    @ThornburyRocks I turned the ringer off on mine about 10 years ago. Still available in an emergency for calls out*. As long as the nbn is up and running.

    4 years of slow @NBN_Australia constant drop outs. 6 technician appointments. Numerous ‘repairs’ to the node. Yesterday they worked out we were connected to the wrong node, 2km away rather than the one they had been fixing 200 metres away. Thanks, all good now…

    @NBN_Australia more problems on Sydney’s north shore I see. Not even 5 months into 2021 and I reckon we’ve had half a dozen outages. It’s a bit of a shambles really isn’t it?

    @Kaffy14 We're sad to read that you've considered transferring your service with another provider. We've tested the line and detected a possible fault within the NBN network, which caused the connection to drop. We'll raise your case to our Engineering team for investigation. -Basil

    @NBN_Australia I hope it's not an NBN issue, I already had a technician here fixing things two weeks ago. As you can imagine, not being able to communicate with family is very frustrating. My father is nearly 90 and doesn't call mobile phones 🙄
