    @ThornburyRocks I turned the ringer off on mine about 10 years ago. Still available in an emergency for calls out*. As long as the nbn is up and running.

    4 years of slow @NBN_Australia constant drop outs. 6 technician appointments. Numerous ‘repairs’ to the node. Yesterday they worked out we were connected to the wrong node, 2km away rather than the one they had been fixing 200 metres away. Thanks, all good now…

    @Higgo74 @au_glenn Hmm I've had similar issues with TPG, goes through stages of constant drop-outs (every 5 min connect/disconnect) which might last from an afternoon to a few days. The one time they sent NBN out to investigate of course it worked perfectly

    @ElonsWorld We need Starlink in Australia. Our NBN broadband fibre is terrible.

    @Telstra aged kids, no access to NBN, terrible download speeds, even with $1200 of external antenna i had to pay for.  Why don't you have an exemption for people like us?

    @alexwantscoffee @firstdogonmoon @iMusing agreed - while FB aint exactly a saint our government has a track history of not actually understanding the internet.. some famous examples being ( census web, that healthcare app, data breaches.. the NBN , metadata retention ..) its bad policy by digital illiterates..

    @MRowlandMP And any criticism of NBN co now, the LNP say, “don’t you remember NBN co was set up by the labor govt so you should direct your questions at them”. 0 accountability, the worst.

    @AshKyd God it’s depressing. My 50mb/s upload, the best you can pay for on consumer NBN is just garbage :/

    @au_glenn TPG. I have tried every trouble shoot I can. Tired of it. Can't wait for 5G coverage in my area, I'll be ditching NBN

    @Grampa_Ivy I know I know. old Aussie bloke, in times of rescission. Australia has been hard hit. Adelaide the worst performing city in normal times let alone these ones. Not much to do. So let's twitter. How is the NBN, hope it is not giving you troubles Get some real work mate
