    4 years of slow @NBN_Australia constant drop outs. 6 technician appointments. Numerous ‘repairs’ to the node. Yesterday they worked out we were connected to the wrong node, 2km away rather than the one they had been fixing 200 metres away. Thanks, all good now…

    @ThornburyRocks I turned the ringer off on mine about 10 years ago. Still available in an emergency for calls out*. As long as the nbn is up and running.

    @NBN_Australia Been trying to get NBN to look into services issues for 11 months, no help from NBN. I've now changed providers to see if we can "prove" to NBN that I'm experiencing services outages daily, impacting my ability to work from home successfully. That's my reality!!

    @Optus @NBN_Australia another #outage /fault! Postcode 3056 Nil internet from 4am. Work from home. Huge impact on my business. Last Tuesday’s outage took 9 hours to rectify. What’s happening??

    @NBN_Australia down in Beechworth, Victoria. No indication of this on outage map. Recalibrated everything. What’s the story this time @NBN_Australia?Such an unreliable service; affects work and patient care too frequently to be safe. Please sort asap.

    @NBN_Australia Woohoo. 2 days later and finally the NBN status page is saying there is an issue. If the issue is affecting multiple vendors in Westleigh (TPG/Optus/Telstra), why would getting my vendor to test my specific line be of any use? Thanks for your input though.

    So no internet via our @Telstra NBN service for more than a day now despite all the obvious checks & reboots, yet #telstra’s site says no outages. We’re in Corrimal. Anyone else in #Wollongong area having problems?

    @NBN_Australia fix this! Honestly I'm getting so sick of the internet drops here. This is one big reason why I want to live in Canada or USA.
