4 years of slow @NBN_Australia constant drop outs. 6 technician appointments. Numerous ‘repairs’ to the node. Yesterday they worked out we were connected to the wrong node, 2km away rather than the one they had been fixing 200 metres away. Thanks, all good now…

@ThornburyRocks I turned the ringer off on mine about 10 years ago. Still available in an emergency for calls out*. As long as the nbn is up and running.

@NBN_Australia IT IS NOT OK for your Techs to review jobs from their office & decide there is no need to attend. IF Telstra and/or Optus Tech have attended site & decided THERE IS A PROBLEM, WHO ARE YOU TO CANCEL IT BECAUSE YOU "THINK" YOU KNOW BETTER?

@NBN_Australia So NBN now advises they no longer need to do a service visit. They say it’s fixed—problem solved. I hope this doesn’t mean that an on again, off again service is considered ok

@NBN_Australia The whole Wholesale model is flawed, the whole technology being rolled out is flawed.. Any Communications engineer will tell you its CRAP! Would have been better off leaving it to Optus & Telstra to run out their own solution - Better Quality, better service and cheaper for GOVT

@KelexKrypton @Telstra Yes agree just left Telstra & moved to Tangerine finally have NBN since about a couple of weeks ago. Telstra still own all the lines & towers so they don’t really care about us. Now to sell my Telstra shares. Moved my mobile service to Aldi. $7.40 per month instead of $30
