told me it was an NBN problem. Nope. It isn’t. It is an Optus issue, Optus cable, Optus box, Optus issue.
