    @exetel @chuggins9000 @NBN_Australia Thanks Rehan, but it is not an Exetel problem, all my neighbours have the same problem. NBN Co decided not to deluver high speed internet infrastucture to our Adamstown Heights area.

    @NBN_Australia It is not a fault. It is a NBN design issue. If a house is 1.2km in cable length from a Node, can they expect 80mb or more in connection speed. Very simple yes/no answer is all that is required.

    @Internode once again our @NBN_Australia connection is out because it has rained. Please fix the physical connection to our house. It is NOT a problem in our house. It is a problem with your ancient corroded copper network. Please repair immediately.

    Farrrrrrkk! When Fifield is questioned about the price of #NBN packages the best he can come up with is "they would cost more under Labor". It just rolls off their tongue so easily. "Take longer under Labor ", "cost more under Labor" and they're never questioned. Shits me.

    @chrismurphys It is easy to blame Retail Service Providers the issue is that there was a change in Government policy that meant that the nbn was now using infrastructure that should have been de commissioned under original plan

    @lakemac Lets talk about the #nbn speed lies. Pay 100 get 50mbps pay 50 get 30mbps as each plan has different bandwidth to get the 50 you have to pay the 100. They never provide adequate band width it’s all lies just wait for 5g and the death of the nbn. #auspol

    Telstra's customer service really is terrible. I enquired about suspending my NBN account while I don't have a fixed address with the move to Brisbane and they're like "that's fine, we'll just keep charging you then you can reconnect whenever you're ready". Idiots.

    @NBN_Australia It would be great to have English speaking technicians who actually listen to an experienced IT Consultant and don't just fob us off when we know more about the connection to our house than they do. This service has been ******* disgraceful so far.
